Recently bought a BEAUTIFUL 2020 GMC Yukon XL. I ve had it a week now and I absolutely love it!! Yessy was amazing, and assisted with all of my questions! She knew all the bells and whistles and even went so far as to send me a video of everything because I had inquired over the phone! She asked my preferences and knew EXACTLY which truck I needed to be the perfect fit for my family! The process was fast and they gave me an amazing deal, even my credit union couldn t believe how sweet it was!! Yessy was communicative and worked with me during every step of the process! Will definitely refer all of my friends and family!

I recently bought a 2024 Buick Encore ST and had a positive experience with Matt Bonner at Belle Glade Chevy Buick. Matt was excellent with communication, sending videos and answering all of my questions by text or phone. He was transparent about everything from start to finish and was willing to work with me so that he could earn my business. I left happy and didn t waste my time like I did at previous dealerships. Had a great experience here. Matt Bonner was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy at all. He even delivered the vehicle to my home approx a hour away because I was alone. Dealer fees are minimal and he didn t try to sell me extras I didn t need. Bought my daughters car w him and will be purchasing another for myself soon. Highly recommend.

Yessy helped me and my family out tremendously today. We felt very comfortable in the space and were treated with so much respect. It was my first time buying a vehicle and she made the process very seamless and less of a hassle. I cannot recommend coming to her enough. If the future allows I ll definitely keep coming here because of our amazing experience.

Super happy with belle glade Chevy Buick. Emil was my sales person he did an amazing job on getting me into my Chevrolet trax 2024. Abel the finance person work so hard to get us the best deal possible. Super happy with all the outcome. I highly recommended this dealership. They provide full attention to customer as soon as you walk in the door.

Would leave no stars if I could but that s not an option. Found a vehicle online and called and spoke to Ashley. We talked numbers and told her we live 3 hours away and agreed upon an out the door price. We get there, and had to wait twenty minutes for her to get back with the car that she took to get gas. We test drive the car and it s really dirty on three outside. The advertised mileage was in the 6k range. When I turned the car on it was over 11k. Ashley s office was completely disgusting and dirty. Chairs we sat in were broken and squeaky and the place was in disarray. Of course she presents us with a complete different set of numbers than what we discussed over the phone. When the manager came in he was arrogant and borderline rude. Ashley completely lied and denied the numbers we discussed over the phone. The whole experience was a nightmare ans I was so upset when we left there. I d never recommend anyone to their dealership.

Visited the dealer looking for a truck and was helped by Yessy. Very sweet, honest , professional and knowledgeable! She was so patient going through every step to make sure we were satisfied with our financing. Will recommend her over and over again! Would have wanted to meet Alfredo (manager) since he was working with her on financing, and she was going back and forth to his office, working on getting best rate possible. Sadly, Alfredo never came out to meet with us. Overall the experience was great thanks to Yessy. Ask for her, she will make it happen!! Although we decided to go another route and purchased a brand new truck with Ford, we would have purchased from her trustingly.

Vincent Grant was very helpful with getting the issue with my truck fixed today. Thanks Vince you rock. On the other hand, the service manager was not customer service friendly, something that he really needs to learn and work on. The job was done in a timely manner on my vehicle.

I drive almost an hour to look at a F150 they posted on line only to find out the photos we're of the good side of the truck. The entire right side needs body work and would take another 2 weeks or more to complete. NEWS FLASH...... DON'T POST A TRUCK FOR SALE UNTIL IT IS ACTUALLY READY TO SELL.

Purchased a 2020 Chevy Silverado a couple of weeks ago....such an easy process.... saw the truck online drove from Okeechobee and was greeted by sales rep Matt Bonner and Manager Vince...these guys were so awesome at working out the best deal for my husband. Worst Experience I've ever had trying to buy a car! We found a vehicle online and negotiated over the phone and was given a final/out-the-door price because we lived over 3 hours away. After agreeing on price and driving all the way there, we were put through the usual car dealership hassle and they did not honor the price given.Also, the dealership is really run down and is in horrible condition from carpeting, chairs, bathrooms, etc. Place was flat out disgusting and dirty. The saleswoman we had, did not know what she was doing, and the manager she called in was extremely arrogant, smug and rude. Complete waste of a day.Would never recommend... Stay away!

Drove over 2 hours to come look at this junker. I was told there was no oil leaks truck was mint condition that is not the case! truck has rust holes in the bed size of a football and the trucks leaking more fluids than a 1989 dodge Ram do not waste your time at this dealer! The people that work here are a joke had 3 people tell me there s no issues with truck do not believe what Dalton tells you

I had a highly disappointing experience with Chevy Belle Glade. Despite receiving one set of numbers over the phone, upon arriving at the dealership, they presented entirely different figures. The two-hour drive there and back only added to the frustration. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this dealership to avoid a similarly disheartening encounter.
