Hit a hog. Crash Depot was friendly and knowledgeable. Car was completed earlier than expected and the car looks new again. What more could you want? I would definitely use them in the future, but hope I don t have to.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

2/12/2024I can t express words enough how satisfied I was with Classic Collision. I was worried were to take my car for repairs. After reading a few reviews decided to take my chances, and I m so glad I did. They did a beautiful job repairing my baby. The paint job and all looks like a brand new car out of the dealer, and not only that, my car was so dirty before giving it to them. That it also look like I had my car detailed inside super clean Communication was awesome, letting you know every step of the way. From start to finish. Thank you guys and Bennie for the awesome experience with your company. I will take a picture soon to show my baby.

The car was unexpectedly totalled, Chris explained why since the damage didn't seem that severe. He stayed late and gave me the time to collect the personal items from the car. Friendly, courteous and professional. They come highly recommend by my insurance company and I agree.

This shop is amazing! They had to put my truck back together after an accident, and I got a brand new truck back! They kept me advised throughout the process, and advised me of additional work that they found. They handled everything with the insurance company from start to finish. I can t say enough good things about this company. I will never take any of my repairs anywhere else. I would highly recommend this company if you need repairs on your vehicle .

My car was involved in an accident, and I brought it to Crash Depot for the very first time. Of course I was hesitant at first being that I had never been to that shop before, and all I can say is five star service from the moment I arrived till the moment they gave me my car back, I am absolutely pleased with the work they performed on my Vehicle and the customer service they provided during the duration of my car being in their hands. The staff was super friendly and extremely communicative. If ever again, I have an issue with my car, which hopefully not, but these are the only people I will trust with my car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I normally do not write a review about a company but I came across one that deserves it.To be honest I wasn't looking at Crash Depot to do the work on my truck. I was thinking about doing it my self or have having another shop do it.That was before my insurance company recommend them as one of there preferred shops. I know what you are thinking never use the preferred shops because they cut corners to save the insurance money NOT HERE.I looked at the reviews on line and at only 16 I was like I don't know about this. All were 5 and said good things. So i thought i can get the esestament there and see what also I could find. That all changed after I got there. A small business that was very clean and very respectful of the customer . I like small business.Chance the owner very convenient in explaining what needed to be done and how it needed to get done. With that I was going to take a chance no pun intended and let them do the job.After looking at the truck he dealt with the insurance, ordered parts, and did all the prep work before I dropped off my truck. Chance told me that he would need it for a day maybe two. I will tell you that communication is key in a business I deal with. Chance called well enough in the day that I knew he would need it for the second day. (Really like a half a day.)When I went to pick up my truck I checked from head to toe for any short cuts or sloppy work and could not find any. They even went above and beyond and cleaned up some small scratches on the front. I was very impressed with everything.I told you that they didn't cut corners and needed it for a second day let me explain that.After getting into to the repairs they found a bracket that was bent and need a new one. (now it may have been able to be straighten out and reused that is what taking a short cut is) That is doing there job taking care of you the customer. I have no doubt they did just that.Communication communication communication is the key to making a business work and you will find that here. I WILL be back and have started to spread the word.Give them a shot you won't regret it. I am glad I took a chance.Thanks to you and your team it is well deserved.

After my accident things were so easy since they cut me out of the loop and delt directly with my insurance company. Only 8100.00 dollars later and this was the results!!! 5 star job guys!!! Thanks so much Guys!!!

I'm very pleased with my service. All the workers were supper nice. I had a slight problem but the owner resolved the issue, nothing bad, just time frame of work being done. Crash Depot replaced the rear bumper on my Highlander. They are courteous and take their time with you, going over each step in the process. They worked seemlessly along with my insurance; and coordinated the Enterprise Car Rental. My repairs were completed and ready two days ahead of the estimated completion date. I was able to drop my rental there and pick-up my vehicle at the same time.Service: Body & Trim

I was very pleased with the progress & work done on our Honda CR-V at Crash Depot. All the employees were very professional with great attitudes. I was kept updated on the work being done. Very helpful with the insurance process & getting a rental car. Our vehicle was done prior to the date first written down. When I got our CR-V back it had been cleaned inside & out! Looked awesome. Everyone is so nice here. I came in during an extremely busy time and Lisa and Martha made a great team. Working through each customer swiftly and making sure everyone knew they were more than "just another car". The lobby is clean and welcoming, with all kinds of beverages to make your wait that much more pleasant. Martha was very friendly and knowledgeable when completing my estimate. Lisa was so personable and managed the office flawlessly. I've never had to go through this before and Lisa is helping me walk through every step so kindly and patiently. I look forward to bringing my car in for repairs.

We were sent here as a second opinion was needed to see if our car was a total loss. Staff team members were very helpful. Very nice clean facility. We did not need their services as the car was a total loss.

I had a pretty bad fender bender and the side of my truck was all messed up. Not only did Crash Depot do an awesome job of repairing the damage but they did their best to save me money on the repairs. Great people to work with, kind and very professional. Crash Depot repaired damage from two different collisions, one to the front end of the car and one on the left rear quarter panel. All repairs and painting were well done -- car looks good as new. It was a pleasure to deal with the Crash Depot personnel, particularly Martha and Lisa. They were helpful, knowledgeable and at all times pleasant.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I'm so pleased with the service from Crash Depot, Chase is an awesome guy who really knows how to treat a customer, he basically takes care of all your needs, all you do is show up and he'll do the rest...I definitely recommend this business, you can't go wrong with them.. By the way when I picked up my car it was so clean in and out that it looked like a car from a dealership showroom...Thank you Crash Depot...

From start to finish Crash Depot was so professional and made the entire process as effortless as possible! Everything was handled through an insurance claim but the customer service they provided during the initial appointment, drop off, updates throughout, and pick up was very appreciated! Body damage from a Snow Flake who hit our car in the Wal-Mart parking lot. Crash Depot's service both auto body and customer service is A+. Quality work and a caring team = 100 % satisfied. These guys were great! I received updates about my truck daily so I never once had to call to see when it would be ready to be picked up. The staff is so nice and thorough on the service they provided on the vehicle. I will forever come to these guys if I ever need a repair on a vehicle. Highly recommend!

Crash depot was recommended by State Farm for an estimate. I had the worst experience, wait time, and communication from this place. In this day and time we can all understand delays and back ups. I am writing a bad review because this was more than just delays, it was poor communication and an inability to get a hold of them.My vehicle was picked up late Tuesday after an incident that damaged the undercarriage. Crash depot told me it should take 48 hours for an estimate. It took 5 days not counting the weekend. I initially called before my vehicle was scheduled to be towed to see if they could get an estimate in a timely manner and they assured me they could despite all others places being busy.After 48 hours I called again and they said they would for sure have it the next day (Friday) that came and went. I called back Monday very upset to find the estimate still wasn t done.I also had my insurance company called twice and they stated all they could get was voice mail.I m very upset at the customer service. If you are backed up just level with the customer so they can either make other accommodations or mentally prepaid for a wait time. That s all I m asking.

I had an amazing experience with Crash Depot and all of its staff. Chance was super helpful with my initial estimate and scheduling my appointment. Brian and Ashley were so personable when I met them and both explained the process so all my questions were answered.My favorite part of dealing with Crash Depot was being informed of every step through the text updates and website.My car looked brand new, inside and out. They detailed it in addition to doing excellent repairs! (And I am so grateful...I have 3 boys.)Everything about Crash Depot is top notch, from professionalism to productivity and time.

Chance and his team were extremely professional from start to finish. They did their best to meet my tight timeline to complete the vehicle and I really appreciated the fine work they did bringing my VW back to life. This company was referred to me by my State Farm insurance company. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The primary replacement part had a mfg delay so my car couldn t be repaired when originally scheduled. They reinstalled my damaged so I could continue to use my car until the part came in. I was very pleased with how Crash Depot handled the situation. I will be bringing in a second car very shortly.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
