We had an easy decision to make this time.Steve gave us a couple options then Anthony finished the process. Everything was laid out for us & we got a great deal. When we saw that the new vehicle s gas tank was on empty, Anthony made that right too! Thank you for an easy purchase & going above & beyond! I m so happy with my new SUV!

Choosing Pristine Motorsports for my first car buying experience was the best decision I could ve made. Steve was very helpful throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions no matter how many I kept throwing at him. He was very kind and made sure to explain everything to me. Pristine definitely has the best deals around, lower mileage for better prices and the cars are actually in great condition. I left today with my new car and a huge smile. Thank you again Steve and the Pristine staff for the amazing experience! I will definitely be recommending people to come here for their car purchases and I ll definitely be back for my next car.

For a car shopping experience in the pouring rain, this was a great experience. The staff was friendly upon arrival, very informative, and straight forward. They answered questions, and provided necessary information to make our decision. This was a stress free purchase and I plan to return when time comes to make another purchase. I recommend Pristine Motorsports to anyone looking for to make a stress free purchase.

I considered trading in my vehicle from time to time but never got a good deal for my trade, which was in good condition and only 4 years old. One popular online purchase site offered me $1700 for my trade. It was so insulting, I almost stopped trying. Then I remembered driving past Pristine Motorsports on a weekly basis, and seeing the beautiful cars they have. So I decided to visit their site. I found quite a few vehicles I loved, and expressed interest. This was in the evening. I really didn t expect to be contacted the next day. Their sales team was fantastic! Anthony and Melissa were so kind, professional and thorough. I went to check out the ride of my choice that day, and brought it home later that week. I truly didn t think I was going to be trading in my car so quickly, with a generous trade offer and splendid purchase price of my new ride. Thanks Pristine Motorsports! I wish I had come to see you earlier, but late is better than never! Happy Holidays!

We purchased our vehicle @Pristine Off Lease Dealership in Smyrna DE recently! Melissa was informed and non pushy and it was very calm and helpful! We recommend this dealership and are pleased and comfortable for now! We can t remember the other guys name but they were accommodating and answered our questions and decent salespeople! We hope purchasing a used vehicle will be a positive experience. Not totally ecstatic about everything, but refer others

I wish I could give this business more than 5 stars. Here is my experience:I came in, I asked Stephen about the car I was interested in. He immediately greeted me, asked me if I wanted to do a test drive. After the test drive, he presented the out the of door number, which was a reasonable price. The process took about 45 minutes. This has been the easiest car purchasing experience I ve ever had. They answered all of my questions, gave me a clear breakdown of what I was paying for. There were no hidden fees or taxes attached. They are VERY professional, very courteous. If you want to have a clear, easy, straight forward car purchasing experience, I HIGHLY recommend this establishment.

The staff at Pristine Motorsports was extremely kind, helpful, and informative. They worked with me and not like typical auto sales people. I could tell they cared about getting me into a quality vehicle that I liked, and they did just that. I dealt with all three sales staff and it was truly a positive experience.

A perfect 100 out of 100 car experience. Stephen was outstanding in welcoming me, offering a test drive, and swiftly providing a reasonable out-the-door price upon my inquiry about the car. The entire 45-minute process was the most seamless car-buying encounter I've ever had. They answered all my questions, clearly outlined the costs with no hidden fees or taxes. Extremely professional and courteous, I highly recommend this establishment for a hassle-free car purchase.

I was in DE to buy a completely different car and luckily wound up at Pristine Motorsports on a recommend by a friend. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick approval and the awesome rate not to mention the gorgeous well kept cars on the lot. I am absolutely certain this dealer has something for everyone! I would HIGHLY recommend you stop in and see Will at Pristine Motorsports for a great deal on a really nice car! You wont be sorry! I drove all the way from NJ for a nice deal and will be back to trade in or get my next car from Will you can be sure! Thanks for the great service and getting me approved despite my less thank stellar credit rating. You guys were great!

I looked all over for a safe, low mileage, and well priced car for my daughter. I went to Pristine and they were awesome. I found a great 2015 Subaru Legacy that was loaded with only 32k miles. The price was decent and I was in and out in less than an hour. Their follow up on the sale has been exemplary and I will definitely do business with them again. Plus there is no dealer processing fee. Just the cost of the vehicle and the tax,tag,title stuff.

Pristine provided an easy and comfortable experience for my wife and I when purchasing a truck from them. Their selection of vehicles was above average, and you could tell they put effort into finding quality cars. I've had my truck for about 2 months now and I'm 100% happy with my decision to buy from them. Stephen was great to work with; he was professional and accommodating during the whole process. This was definitely the best car purchasing experience that I have EVER had. It started with the online contact (COVID-19, social distancing). The emails. And than the scheduling of an appointment to see and possibly purchase the car. Everything went very well. There was no pressure to buy or haggling. I worked with an Anthony Williams (who was a pleasure to work with). We (my wife & I) walked out feeling really good about the entire process and experience about the car that we purchased. All the staff there were very friendly (even the gentleman that gave our car it's final wash). If you are in the market for a nicely Pre-Owned vehicle, give Pristine Motorsport a try.

We needed a car and fast. Spent many days looking online first and found pristine motorsports to have some of the best deals. Lots of newer cars with very low miles. Melissa made the process super easy and fast. And gave us more of a fair trade in on our old car than a major dealership had offered us previously. Would highly recommend them for your next car purchase.

Absolutely amazing buying experience! Del ray and her team were so knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Buying a car is always stressful and I have always felt pressured buy sales reps, but NOT HERE. They were happy to answer every question with honesty, the did not hover and try to push a sale, I got to test drive the cars on my own so I could get a good feel for them. We ended up purchasing a chevy volt today, we had concerns about a stale smell and requested a filter change. Delray was happy to help and she was able to get one ordered and replaced for us free of charge. This was the quickest, and best buying experience we have every had at a car dealership! We will be returning to buy a 3rd car! We will recommend them to our family and friends for there used car needs!
