Boca Auto Fix is awesome. Made an appointment on Sunday, had the car back and fixed by Tuesday. Customer Service is awesome and they communicate every step of the way with you. If I had gone to the dealership, I d most likely still be waiting for an appointment! I ll be back.

Are you looking for that friends and family mechanic? Doug @ Boca Auto Fix is your man! He will make you feel like you are apart of his family. I do not let just anyone work on my vehicle's, I am as selective as they come and Doug has never led me wrong. I know when he gives me a diagnostic report everything on it is 100% true and accurate for what I need. Some of these big corporate shops believe it or not will sell you things you do not need, but not Doug! I have been using Doug for the last 21 years to take care of all my automotive needs and will continue to for the next 21+. Once you meet Doug you will get it. Highly recommended and trusted. Boca Auto Fix did a wonderful job fixing my daughter s car. I am 1700 miles away and my teen daughter car broke down while she is away at school. Had the car towed there and they fixed the car right away keeping me informed and making sure the car is safe for her. Highly recommend!!!

I work for a local auto parts store and deliver to about 40 or so shops in the area ... Doug keeps his shop super clean and the front office is very neat and clean as well.I picked Boca Auto Fix to service my company truck and will service my personal truck when the time comes. I have many shops to choose from and they are on the top of my preferred shops.

I really hate to leave a negative review for such nice people (hence my 2 star rating, not 1), but I have to share my experience amongst all these 5 star reviews. On 2/27/24 I came in for a diagnostics test for my Nissan Pathfinder because my check engine light was on. They were not able to fix the check engine light problem (was told it was a transmission code) and had to go to Nissan. Boca Auto Fix did tell me that my brakes and battery were bad (picture attached). I asked about pricing.. battery costs almost $300 so I passed because I knew that was more than I previously paid. Breaks they quoted around $595. So as far as pricing here, I would say not very affordable. I also needed an oil change and asked how much that would be, $89, tire rotation $40. I passed. To be fair, this was for synthetic oil, which anyways I didn't need.The next day I went to Family Automotive Inc in Boynton Beach to get an oil change and tire rotation Total cost $55. I asked about the cost for a battery $185, but before they sold me a new battery they checked it and said it was good and I didn't need a new battery. I was surprised. I also had them check my brakes and again was told, breaks are good to go.Still needing to get the check engine light fixed, I went to Greenacers Nissan. Although they did tell me a transmission code was read in my diagnostics previously, the main problem was a pvc hose that was broken in engine. I fixed that and was good to go. No more check engine light. Also at Nissan, as you can see from the diagnostics report, my battery and brakes were OK. No need for a new battery or brakes.I realize this is a very long review, but I feel deceived.. especially because Boca Auto Fix has all 5 star reviews. I have attach photos from the reports. $208 spent here for a diagnostics test with no resolution and inaccurate findings.

This is the only place I trust to work on any of my cars for regular maintenance and when they are having issues. I also have a Porsche with a LS1 Corvette motor that they helped swap. They work on race cars, old cars and new cars. You ll meet the owner Doug and he s as honest as they come. He s Extremely knowledgeable about all cars and fixes the entire problem the right way. Boca Auto Fix was very efficient. They gave me a detail explanation on what my car needed. They also attached pictures to give a visual of things that were in good condition and others that needed attention. For people who don t know much about getting your car service this is definitely the place to go. I recently took my car to Boca Auto Fix, and I have to say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. My technician, Doug, took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle, addressing not only the primary issue I brought it in for but also identifying other areas that needed attention. Absolutely wonderful company! Quick, efficient, honest. Our daughter is a college student down there and it s scary when we are not able to help in person. They helped us get her vehicle there with a great referral to Rabid Towing , communicated everything and and I truly feel they treated her as if it were their own daughter several hours from home with a car problem. Very kind and patient! I am thankful to have a place she can use throughout her college years. Thank you so much

Doug at Boca Auto Fix was amazing! I didn t need major repairs on my car (mainly just a standard oil change) but he squeezed me in the same day I called last minute and did a thorough inspection on my car anyways. His inspection report is sent to you digitally and is a super awesome feature of his service! Very transparent, honest, and not at all overpriced. I usually hate talking to mechanics but this experience was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

A mixture of hospitality, speed, and technology.If you ve ever heard the theory that if a business solves a problem for you or takes care of you in difficult situation, they can earn a customer for life, this would be a great example.I came to Boca Auto Fix after breaking down during the morning rush hour on 95. I arrived in the passenger seat of a tow truck before the shop officially opened. They brought me in and took care of me quickly.Before lunch, they had done a full inspection on the car and provided a detailed report along with pictures (including the hole in the engine that was the cause of leaking oil on the highway).The result was a full engine replacement for a car under warranty. I had to send my car over to a local dealership due to warranty requirements (big $$ ticket repair). The car is still there 2 months later and I ve had to track down representatives for any updates. One group has to earn your business, the other is guaranteed, and it shows.Boca Auto Fix did not charge us for this inspection. But next time something goes awry with either of our cars, I ll be back at Boca Auto Fix. Thanks for helping me navigate a difficult situation.5/5 recommend.

Wow!! We had a wonderful experience at Boca Auto Fix with our 2013 Kia Rio!! Besides friendly, efficient service, we received a digital vehicle inspection which showed exactly what was done to our car, complete with pictures. First time we ve ever received that after having our car serviced. It takes the guess work out of everything and helps you become a knowledgeable consumer. They replaced our battery, our filters and performed a tire rotation. We will absolutely be back!

I was looking for an honest, reliable and knowledgeable repair shop as I have had more then my share of lousy service experiences here in South Florida.. I ended up landing on Boca Auto Fix solely based on all the incredible reviews I saw here on Google.Although I was hoping for a good service experience I did not have my hopes up.... All that went away the moment I met Doug. From first interaction through the entire service experience Doug was amazing! Just by talking with him you know you are dealing with an honest and top shelf mechanic. He explains everything, goes through the car thoroughly and then has you decide what services you want to address (and he will talk it through with you and give you an honest take on what he thinks). I should add, his use of technology alongside his personal touch work seamlessly to enhance the communication process.The work was done professionally and on time. He might not be the cheapest out there.... However, this is the perfect example of 'you get what you pay for'!I have found my mechanic shop and would recommend it to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional service experience.Thank you, Doug..... Doug has been repairing and modifying my vehicles for years. I'd say the ultimate testimony to his skills and professionalism is that I bring my daughter's car and my parent's car to Doug to work on - I could not have a higher level of trust than that. Whether it's routine repair or maintenance or something like high performance modifications, like installing headers or rebuilding high performance transmissions, I've not seen something Doug didn't excel at. I've had my car towed there a few times with no idea what was exactly wrong but I was always sure Doug would be able to fix it. He works on every type of car you can imagine, from vintage Porsches to modern domestics, and everyone I know or meet at his shop is always thrilled with the outcome. I could list specific instances where he's saved us money, but honestly that's just one part of the experience - the other part that really matters is doing the right thing the right way.From a practical perspective - their approach to estimates and documenting work is far beyond any repair facility I've ever seen. Estimates and photos documenting issues are texted to you immediately in PDF format that is easy to view and save on any device. Boca Auto Fix is truly a throwback experience! From the moment you inquire online or call you get an immediate, and courteous response from Alissa! Moreover, they tell you immediately how they approach your vehicle, the potential costs, perform full diagnostic testing and once done you are presented with a report. Then you are contacted, and they tell you what needs to be addressed immediately and again ensure you are aware of the work and cost. The work done on my vehicle was also completed very fast.As a jeep owner, I visit mechanics more than I visit my family and I am very happy I found BAF.
