So, I don't know how to write this review better but my daughter absolutely loves Peterbuilt trucks (she's Autistic and likes big rigs). We were in town and saw this place and I thought I would take her into the store, she was ecstatic. But the person at the desk was absolutely more than amazing. He got prices for us for all the stuff there but ended up giving her a keychain as a memento. I don't think she has a more precious possession in her collectables. Either this place or the person at the desk (I think it was Kevin?) or both are truly the most priceless folks I've met that just didn't have to be nice. Even writing this brings tears to my eyes.

Kevin our salesman goes above and beyond when we need anything.He makes sure we are taken care of everytime! The rest of the parts guys are pretty awesome too

3 years ago this place was terrible. But they got smart and brought up a new service manager that had been on the floor of the shop. He cleaned house and now has a crack crew of wrench commandos, along with a new mobile service to handle on site repairs of all kinds. I would never have recommended this place 3 years ago but if you need your medium to heavy truck repaired or just maintained. Go see Shawn and he will have his mechanical assault team take care of your problems.

I had issues with parts department but Ben Wetzel resolved my parts problem I deeply appreciate and respect a man that do what Ben did he got my business back as long as his guys are professional I feel after talking to Ben the counter guy's will be nice & professional Ben believe in saddest fining his customers thanks so much Ben. I will go back and buy parts from them again all because of Ben Wetzel

Had a ECM harness go bad last week. They got me RIGHT,in diagnosed my problem in minutes! When they got the parts in they had me up and running in an hour and a half. Fantastic people to deal and work with!! Would DEFINITELY go back again if the need were to ever arise!!!

Cannot get them to answer the phone. Parts department is not trained and always have a problem finding the correct parts. Wait period in the store is way too long because employees have other things they are doing and not taking care of the customer. They used to be a good store but have gone to the dumps in the past year or so. Poor customer service, in the store and on the phone.

Stopped in toget checked out, we all know most places make you sign in an get put on the computer before they'll even talk to ya!! Shawn Brady an a few from his crew walked out an looked at my rig in the parking lot , they new what it was from just me explaining what it was doing!!! It was an internal probably.... They took me in the next morning an got me torn down an outta there in no time....I've never been to any other dealer like this one .. theyvtook me to hotel an came back an got me!!! Great staff an professional work done here .... I highly recommend this place!!

It's always a bad experience. Usually get the wrong parts or they don't have them. This trip was for belts and tensioner. Wrong belt given first trip. Truck was broke down in Virginia so had to drive another 175 mile round trip to get the right belt. And it always takes forever in there. Was in the store for an hour exchanging a belt and tensioner

Today is 12/19/17. I stop at Peterbilt shop. This guys are AMAZING. Any time I stop on my way, they are always take care of my Peter.Today they are replace a batteries on my Peter. AMAZING JOB!!!

Tammy and Kristy are very good at their job. They are respectful of the drivers when we come in. They go out of their way to make sure we are happy with the service.

Best place for my Pet. Very good REPAIR. Today October 5 have been delivery to PET Poultry, Bridgeville, DE. The Check Engine was a long time. I stop at Peterbilt and ask the Mechanic to full diagnostics, the Mechanic found a Sensor problem. Mechanic has that Sensor, and take care for repairs. I love this Peterbilt shop. And ELD left 4 hours, I need get to Port Wilmington, DE. The ELD that part of TOTAL CONTROLS of drivers. I call the ELD, KGB, I have been born at Soviet Union, I know what is mean TOTAL CONTROL.

This is the closest store to us and they usually have exactly what we need but prices are very expensive
