I had a screw in my tire and needed it patched. It took about an hour or so, other cars were ahead of me, but it was fast and proficient, and the staff was friendly and professional as well. Will absolutely come back if I ever have an issue with my tires in the future.

The team at Mike's Tire Service went above and beyond for my mother and I after a brake line failure on Rt 1. I called in and was welcomed to come right in for an emergency fix. The shop was very busy yet they still had us back on the road in less than two hours including ordering parts from two different parts stores. We cannot thank Mike and his team enough! Mike even drove me to Wawa to get some food for my mother as she was feeling faint. We could all take a lesson from this team on showing such compassion and professionalism.A special thank you to our mechanic, Chris who did an excellent job that left us feeling safe to move forward with our journey!

My husband & I are truck drivers and were running 2 separate trucks up Rt. 1 when I blew an inside rear trailer tire. I took the next exit and headed south on rt. 13 toward the rest area to figure out what to do. I found Mike's Tire Repair online and incidentally, it was less than a mile away. I was able to limp it there, unfortunately, they didn't have the size tire I needed. The nice young man that helped me, who was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient took it upon himself to call around and found a tire 40 miles away. He went above and beyond the call of duty by going and getting this tire for me!! And got it on promptly so I could get back on the road. Thank you, Guys for saving the day! Will definitely keep this local family business in mind for any future tire needs!

Our tire blew out on the highway and hit our exhaust pipe. We called several near by RV repair places and they could not help. We called Mike s and they had us come right over. They were amazing!!! They worked on our RV immediately. They fixed the exhaust and replaced the tire in less than 45 minutes. We were back on the road. I can t say enough great things about them! They were life savers!!! Thank you to everyone that works there!!!!

This company is full of very polite and respectful employees. That alone will keep me coming back. We had a flat tire and they got us all fixed up with a new one and out the door in under 30 minutes! And I was a walk in. Definitely go there for any of your tire needs!

Traveling to PA from DE pulling an enclosed trailer loaded with belongings we experienced losing the tread off one of the trailer tires 9 miles from the Smyrna exit on Route 1. After traveling the distance on the side of the road, very slowly we made it to Firestone Complete Care and inquired if they could replace the damaged tire since we had no spare, which was our error having recently purchased the trailer. My husband was told they were unsure how they would have to Jack up the trailer to remove the tire. My husband explained they would put a Jack under the axle and Jack it up. He was then told they do not have the equipment to do this, but if he (my husband) wanted to Jack it up and remove the tire they may be able to change it but it would take at least two hours!!!! This information came from the MANAGER himself! Now keep in mind, my husband and myself as well, are comfortable changing a tire and if we had the means to remove the tire we would have done so, unhooked the trailer and taken the tire to be repaired without traveling 9 miles on the side of the road on a tire without tread! AND the manager had just said this business did not have the equipment to remove a trailer tire!!!! So how they expected my husband to accomplish this is beyond me.The bright spot in this whole CRAZY experience is we left this FIRESTONE place of business as fast as we could, travelled two miles, very slowly, up the road to Mike s Truck & Tire Repair, we were greeted very nicely and 15 minutes later were on our way again to PA with a newly mounted and balanced tire and had the wonderful experience of doing business with a mechanic who was competent and professional and more than happy to help.If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, I recommend you just travel those two extra miles to Mike s for wonderful, friendly service!

I had a nail in my tire, every other tire shop in the area was booked up for days to get it repaired. I decided to give one last shop a try, and I'm glad I did. The crew at Mike's were professional and they were able to fit me in the same day, even with their busy schedule. The prices are right on the mark with the other tire shops and in some cases cheaper. Mike's Tire just doesn't do commercial vehicles (like I thought they did) they do all makes and models of vehicles. Mike you just got yourself a new customer for life. Thanks again!!

I was able to get 2 take off tires for my car, practically brand new, installed for 120 bucks. Also found out that I had a huge bubble on my back passenger side tire so the tech put one of my old front tires on the back for 10 bucks. Disposable for the other two was only $10.00. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I will be a returning customer for new tread on the back.

10/10 would highly recommend. Fantastic customer service and great prices for used tires. They got the tire on my rim and put it on for me, all within 10-15 minutes. I was in and out in no time and will definitely be going back in the future.

Mike's truck and tire was great we were headed to the shore and had a blow out on the side of the road. They came out and changed our tire on the side of the road. He arrived in less than a half hour from call with a replacement tire so we didn't have to ride on a donut.

Great customer service! Ordered my 4 tires to be put on this weekend, reasonable cost after shopping around, & free rotation! Oh, because I'm concerned about the steel showing on the front tire & have a commute back and forth to work between now and when I get the new ones, they let me "borrow" a tire until then. They have my safety in mind! By the way, they could have just put my spare donut on there, but I am going a distance. Will post again after my next experience...

Horrible customer service, do not waste your money!! I Went to them and was serviced, returned back not even a full week later and asked them to make an adjustment for me.. Not only did they attempt to charge me full price for something that was a mistake on both ends, they had the WORST attitudes. They were very rude, they cut me off while speaking and the wife even walked off mid conversation. It s one thing to not offer a discounted price (ok that s fine I respect it) but to not even take any accountability and also be rude about it is another!! I will NEVER give them another penny nor will I recommend anyone go to them. Don t waste your money, go somewhere will will at the very least they will respect you!

The staff was amazing! We were on our way to the beach with our travel trailer when our tire blew out. Our normal roadside assistance left us sitting, but we called mikes and they were replacing our tire in MINUTES! Jake had us back on the road in no time! Forever grateful!!!!

We got a flat one 1 and had to pull over immediately. Thankfully Mikes shop was nearby to save the day. The shop up the street left customers in the lobby forever without attending to them, so we traveled over to Mike's for assistance. They were courteous and quick. They patched our tire correctly (my husband worked at a tire shop in the past) and we were on our way. Happy customer

The guys are always quick and professional, and this shop is 3 for 3 in having my (not so common) tires used in stock. The first two pairs lasted over a year and I'm sure this set will as well. Excellent business!

Our pop up camper had a blow out up the road on the highway. We managed to get the spare on and went to look for somewhere for tires as we had a long drive still. They immediately took us in and got it started (which was nice after about 2 hours on the side of the road with 2 kids..) they were so helpful and got us on our way.

My Mom and I use this place whenever we need new tires, really fast service, very nice people, and it's affordable. My Mom has had some other work done to her van here, they never overcharge, and always get the work done quickly.

I cannot pay $55 for a used tire for my blown out one.( not even my size), when I can order 4 new Hancooks for $202.30. Delivered.(my size)Yes I have to mount and balance,($25 each) but no.As far a good service? I didn't feel overly confident having my tires done there.
