My friend and I had a wonderful experience at the Bonifay, FL location and our service person was Chuck. And we believe Chuck needs a raise. He was very attentive and helpful. Best customer service I've ever received. Thank you Chuck, keep up the great work. You are very appreciated.

We were almost 10 hours from home when our battery light came on. We stopped in for a battery testing, Chase went above and beyond to make sure our ride home went as smoothly as possible, after testing not only the battery and the alternator, he cleaned all our connections and other jargon that I'm honestly not familiar with lolHe spent a decent time in the heat and won customers for life. We will make sure to come here for all of our vacation repair needs in the future! What a wonderful example of outstanding customer service!

Understood what I needed and had it in stock. I use to be an ASE Master tech. Dealing with other parts stores has been a problem.

My husband and I were literally stranded here for 2 hours due to our trailer tire going bad. They were so helpful and kind. They steered us in the right direction both literally and figuratively and for that we are truly grateful. They are the definition of neighborly and demonstrate what Southern hospitality truly is. This just goes to show that no matter the color, religion etc, there are still just good ole' compassionate and helpful people out there. At the end of it all, we are all brothers and sisters in Christ.

Great staff, I believe it was Jerry that helped me out this morning. He couldn't have been more kind, went out of his way, above and beyond and I'll come back any time I need something that the store provides just because of the great customer service he provided!

I always shop at O'Reilly's and never had anything bad to say about their customer service..... Now I do. This was the first time in the new store, It looks GREAT but the service sucks. Jerry is the name on my invoice... He was VERY rude about putting some wipers on for my mom. He said he don't like doing it and will get out of it if he can. Why work somewhere if you hate doing the job? I will never go back to this store for anything else..... EVER AGAIN!!!

please turn off the neon open sign when you lock the door at 6 on Sundays and take a sharpie and write over the 7 on the door and make it a 6. Then change website info to 6 as well.PS: Talented and polite staff.

i would love to put zero stars but they didnt have the option.The store never has anything in stock and the prices are way too high. I highly recommend Clouds auto parts or as a last resort, Advanced auto parts
