Was able to make an appointment quickly to have my brakes looked at. They did a great job. Chad at the front desk explained everything to me before anything was done and kept me from boredom while I waited for the work to be done. Will be bringing my car here again.

Bought four tires from the big guy with the beard and he was super nice and helped me find the correct ones for my car. Highly recommend this location! Great customer service!!!

The service desk was helpful and knowledgeable but they did not get my approval on a service warranty and charged my card. When I called them about it I was told how important it was to have it but no sorry was said at all. If I wanted the refund I would have to go back and get it. Not happy.

Got an alignment and brakes done, when making the appointment I talked to Chad with the beard,I believe he's one of the managers, he was very knowledgeable on the recommendation of which tires would be a good fit for my vehicle as well

Chad was great to speak with over the phone and in person, and pricing seemed fair and competitive. My service was scheduled within 24 hours of my first call, and it was completed in just over an hour in shop. For four tires, alignment and oil change, I expected to be waiting much longer. I m sure I ll be back.

The counter gentleman was GREAT!!!Told me my options & we moved forward that day with the work & will return. In a couple weeks!!!! Lil pricey...but great service

Got all new tires for my Car. They didn t have the size but had them the next day and scheduled the install that afternoon. Professional and not informative.

I'm a little disappointed when I went there one day for slow tire leak they told me they can not do anything till after 5 pm. I made an appointment for 10:00 am the next day, when I arrived at 9:50 am they said it would be a short while. They did not pull my car into the bay till 10:45 am. Disappointed.

I wish it were possible to give 0 Stars. My wife and I stopped at Mr. Tire yesterday 09/18/2023 around 10 a.m. My wife s left rear tire had picked up a nail and was going flat. I asked the person at the counter if they could plug it. He said to come back in two hours. I replied: It s going flat out in the parking lot. He replied very nastily; NOT MY PROBLEM!!! Today, I m calling corporate. He should not be representing Mr. Tire

Stranded and had to tow my Honda Accord...luckily I was near Mr. Tire in Smyrna and they took good care of me...gave me a fair price and got me back on the road! Manager, Chad, and the rest of the crew give great customer service...Thanks for saving my day!

1.5 hrs to mount a tire with nobody else there. I was the only customer Then to tell me the tire was too big to balance. 33x12.5r17. no refund of any kind. 50$ wasted. Now have to take the tire somewhere else to get balanced. I Never will go back again.

I needed Mr. Tire for a few occasions including a time when I chose to replace my original aluminum wheels (including the "donut" for obvious reasons) with all steel wheels. My aluminum wheels began pitting and they were getting ugly. They allowed me to have the five (5) new steel wheels delivered to their shop. From there they would move the rubber from the aluminum wheels to the steel wheels. I now have 5 new wheels (including a full sized spare that replaced the "donut"). I also use them for my minor maintenance and I'm quite happy.

Great service. I was greeted at the door & the manager was very nice even though I was running late for my appointment. I was getting all 4 tires replaced & an oil change. The service was very fast & I was pleased with how professional everyone was. They could use a coffee pot in the lobby for people waiting . Just a suggestion. Great service!

Found this Mr. Tire location as we were traveling on Saturday July 15 and pressure in one tire was dropping quickly. We had picked up a piece of metal and the tire could not be patched. They had the tire we needed in stock and we were back on the road in a little over 30 minutes. Great service and they saved us from being stuck on the road on a very hot day.

Got a flat on Rt 1 while traveling. Husband had to put 4 plugs in it. Wouldn t hold. he called Mr. Tire minutes before closing and they said would wait for us to get there. the nicest 2 gentleman working. They saved the day. Happily on our way back to Jersey now.

Everyone is very friendly and acknowledgeable. They tell you exactly what is wrong with your car and give you options to fix it. I wouldn t go anywhere else with my vehicle.

0 for 2 on tires we ordered on line. One vehicle we compromised on the 2nd vehicle could not find a compromise. Was told that availability online is not store specific. After getting the tires on one vehicle their system went down. Had to get an emailed receipt a week later. Felt shady..

The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and honest. I had a nail in my tire and they discussed all of my options. The nail ended up not puncturing the tire, but they fixed the air levels in all 4 as they were at the incorrect levels. All for no charge :) they even put on Sing 2 for my son while we waited. Such a friendly environment that takes care of their customers. Will definitely return for my future needs!

My son took his truck to get a tire replace. He has a warranty on the tires but they didn t want to deal with a warranty company. No problem we paid and turned the receipt to the warranty company. They had a few questions and reached out to them specifically Chad along with myself with the information they needed. They did not respond. This was last week. A few days ago they reached out to the warranty company asking where their payment was. Really.. we already paid them. They didn t want to deal with the warranty company to help their customer but didn t mind reaching out to them for a payment that they were already paid for.

Just had new 35 in tires put on my jeep,1,800$ it took 3.5 hours with appt, the mechanic scratched all my wheels with the impact gun ,after pointing this out , the guy said ,oh it will wash off, after green pad, scrubbing, they r deeply scratched I would not recommend them at all

Amazingly quick 35 min service for oil change and tire rotation. Nicest Mr Tire I ve been to. Very large spotless lobby. Will be back.

Today was my first visit, and it was a great experience! I was running late for my appointment and when I called they were very understanding and kind. When I arrived, the customer service was top notch and I was able to use the free WiFi to get some work done on my computer while I waited. My tires were put on quickly and for a great price! Everyone was so nice and it was evident that they cared about their customers. Highly recommend!

Had an incredible experience with Mr Tire great prices friendly, helpful, professional staff! I worked with Trish who was very sweet and helped me find the best deal for me and my budget! I walked in no appointment and had 4 new tires on my car in 3 hours! I would highly recommend them to friends and family! The mechanics were also helpful and friendly and offered me some tips on the best way to get the most out of my car! Thank you guys again!

These guys were super helpful, straightforward, diligent & provided excellent customer service. The waiting area is beautiful, clean & homelike- very comfortable! The service was excellent, affordable & worthwhile. We will be back for sure- this place is great!

My tire was almost flat and I thought I needed a new one. The staff at Mr. Tire determined that I had run over a nail and patched the tire without an appointment for only $20. Honest and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

I came in today, and had great customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this company, and especially in this location of Smyrna, Delaware, as this was some of the best service I have received. The staff was very attentive to each and every request/detail put before them. They were also very patient, as well as eager to teach, and inform of each step that was next. Not to mention, they were able to finish a task that what could ve been hours at another company, in a matter of minutes.

I've been coming to Mr. Tire in Smyrna for close to 3 years. I always receive great service. The staff is super friendly. I enjoy using the coupons they always offer. I make appointments and sometimes I don't but that's okay because they also take walk ins and I never wait long for my services. The mechanics here are great at what they do. Wouldn't consider going any place else to get work done on my car.
