I've been dealing with Joe Ben's for about five years now and never had an issue. Storm (the owner) is just a good dude. He's not out to rip you off. He'll charge only for what truly needs to be done and not a penny more. If he can't do the job, then he will refer you to someone who can. He's even worked with me on pricing and payment, as my finances have been lacking at times. I have no qualms about giving him FIVE STARS. He's earned it!

Storm is such a nice, kind, and knowledgeable gentleman. We had our car breakdown while we were about 30 minutes away from home. He was able to take a look at our car right away and work on it as soon as he got the part the next morning. He asked if we needed a drive to the car rental dealership nearby, but we had already had friends coming to pick us up. He was very reasonably priced and our repair actually came in lower than what we were originally quoted. He also has the neatest and cleanest and most interesting shop I've ever been to!

Stellar customer service. Storm is very knowledgable and takes the time to break down the repair process in easy to understand terms. Quick repairs and fair pricing. Cannot recommend enough!

I was very impressed with this auto repair shop. Timely, respectful, honest and reasonably priced. I have never had such a such a great experience with car repair. All of my cars will go to Joe Bens!
