He repaired my continental and pirelli tires very well! I have a nail on the tread on both cars sadly. He repaired them at low cost. Thank you very much! I highly recommend!

Everybody needs a reliable, knowledgeable, and reasonable mechanic whom you can trust. I knew from reading that I had found the right place and my experience confirmed that I was right.I have a good deal of knowledge about vehicles and was impressed with everything that was explained to me about my car and the repairs it needed. Even when it came to suggested repairs for the near future, it was clear to me that the suggestions came as an opportunity to inform me rather than as an opportunity to sell me what I didn't need.Kudos for the honesty and integrity of this business in an industry that is notorious for dishonesty and high pressure sales.

These guys have been my go to mechanic for the last half year and I couldn t be happier. Always prompt service, friendly staff, and affordable prices. Josh in particular is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable and has always helped me understand what was going on with my vehicle and all our possible options for repair.

Josh the manager was super nice and had great communication with during my time at Bill Tysons. I thought I was going to pay an arm and leg for service because I thought there was something seriously wrong with my car. But the reassured me that there was nothing wrong with car since they ran diagnostics on the engine. Very happy customer.

I believe I have found the most trustworthy and honest auto mechanic shop ever, and I have lived in seven states and have owned many different vehicles. Additionally, they are exceptional mechanics. Josh is at the top of his game and delivers. Excellent service!

I usually do not comment on a review unless the service was either exceptionally great or exceptionally horrible. In this case, Bill Tyson's Auto Repair located in Boca Raton has provided me with the absolute best service any consumer could ask for. As snow birds for the second year, our old Mercedes had several costly mechanical problems which no other dealer or repair shop was willing to work on and was continually turned away.Every shop my wife and I spoke with were pretty short and mostly rude and on two occasions was hung-up on. Several shops did not even return my calls. I cannot praise Josh and his team for providing timely and very friendly service without emptying my bank account. I do know that Josh could have quoted me a huge bill to repair every task which, I'm sure, is the greedy practice that other shops automatically engage in, but the work was done at the least possible cost and on time.Tyson's is building a unique, honest and customer-friendly business which I am certain will markedly increase their customer base going forward, and I give their name out to all my friends and clients. Can't say enough about them!

These guys are exceptional - straightforward, helpful and they care about providing customer service. I drove in with a problem in the middle of the day with no appointment and they dropped everything to make fixing it a priority. Estimate was accurate, work was done on time and the communication was first rate.

Five star service. This shop went above and beyond. Fixed three complicated issues in one easy visit for less ($$) than expected. Would recommend this shop all day long! As for customer service - Josh is the BEST. Thank you guys!!!

It is difficult to find an honest and reliable auto repair shop and I have found one that I can trust. They fixed the problem when the car dealer said it couldn t be repaired saving me hundreds of dollars. Josh was easy to work with and knowledgeable about my situation. They are worth giving them a try.

I want to honestly say as someone from out of state and visiting my daughter while at school finding a mechanic shop is a tough issue. Not knowing if I'm going to get clobbered with pricing because I'm not from the area. I found Bill Tysons Auto Repair to be honest, efficient and very reliable. Josh exceeded my expectations and was upfront about all the issues at hand. I brought my car here based on the good google reviews so thought I d leave one myself . Had a brake flush and wheel alignment done. Very satisfied and found out a 2 year warranty on the wheel alignment Will use them again

I got a flat wheel in a car i bought a week ago! My account for roadside assistance was not yet registered since it was so new - Josh and the guys as Bill Tyson s were amazing. They dealt with the dealership for me, organized the payment from them, ordered new tires, put them on and had everything done efficiently and professionally. I really appreciated the service and how helpful they were. I will use this shop any time I have an issue in the future. 10/10

Found this place when I was looking for a place to get my Mercedes serviced and inquire about a potential repair. They completed the service and repair in a timely manner and were very upfront and transparent about the repair and the pricing. Josh was fantastic - extremely knowledgable and patient and went above and beyond in explaining everything to me about what needed to be done. Would definitely recommend this place

Car was vibrating and a friend recommended me this place because he had a good experience and multiple people they've referred also had a good experience. Dropped off my car and a few hours later Josh called me with the diagnosis and a cost, which I thought was reasonable, he was honest in telling me he didn't think he would be able to get my car back that same day and I truly appreciated that. No point in getting client's expectations up and then leaving a sour taste in their mouth when those expectations aren't met.I had a great experience, Josh and his team did a great job, after leaving it felt like I was driving on clouds the ride was so smooth. Thank you guys.

My family had used [another shop] for many years, until it recently changed ownership. My wife's sunroof got stuck so I decided to search elsewhere. I saw Bill Tyson's reviews (all 5's, and a lot of them), so I figured I'd take a shot. They were very professional and communicated with me at every stage. They were very thorough and even SAVED me $$ from the original quote. I think we've found our new go-to place for auto repair!Today I had my car aligned. INCREDIBLE service from Josh! I had two other estimates, one from a dealership & another from another shop but I had a feeling things were not right. Josh and the guys are the best! My daughter was on her way back to school and stopped for gas (late at night), and her Audi would not start after filling up. Now, this is an older model, and parts can be hard to find. We contacted Josh first thing in the morning, and once we had the logistics worked out, we got the car towed, and it was in their hands.Josh called me fairly quickly to let me know what the problem was (fuel pump), a price, and time line for the repair.The repairs took a little longer than what was anticipated (due to a full gas tank), but they got it done safely and before she got off work. While he had the car in the air, they did an inspection of the underbody and other components. He wrote up quotes for the other repairs, and she was on her way.If you are in need of a repair facility that does not over sell you, does what they say and is willing to look a little more to ensure that you have all of the necessary information about your vehicle... open at 7:30 and close at 6. Bill Tyson is your place.

Have brought my daughters older car here 3 times already this year for different things. They are always very quick to provide quotes and have always turned the repairs around in a day or 2. Very happy with the team and service here. They fit me in immediately (vs the earliest dealership appointment 8 days out), were able to diagnose the issue in the first 2 minutes of my driving on the lot, set expectations clearly for the time for repair, helped me sort what to repair that day vs wait, finished on time as promised, and had easy systems for signing agreements and paying. Car runs today better than it has in 4 years, and I'll use them again.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I could not be more pleased with the service at Bill Tyson's. I initially received an estimate from the dealership but Bill Tyson's provided the same service more than 30% cheaper than what I was originally quoted. From the initial phone call, to the estimate, to the the repairs, and billing process, the communication was great. I was treated respectfully (never spoken down to as I've experienced in other repair centers) and I was given good advice and different options based on cost/budget. I am so happy to have found a repair shop outside of the dealership that I can trust. I will be returning for future work not only on my car but on my wife's car, too.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I went to three places for an immediate fix before work. They took me in immediately on the undercarriage issue, the under cover was dragging. (I hit some thing on the highway.) I found my new Boca Raton mechanic!! I was in and out in 10 minutes. Josh is superior and great at his work.

Exceeded expectations. Our 2018 Subaru wouldn't go into gear (manual transmission) and we feared the worst. Josh diagnosed the issue quickly and was honest enough to tell us it was just the cable. My daughter is going to college at FAU, and I, her father, am four hours away. She called me in tears when her car had overheated bill Tysons was less than a half a mile away. The rating was good and she took it there. I thought the estimate was extremely high so he charged for The diagnosis which was wrong I took it to another shop for an estimate and repair and saved over $500. I feel like they took advantage of a young girl, with no oversight to check on what was reasonable. Just my experience. I suggest you inspect what you expect

Brought my car in for my brakes and they told me my ABS pump needs to be replaced. Said it would take a week and would cost $1800. I left my car there until I could have it towed to a friends mechanic . This took 4 days for it to get towed and this mechanic told me it is the master cylinder not the ABS pump ..much cheaper and quicker repair. I payed $40 for the break inspection at Bill Tyson and lost out on $400 not having my car for the week to drive to clients just to find out they lied to me. Never coming back here again.Service: Brakes
