Best auto body shop in Boynton/Delray. I've been fortunate to have used them many times over the years and there service is impeccable. Great to have Enterprise Car Rental right there. Easy in, easy out. I actually request them and they are GEICO approved. Staff is professional and friendly. Shout out to Kaitlyn who checked me in and Pierre who handled accident damage to the front fender of my 2022 KIA Sportage. Highly recommend Master Auto Body.

Thank God for master auto body! I was in an automobile accident on January 16 of 2024, which was not my fault, and picked master auto body to do my bodywork. My service writer Paul stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. There were a couple of unforeseen things that had to be fixed but that was no problem. I thank God for master auto body! When I got my car back after about a month, She was so clean on the inside and outside! It looked like I had gotten her right off the dealership floor. Great job, master autobody would recommend to anyone I know!

Great customer service. Paul was extremely helpful. Needed a whole new door- my car looked brand new picking it up. Thank you!! Would reccomend this business to anyone who needs their car repaired. Im not the type to leave a review but I just had to. I am extremely happy.

Brought my 2019 Escalade in for repair to my driver side back door. My experience was so fast, easy, and the quality is excellent that I wanted to share a review. I was shocked that my car was repaired in less than one week. We were able to work with our insurance directly with Master Auto Body and pick up our rental car right there. They went the extra mile to make sure my car was repaired properly and didn't cut any corners on the job. My car was clean and smelled excellent (an extra bonus!!) when it was returned to me! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend Master Auto Body!! Job Well Done!

Dropped off my family members 2012 Toyota Corolla and spoke with Master Auto Body Collision estimator Pierre - who provided excellent estimating and collision expertise. He was professional, explained the whole process, and was friendly and quick for the express estimate. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful too..thank you. Auto repairs are underway.

I had a small accident a week before my TOYOTA lease was due. I immediately called the closest dealership and asked for assistance. Sad to say they made me feel worse and quoted me a ridiculous price.I was then referred by a friend to Pierre Pastor at Master Auto Body in Boynton Beach. I called him up explained my situation and my concerns. He spent the day helping me out with other solutionsThat could fit my budget and get the job done better than the dealership. I drove an hour out of my way because I trusted his choice of action.As you can see my car is good as new and ready to be returned back to the dealership.All I can say it is worth traveling to get top notch service and great work done.If anyone is reading this post. The facilities is remodeled and clean the reception service is great. Someone hit my car, and my insurance company Geico had me bring my car here. Although they fixed the dent...when I got my car back there's a HUGE stain in my back seat. Mind you this stain wasn't there before I brought my car here. When I brought car back to Paul the mechanic who worked on it he said "try using soap and water to get it out". My thing is how did you guys spill oil on my back seat? I've brought my car to get shampooed twice and they said oil is hard to get out. I'm so upset because this isn't my fault and now i'm paying for it. It's been months...they should have offered to clean it for me.

I was fortunate to have found Master Auto Body of Boynton Beach. They proved to be extremely knowledgeable and qualified in all areas of repairs that my automobile needed. The repairs included both body work and mechanical after sustaining damage in a rear end collision. I worked with Spencer after the first repair shop left my vehicle with both poor fit of the replaced body parts as well as it being poorly finished. Spencer, while working closely with Dennis ,one of the owners, agreed to correct the prior deficiencies. When they stripped down the parts which needed rectification, they could not help but notice that the prior claimed repairs were not done and what in fact was done was not done to industry standards, They advocated for my interests with the responsible insurer repeatedly until they achieved the desired and necessary result. My car was returned properly repaired and beautifully finished.I will be forever indebted to them for their efforts and I am once again enjoying my ride.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Besides a bit of miscommunication in the beginning making the repair appointment I cannot say enough good things about them. Enterprise being available at the shop made this so easy. Not needing to bother anyone for a ride or miss extra time from work. They repaired my car to brand new in 4 days. Looks amazing. Everyone was very nice & communicated well with me throughout. Paul was perfect. Thank you guys!

The work done on my car was perfect and as promised. My car was returned to me cleaner on both the outside and the inside than how I left it. Robyn was stellar in communication and providing me with what I needed. The office staff (Won and others) were kind, respectful, engaging, uplifting and helpful. I usually have such a distrust of all companies and people associated with car repair of any kind that I would rather drive a broken car than be taken advantage of .Master Auto Body has earned my trust and my repeat business.Service: Body & Trim

Amazing work , stupendous staff. Kaitlin THANK YOU for helping me ( you know what I m referring to) and the Office Manager which I apologize do not remember the name. Pierre also thank you. The work was done and recommended by my insurance company (Geico) the best . Car was ready at the time estimated and the finish repair - 100% like nothing happened. I am so grateful.

Girls up front are super sweet & accommodating & helpful. Got my car back in reasonable time when my car was deemed undriveable. Spencer was FANTASTIC ! it was my first car accident & I was very nervous. He took his time to walk me around my car & explain my repairs & how the parts work. I m very disappointed with my service experience specially with Spencer, he never called me to discuss my auto damage. Told myself and the Insurance company conflicting lies concerning my vehicle repairs. I will never trust this body shop ever again in my life. I was made to feel they was working more for the Insurance company than repairing my Auto with the True damages the vehicle sustained .it was all smiles and lies horrible experience!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My Chevy Spark, 2022, needed rear bumper replace which was done to my satisfaction. All the staff had excellent customer service skills plus had Enterprise Rental on site thus making my life easy.

Please do not take your car to this shop, they will messed up your car then tell you to call the insurance company, I spoke with Pierre didn t even give me a chance to explain the issue went straight into defense mode. Horrible customer service

My daughter was in an accident and was called for her to pick up her repaired car. Omg what service her rental dropped off and picked up her baby all in one place. Every one was smiling happy doing their jobs. Great place!!!!

Pierre is very rude and for months I've been calling for an appointment. Whomever is at the front desk keeps taking my information down saying she's busy and will call me back. Well she never calls back. This has been going on since September.

I had to bring my car in after a parking lot accident left the side of the car pretty messed up. I was referred by Geico and thank goodness I was. This was hands down the best experience with a body shop I have had. I was literally in and out in less than 20 minutes with my rental car. The rental car was onsite! About 4 days later the car was done. I go to pick it up and again in and out in less than 20 minutes. I dropped my rental key off at the desk, they handed me the paperwork, they pulled the car around and it looked like new. The staff is very friendly, fast, efficient and the body work was very well done. Thank you all for your help!

I would not recommend this shop. When I first went to the shop and got a quote it seemed good so I setup an appointment to drop off my car. I showed up when I scheduled to drop off my car and was told I was not in their system. I showed her the call to their office and explained to them the lady took my claim number and information at the time of the call and then lady went to a back office and came back a few minutes later saying I don't know why they would have scheduled you because we don't work on Audi's or aluminum. (even though their appraiser looked at my car the first time I went to the shop and said they can do the work, turns out the area where the damage was was not aluminum) The lady then said you have to go to another shop, she tried recommending a shop but at this point I wouldn't go anywhere they recommended.

Very friendly and professional. Excellent work and quickly fixed. We dropped off the vehicle for bumper replacement at 11am and it was ready before 5pm. Estimate and repairs were less than expected too. We are first time customers here, and happy we chose Master Auto Body. We would certainly reccomend to others to look here first. Thank you

Master Auto Body did an excellent job repairing the left side of my car in May, 2019. Recently, the driver side door began suddenly unlocking and beeping while driving. I returned to Master Auto Body under their lifetime warranty. Paul completed the minor adjustment in less than 15 minutes and I was on my way. Their lifetime warranty is for real!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a paint scuff on my right front bumper...gray paint but no dents or scratches. I had a recommendation to an Auto Body place near my home. Went over to have them look at it and let me know what they could do. I thought it might be able to just be buffed out. They informed me "NO" it had to be taken off and painted. Several days and $350. I was shocked but I figured I didn't have much choice as it was unsightly and my car is only 1 year old. So I went over to master Auto Body which isn't as close to me but I wanted a second opinion. Angela was at the desk and said she wanted to take a look at it. The next thing I knew she had a rag and two bottles and was heading out to my car. In 2 minutes all the paint was gone and the bumper was like"Brand New." No charge and she was sending me on my way. I cannot "Thank Her" enough!! Who does that you ask. People who care about their customers, and want the best for them. I just called my insurance agent to let him know about my experience with Master. He will be recommending them. Thank You...Thank You...Thank You.

Had the opportunity to get a vehicle repaired after a collision. Staff was courteous and friendly, had a rental ready before I even arrived for my appointment, appointment was on time and repair was finished earlier than expected. Best customer experience I ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!

I am beyond happy with my experience at Master Auto Body. I had a nightmare of an experience trying to get repairs done without going through insurance, which ultimately ended in me filing a claim and having GEICO refer me to this shop. Such an easy and pleasant experience. Everyone from the front desk, to the auto inspection team, and the repairs was attentive, polite, and knowledgeable. The Enterprise affiliate set me up with a wonderful rental car to use while I waited for the work to be done on my vehicle. He was also very handsome, so if he sees this HMU. Will recommend to anyone who needs car repairs.

Masters Auto Body has to be the best there is. A new bumper painted and installed in two days! They knew that I was bringing my car in and that I needed a rental car. So after I did a bit of paperwork I was directed to the rental agent in the next room, who also was expecting me. Masters is fabulous!

The lady at the front counter was very professional; However, in terms of my vehicle all I can say is ATTENTION TO DETAIL is needed badly. Brought my SUV in for minor repair personnel indicated they were to call me every other day based upon my preference to give me an update... they never did I had to call them... OH, I forgot he said. Repair folk laid my back seats down I guess to place my back tire on while they worked on the rear body,, never put my seats back up and articles in the back seat was never put back but strewn everywhere. However, the saddest part for me was the repair was not good and I nicely mentioned it to the repair person but he just shrugged it off as if I didn t know what I was talking, but like most drivers u know your car, and I know mine and it was not the same.Also, once I got to the premise, after I called them and they shared with me the car wS ready, I had to wait 40 mins more, and when I asked the service personnel why it was taking so long, he just said becuz we were cleaning it!When I got the car, there was no improvement.I will never take my vehicle there again as the service was very bad!!!!! I hope each reader will take precaution! Jimmy
