Josh , John, & the magician technician were amazing!I just got my new car and got a nail in my tire :(It was closing time is it past 6 o clock and they still let me come by to get it fixed! Thank god! Every single person working was such a help! Very grateful! Thanks so much for saving my day. I definitely will be back for an oil change soon.

Made an appointment and arrived early and was helped right away. Friendly, courteous and prompt service. I was here to have a screw removed from a tire and then get the tire repaired.Everything went great and I d definitely return for service in the future.

I had an excellent experience. I walked in and my car was brought into the bay right away. The mechanics fixed my shield guard in 5 minutes. They were very polite and explained what the issue was and was able to fix it easily. The customer service checking in and out was excellent as well. I will definitely be a returning customer. I recommend this location.

Terrible service along with lying slimy employees. I called to setup my car for new tires and an oil change, and alignment. I was told that the tires would arrive by Friday and to bring my car in at 4 to have them changed. I called them before bringing my car in and they told me they had not received them yet (they should have called and told me this already). I am then told they will have them by Monday and to bring my car that same day at 4. Well Monday comes along and I haven't heard from them again so I decided to give them a call. Once again they did not have my tires and they would be there by Wednesday. So on Wednesday morning I brought my car in. They called to notify me that my car was done so I headed back to pick it up. I pay and get the keys drive back home to then notice they had NOT CHANGED MY TIRES at all.... All they had done is filled my old tires with air. I don't know who's more to blame the mechanic that literally didn't do their job or the manager that let that slip through the crack. Not to mention when asking them about pricing the manager tried overcharging me by $70/$100 on each of the things I asked about, only until I notified him that I know what these things should cost did he offer me fair prices... Oh and I had to ask him for a print out to prove that they actually had done my alignment because they had forgotten to do that also. I highly suggest you AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

This place was very helpful. I went in to add air to my tires and they stopped what they were doing to help me and even told me my brake pads needed to be replaced. He gave me great prices and was so sweet to me. John was the man who helped me and i would recommend going here if you have car problems and need it done quick and for a good price. Thank you guys for always being great to me and my car.

I was very impressed by the attentiveness and level of professionalism at this Tire Kingdom location. John ensured that my car was immediately examined, and Damian quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. I was out the door with my tire repaired in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this location, and this outstanding team, to anyone needing tire service.

These guys are awesome! John and the manager went above and beyond to help us get 2 new tires that are usually really hard to find, and we got them same night, installed within 30 minutes! These guys truly helped us out of a tough spot and we are very thankful for them! Overall awesome service!

Had an emergency with two bad tires, flat and needed an alignment on a road trip to head north. Didnt have an appointment walked in ..John gave me some different solutions on tires that would address my immediate issue and protect my tires going forward was very professional and set expectations on wait time to get me back on the road.

Amazing staff! John helped fix my car battery and terminals. He gave me excellent service and made me feel very comfortable with him fixing the problem. John was quick and got the job done very efficiently so I was able to get back to my errands!

On Sunday December 12th 2023 I found a nail in my tire. I went to a tire shop on 220 linton blvd, Delray. I told the guy I did not think I needed a new tire because it doesn't look like it went deep in my tire but I wanted to be sure. He Insisted I needed a new tire and made an appointment for the next morning. The next morning I went to the Tire Kingdom on 119 NW 1st Boca Raton and the gentleman there pulled the nail out checked my tire and I did not need a new tire!! That s what I call pure honesty and a tire place you should all put in your contact list.

This is a good office. I dealt with Tiffany but they have worked on my car and my daughter s car. Good service. Knowledgeable. Handled my tire timely. Two thumbs up.

Best prices and quality work. I was on a budget and they were able to work around my price range. I went to two other places and was quoted far more than what they quoted me and one place even quoted me unused tires what I paid for a new tires with them 10 out of 10 will continue going to them.

Went to this Tire Kingdom location because my car was telling me low tire pressure and I wasn t sure what was wrong with it.They figured out what was wrong and switched out the tire. Great service and very timely as well, will go back in the future for my tire needs.

Place was efficient and very kind! I came in with a flat tire and John ordered a new one to replace it the next day. Being a girl in college I was very nervous about being taken advantage on pricing as I know little about cars but John showed me everything that he needed to do and why the car needed it. He was every patient and even talked my dad through the process over the phone!

I want to start by saying that when you go into a garage you for service, you never know what to expect But at this Tire Kingdom, I got both! Fast professional service and a knowledgeable helpful technician named Yovany. He was incredibly professional. Took care of an oil change for me on the fly without an appointment and the vehicle was ready even before the agreed time. He also went above and beyond and gave me his cell number to send pictures of my other truck and tire and because of this, he was able to get my large, off-road tire changed on my lifted truck, which id been previously told, wasn t possible.Great customer service is hard to come by and I m glad that I went to Tire Kingdom and got Yovany!A+++ service from this shop and this employee.

Phenomenal customer service! Got a nail in tire, right on sidewall. Yovanni was helpful and notified me immediately they could not plug tire. Gave me options on tire replacement price wise and he drove to get me a new tire. Was in and out in less than an hr, the day before Thanksgiving. Will definitely use this location for my tire needs.

The store manager Giovanni is absolutely awesome. This is my second time at this location, the first time was to get brand new tires and the wheel alignment and the process was so easy. I brought a concern up up to him and he was eager to have a look at it and reassure me. I live in Fort Lauderdale, and I do not mind the drive to have my vehicle looked at. Did not try to take Advantage, he let me know exactly what I needed. Thank you thank you

Phenomenal service. Honestly thought I would be in for a very long and difficult process but John and the team gave me their honest opinions were very helpful and truly seemed like they cared about my situation. Would definitely go back.

The Tire Kingdom team in Boca Raton at NW 1st is AWESOME! I sadly had two nails get into my tire but they were able to help me fix it up and get it all patched in a timely manner. I highly suggest coming here for all your tire needs.
