If zero stars was an option I would ve given it very rude customer service from the lady at the front desk. Work was done and they were super busy so I didn t look over how it was done until I made it home. Exhaust tips were way too far out and positioned inwards and towards the pavement. I came back 2 days later to get it fixed willing to pay again for the 2nd time for the same job and they refused to fixed what I wanted redone. They opted to give my money back(which I didn t request)and told me to leave and don t ever come back. Went to Tail Pipes Muffler Shop in Lakeland and got everything corrected. Stay away from this business and most of all the rude lady that talks to you like a child that s in the office.

I am beyond pleased with the work they did.The customer service is beyond awesome.. they have that southern hospitalityWill definitely refer everyone I know here.Thank y'all so much for making my girl grumble

So I came here to this shop because of the good ratings on google reviews, the people say they were nice and friendly yes it s true.The Price is reasonable just like the people said because they will took care of your vehicle specially John he is the one who is really nice to me, he done things that I m not expected compared to those other shops that is cheap yes but the service is not that good.So look for John if you want to have an excellent result

Pitt s was fantastic! I was sent there from another shop for exhaust work. Pitt s did a diagnostic and determined that I DIDNT need exhaust work. They were honest and up front with their findings, and didn t even charge me for the diagnostic! I would 100% use them again!

They do great work. Price is great as well. They are honest too. Just make sure you get there early. Like 7:30 am! If not you will have to wait.

Family owned business for decades. Locals with skills and integrity and charge remarkably reasonable prices. I'm a car guy ad to impress me takes alot. These people are the best and I wont take my vehicles anywhere else!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

There is a very good reason why they have #1 in the name. Up front, honest, friendly. You get to see what they are doing. They made sure you are happy with what they are doing. This is the way business should be run. God keep blessing you all. Keep up the awesome job

Great work for a fare price. Late model vehicle or new. Excellent customer service. Been a customer for years. Recommend getting there early, they get busy quick.First come first serve. "If you ain't first....you're last." ;)

I would not recommend went there (first come first served) ok cool call when was 5mins away 2 people in front of me wait almost 2hr (3 cars went of the lift and left)...ok cool ask how long more do I have 3 more cars in front of me I still have to wait lady who spoke to me was rude and talks to me like I am her child never again ever didn't do the work left after she spoke with me I would stay away unless you want to get treated like a child

They installed duals on my Silverado at the last minute on a Saturday. Excellent work, reasonable price and fairly short wait for a walk-in job. Would recommend highly to anyone needing work done. Beats Midas as they didn't have a clue. Pitts fixed me right up.

No appointment first come first serve just as it says on the reviews great honest people....I'm originally from Jersey Newark....So you can imagine it's tuff the word trusting in my book if you're looking for great quality muffler work see them and be patient there bit slow but great service..bless them all

Had a 93 firebird needed custome exhaust work to fit a true 3" dual pipes onInstalled by other left hang low now you cant even see the pipesAwesome jobhighly recommend this shopI Will bring all my exhaust work here great pricing way lower than other shops

They are so fast and so good! I've never seen anything like it in my life but it's almost like an assembly line first come first serve and they ask you what you want done when it's your turn to pull your vehicle in and get it done in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I was getting catalytic converters put on my vehicle and when everybody else told me over $1,200 for the job they only charged me $650 not only that their customer service is amazing like the other reviews say they treat you like family even though they've only met me twice I felt at home! They really do an amazing job I cannot stress that enough!

There have been a few times I've needed something welded and these guys are extremely helpful! The cost is always affordable on the smaller jobs and not bad on the bigger jobs. I definitely recommend them for all your welding needs. They are friendly and courteous, fast and professional.

The owners are friendly & professional. They know what they are doing and it's an excellent job. My husband send me to get dual exhaust put on his car and I had no clue except for a text message he sent me with. Mrs. Tanda knew exactly what he wanted (thank goodness cause I didnt wanna mess it up). I highly recommend this place they make you feel like family and the prices are good. Just make sure you get there early to make sure you get a spot to get your car worked on they are busy but worth the wait.

In all honesty, this is by far the best muffler shop around, the customer service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone trying to get muffler work done. Want to give a shout-out to the boss lady s wife Tanda she was very kind and respectful. 10 stars my opinion. Also the prices are great.

Excellent service always! I have been here 6 x in 2 years. (Due to me buying more trucks) I will always have my trucks dual magnaflow done here. Knowledge and experience shows in the craftsmanship of welding and bending the special turns needed. Waiting for them to open now, fills up fast on Saturdays. A+ place. Rates are reasonable. Staff is super friendly.

They're not getting when they say get there early got there at 7: 00am and there's eight people in front of me definitely worth the wait $75 to get exhaust leak fixed versus $600 at the other place

Amazing staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Word of advise get there early, they don't do appointments just walk in. Which is understandable, I got there right at 8 and there was 6 people in front of me.....but they knock them out pretty quickly also give you the option to drop it off if your busy and can't stay.

Talking about rock bottom LOW prices that NO ONE ELSE WILL BEAT GUARANTEED ! ?Or QUALITY SERVICE ! ?You have to check these guys out without a doubt... Their staff was very welcoming to me and my family, not to mention they are very honest, reliable and transparent. No matter who you are they will make sure that your exhaust is done right the first time and they stand very firm on their warantee . I respect these guys and recommend anyone that is looking for low cost quality work to be done on their vehicle or exhaust !

I've had them install the exhaust on 5 vehicles for me and they will be my go to installers on all of my vehicles. I was born and raised in Polk County and now I travel from Orlando to Auburndale when I need some work done. Friendly people, damn good work at a damn good price.

These folks have done a number of exhaust systems for me, and I've always left happy. I highly recommend Pitt's! Prices are reasonable, working integrity is very high.
