One of the best experiences dealing with a car dealership I've had and I'm 48. Everyone that worked there were more than kind people and treated me very well. I shopped around and wish I didn't waste my time at some other place. I got a great deal on a vehicle in great shape inside and out. Financing was the easiest experience for me also. You can't go wrong stopping here to shop for a clean reliable vehicles. Thank you corona auto sales for a great experience .

My experience with Corona Auto Sales has been awesome. I came here to purchase a vehicle for me after seeing how good they treated my brother in law when I brought him here 3 months ago and so I decided to come here. They helped me through the whole process and even helped me solve some issues with the insurance company to make sure I drove away in a vehicle today. The service from everyone here is awesome and the process is pretty quick. I do recommend to others. My brother in laws car has been running strong since he purchased it. Once I get more time driving the vehicle I purchased I will update. Ask for Leo when you come visit!

My experience with Corona Auto Sales back in 2016 was an absolute nightmare. As a student, I thought buying a Suzuki Grand Vitara from them would be a step towards independence. Instead, it turned into a relentless battle with their lack of accountability and sheer disrespect.From the moment I walked onto their lot, I was met with difficulty. They seemed to take pleasure in making the process as challenging as possible, despite knowing I was a student. Their utter disregard for my situation left me feeling frustrated and defeated.But the worst was yet to come. Towing my vehicle away while I was in class at Tampa Hillsborough Community College, miles away from their dealership, was a blow I never saw coming. I had spoken to them the day before, explaining the situation with my school money, and they assured me that everything was fine. Yet, at 10 pm, I found myself stranded without a car.Fast forward to 2023, and I'm still feeling the aftermath of my disastrous experience with them. Seeking the title from the tax collector has turned into a nightmare. To my disbelief, I've been informed that there's a lien on the vehicle dating back to 2016. And the audacity of Corona Auto Sales to claim I owe them over $500 is mind-boggling. It's like they're determined to make every interaction with them a painful one.Despite the seemingly positive reviews I see scattered around, I urge you not to take them at face value. My personal encounter with them was nothing short of awful. The stories I've heard from others have been even worse. It's taken me a considerable amount of time to share my experience, as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But no more.In my book, Corona Auto Sales is the epitome of disrespect and lack of professionalism. My ordeal with them has been a lesson in how some businesses can operate with such a blatant disregard for their customers' well-being. I wouldn't recommend their services to my worst enemy, let alone anyone I care about. Stay far away from this place.

We went to this dealership in search of a pick-up truck. The salesperson, Leo, was professionally friendly and knew how to keep a comfortable distance: not so close as to hover and apply pressure, but not so far away as to be unavailable when we had questions or needed more information. We brought in our own mechanic to check the truck, something that was not so welcome at other dealerships. However, Leo was completely at ease with it which led us to believe he had complete confidence in the automobiles the Company sells, and in our case, he was right to be confident. The financing was an easy process, but once inside we felt that the salesperson's attention was divided between us and other duties in the office making the process a little longer than necessary. Overall, it was a pleasant, smooth process, and once we were on our way -- him in his Tacoma and me with him out of my hair, and most importantly, out of my car, we were very happy shoppers!I gave them four stars because it took so long in the office.

We've been without a vehicle for several months, but finally saved up a bit, hoping to finally get into a vehicle. The whole staff at Corona were friendly and amazing. It took a bit of time, but we were able to work out a deal and leave with our own car. Finally. I highly recommend going there and seeing yourself in an affordable and reliable car, truck or SUV. Purchased my Subaru today with Carlos most patient and understanding company and salesman I ve encountered in my car buying experience. All staff when you walk in greet you with smiles while still giving you the time and freedom to walk and look at the vehicles without the hovering. Will recommend to anybody to check out Corona Auto Sales

My mother in law bought a car there today. J.P. helped her with financing the vehicle. He was extremely helpful and did a great job in making sure she was completely satisfied with her purchase. They had a nice selection of vehicles to look at. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend checking them out if you are looking for a vehicle.

Bought two cars from them. If you have a job and are able to bring about $500 cash, get insurance, and bring necessary documents they WILL get you into a car. It is a buy here pay here and will come with everything you would expect one to be.

My experience with Corona was awesome i got my car two months ago had minor problems with it but they fix it they are very nice peoples and will help you anyway they can very reliable i have nothing to say bad about them i thank my Daughter for taking me there i was getting very frustrated with other car dealership but came to them and drove home the same day thank guys for everything

They are very nice all of the staff there. They try their best to work with you with your financial situations. IF ANYTHING is wrong with your car once you purchase it they do their best to accommodate and fix the situation immediately and they have great customer service and affordable cars .

So I came to this dealership in hopes that I would ride out with a new car and I did well it didn't last very long... They repoed my car because my payment was due Saturday I sent them an email stating I couldn't find my account number I would be in on Monday and now their saying we took gps out of the car overall they scammed us and i can say they have definitely taken advantage of me being that im young if you read other reviews its happened to many other young people I wasn't even a day late they are money hungry people not to mention they wanted to charge me 500$ to get my stuff out of the car I would never recommend this place
