Slow work. I paid for my part and labor and my car still was not ready 6 weeks later. Secretary doesn t know anything and doesn t communicate efficiently. I kept asking when would my car be done and kept getting the run around. She told me to call mechanic directly as if that s not her job. I paid 2150 for my transmission and even with bal paid in full my car is not done and they don t know when it will be. I requested a refund so I can go elsewhere to get my car fixed. No response. They have had my car some March.
