Best local carwash around. Price packages for every budget. Free vacuum, cleaning rags & cleaning spray after the wash. Highly recommend the prewash self bug scrub. Well worth the extra elbow grease to get the best results possible. Highly recommend Zips Car Wash. If my husband is a satisfied customer...well, that speaks Volumes!

This is the best car wash we've ever used. They have a nice pre wash area with everything you need if you need it. The car wash itself is very good. Then you can use their vacuum area, but it is much more then vacuuming. They have spray cleaner and clean towels, a vacuum with a crevice nozzle that works great, and a small air hose to blow out this hard to reach places. On top of all that, they have floor mat washing stations for both carpeted and rubber floor mats. They have monthly rates also. Love this place.

Love the Car Wash here in Avon Park. I live in sebring and always find myself coming here to wash my car. The people here are really friendly and always do a great job of keeping items stocked for us to clean our vehicles inside and out. Thanks for being a reliable group of people and providing and affordable and reliable service!! Shout out to Sam for always keeping working hard on the job as well!

FIRST and foremost I have to say how impressed I am with this car wash. I have never been to such a thorough car wash. There are car washes closer to my house, but I ll travel the extra distance to go here. The employee that stood out to me was Sammy, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my service.They do amazing work, and without a doubt the best Customer Service you'll find anywhere.

In January 10, 2024 I went to the Avon Park Florida Zips. I had an issue with a prepaid membership. After 25 minutes on my phone with customer service there was absolutely no resolution. Emilio provided me with a gift card to cover my situation. And Chris kindly helped me purchase my car wash. I will always speak highly of my customer service provided by them both.

Great car wash! Friendly staff! Issues are dealt with quickly! Free high power vaccums, cleaning clothes, all purpose cleaner. Our truck looks great after every visit!

Awesome service, very nice people who run it. The vacuums take out everything out of my car and the car wash itself dies an amazing job washing it. They even provide rags and spray for the inside of your vehicle.

Awesome car wash, friendly staff, $45 a month for 2 vehicles is a little pricey for membership because I live to far to utilize the services also was not told that the membership was $45 until after car wash when the guy brought out the paperwork

I would give this place 4.5 stars. The customer service was great but the wash itself left some spots on my truck still caked in dirt. However, I will continue to come here because the costumer service is above perfect.

This place is a joke $17 for a carwash that left me a broken front on my car, a horrible car wash that left soap marks all over the car, my car sensor was going off as soon as I pulled my car out of neutral. the employee came up to my car and said my car was hanging in the front end. Took pictures, lead employee took pictures, took all my info and was told I'd recieve a call by Tuesday following week by manager who was out on vacation. No call, went to office, was told nothing they can do. Called corporate was told manager has to issue an incident report and they can follow up.A complete joke. No response frok manager.Won't be taking my services back. Do yourself a favor and stay away if you don't want car damageUPDATE: I was asked by manager " if i could fix my review" after meeting with them and issuing a claim. It was NOT resolved. Almost instantly from him sending the claim I received an email saying my car will not be fixed because my car falls under their policy if your car is over 7 years(2016) it isn't covered by them. Ridiculous! Manager clearly told me in their video it show my car was broken when it went under the blowers, CLEARLY showing them it was the machines pressure setting at fault not because my car falls under their policy. As my husband and I own several businesses we understand sometimes it falls under the responsibility of an owner to take care of issues that have occurred within your premises. In this case zips does not take accountability.

I visit Zips twice a month for my cleanings. Though my interaction with the staff is minimal, my last visit I was tended to by Kris. We shared some conversation and he helped me out with a some issues I was having. I couldn't thank him enough for being the person he is. Though I have loved Zips facilities and services, Kris just puts the cherry on top.Thank you Kris again and to management.. You guys got a good one.

I had the best experience at this car wash. I had help from Kristofer he was so nice and made the experience much nicer. He gave the best recommendations of things I can do to keep my car fresh and was very helpful and supportive. I felt comfortable with the care of my car at this location from the staff and the machines. I will definitely be returning every time my car needs a wash! I signed up for the membership just so I can visit zips every time!Service: Auto detailing

Good job but renewing my account without my permission. I've tried calling but ha ing issues. So I we t on line was told they couldn't refund or credit my account. That they're not connected anymore. So they told me I had to go to the office in Avon park. I've only washed my car twice since October. The guy that got me started said if I wanted to continue to come back when the next month came around. Well I've been sick and haven't been driving my car. Think I got February's canceled. Now to straighten out November through January.

Arturo Is the best. I have several Trump magnets on my car and he always removes them before I go through the wash so they don t disappear. He s very very kind about doing that for me and I certainly appreciate it!

Lost a hitch cover for my Expedition 6 or so weeks ago and noticed it after a few days later of going through the car wash. I figured it s a shot in the dark that it was still there IF that s where I actually lost it. Well that s where I lost it and they still had it which was great considering. Surprised it worked out the way it did and they didn t sell it. Thanks Kristafer!

Glad to have this car wash in our community. Not quite as impressive as when they first opened but the wash is quite good. Seem to struggle a bit at keeping clean clothes available for drying etc. I seem to get a fair amount of overspray from the tire treatment.

Expensive wash and you have to do the pre-wash yourself. Great if your car only is dusty but lovebugs are tough to get off. The basic wash is $12.00 and did nothing to clean the front of my car of the bugs.

My car shines from far thanks to the best carwash in town Zips Car Wash! The very friendly staff treats me with respect and always got me from tire shine, cleaned towels to floor mats wash and never fails. I always get complements on how cleaned and shiny my car is and no wonder how. I ve met customers that come from 40 minutes away just to get their car cleaned, that would tell you that much! So worth getting the membership for sure!

Always clean and well maintained. The staff is awesome and personable. I bring my cars probably daily with my monthly wash membership and have had no complaints.

Sammy helped me sign up, super nice and helpful. He explained the different tiers and helped me get my first month for only $10. Great quick way to clean your car and the people are super nice and helpful!

Got individual car wash & received bill for $48 later. Do not even live in the state. When I tried to call to cancel the auto pay out of my credit card, no one was available. You have to literally go in personally to stop it! Very bad way to do business!
