I recently owned a 2011 Kawasaki ZX 10r from September of 2021 to March 2022; I was looking to upgrade and was all in when it came to getting a 2021 road glide. I m glad I waited until the 2022 Indian Challenger came out because I m really happy with my bike and also I m glad I didn t fall into the typical Harley Davidson hype. Mike from Indian of Seaford Delaware made the process easy and painless for me as a new bike owner, I would recommend this place of business to anyone who s tired of the Harley hype machine and who s a first responder.

I can t say enough good things about Indian Motorcycle of Seaford! First, Chris is an awesome dude. Super down to earth, not pushy, and helped us tremendously. Knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He went out of his was to ensure we had a good experience and I can t thank him enough! I ended up buying a used Harley Davidson but they didn t treat me any differently. One of the mechanics helped me out with a bolt that needed tightening before I left with no hesitation. Every aspect of the process was smooth and comfortable. If you re looking for a bike go check them out! 10/10 recommend them. Super satisfied. Off to sturgis!

Great people to deal with. Went in on Saturday 6/4/22 with the intention of looking at a bike we saw on the website. We were greeted by Chris and told to make ourselves at home. He did an outstanding job at answering our questions and dealing with the other customers that came in being he was by himself. We ended up purchasing said motorcycle and do not regret stopping by. Huge shout out to Chris thank you again for all your help.

We stopped by and found a large selection of new Indian motorcycles plus great condition used motorcycles. Randy greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. Even have a few Slingshots too! Definitely recommend stopping in.

Run, just run the other way. Do not deal with this place! when I left a 5 star review it was day of delivery. From there it was downhill! Doug and crew are awesome! All were more then helpful, personable and very knowledgeable in their bikes and accessories. Made us feel like part of the Indian Family!

I would give ZERO stars to this dealership if there will be an option.I went there with my friend to buy motorcycles, we have been looking around but no one bothered to receive us, after we asked their staff for test ride for a motorcycle a person walks to us tell us he is the owner on this dealership, initially he seemed nice, allowed us to test ride the motorcycle and when we asked for the quote, he gave us wrong quote. It was different name and color of the bike on quote then the one we test rode and wanted to buy, when I asked question, why quote has different name for the bike, he said it's all same bike. I was not convinced with his answers and I asked to double check since we were able to pay for the bike and I wanted to make sure I am buying the right bike, he got offended and teared the quote apart, and said in a very rude manner, you guys are wasting my time.Well, I want to say to the owner of this dealership, We were there to buy two motorcycles cash, because of your rude and unprofessional behavior, we bought both motorcycles from dealership from in Virginia very next day, they shipped motorcycles to us for free, gave dealer credit and great attitude and staff to work with. We bought accessories from them and will be visiting that dealership for all future services.I would not recommend any one to buy or even visit this dealership, there are many other dealerships pleasant to work with and deliver vehicle free of cost.Replying to dealership comments below -You yourself are making contradictory statement here, if I was lying about my friend s motorcycle endorsement then how come you knew upfront he doesn t has any endorsement and you let his test rode in parking lot? Before any test ride you take drivers license to make a copy of it, I told you upfront that only I have endorsement.Also, I never made you any offer, you gave me quote for scout bobber 60 instead of just a scout bobber when I asked what s the difference b/w two, you response was rude and you slammed your laptop screen and walked away saying I am not a sales person do you expect me to know about all bikes?YES, if you are selling something you should know about that product, what do you expect from customer? Pay you money what you quote and never ask any question?By the way I was serious about buying two bike which we bought within a week at much better deal.

Chris and Randy are great! Went in to the shop just starting our search for the perfect Indian and walked out with a new Pursuit! Many years of riding ahead and will continue to frequent this location for parts and service.

WORST PLACE!!!We wanted to purchase Indian Scout Bobbers. We took the ride everything was good and then the owner went to bring the numbers he came back after almost 30mints and brought the black bobber SIXTY quote with him and I rode Sagebrush green when we asked him he said there was a mix up from his Son and that s why it took so long for him to come back with the quote. We started asking him question because the price on just to be clear it was less almost 2k the MSRP).After some time he realized his mistake and started whining about it. Till now we were never clear what the hell was happening here he was trying to sold us Indian scout bobber ABS (sage green) with the VIN on the quote of Indian scout bobber sixty (black).He literally tore the quotation paper in front of us and said we were wasting his valuable time.I went in there with the idea of buying two bikes on cash upfront.I was so disappointed I started making calls and reached Motorcycle of Dulles on Aug 1 the same day to my surprise he said there is Indian discount of 1000k off going which started that day.I bought the bikes without even visiting the store and delivered to me on Aug 4th. He even gave me a store credit voluntarily. The sales rep and the owner of motorcycle of Dulles were so professional I was so happy with the service which they provided.One of my colleague also had a bad experience as well where they lost all the signed papers and he has to visit the dealership again to sign the contract papers which delayed his registration.Almost forgot I did not got any response for the online quote request till date (2months ) . So don t bother them submitting for quote request as well!Overall, if you are looking for some unprofessional and a place where your business is not valued then this is the perfect place to shop!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !!!! Don t ever buy from here. My dad bought a motorcycle from here over a year ago now and they re saying that they re out of temp tags but won t give him his hard tag??? He has been asking, going back and nothing. No communication. And he s not the only one experiencing this. Many other people are in the same situation. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! MARK IS HORRIBLE! Treats his customers like trash, isn t organized and can not run a business at all

Traded a HD motorcycle in 9/2022 at Indian of Seaford. By 3/2023, still no tags for the 2022 Indian. Plus they lost the HD title (a friend bought the HD). Thankfully title was found but 10 months later and he finally has tags. Since the 2022 Indian still didn t have tags, my husband like a better Indian (Dark Horse). So again traded the 2022 for 2023 in 3/2023. Fast forward, now, 9/2023 and still no tags.My husband has complained to BBB and Dept of Justice. DMV will be tomorrow.I know folks have issues with the Seaford dealership and heard over 400+ complaints against both the Seaford and Wilmington location.Bad business and owner Mark Lillard has not made anything right for us as of yet. Making payments on a motorcycle that my husband can t drive. We were given car temp tags but heard it s not good if on a motorcycle. Sigh!!!!Recommend going to other reputable Indian Dealers. Do not go to the Seaford and Wilmington dealership. Be smart and do your research.

This summer I rode my bike from Maryland to Seaford (a one hour trip) to learn more about and hopefully test ride an FTR. Upon my entering the show room there was an employee talking to a customer. I waited until the customer left at which point the empoyee went into a back office. I waited for 30 minutes and during that time no one spoke to me or acknowledged I was there. There was a surley woman, who when I approached her, said the man in the back office was the owner. I cannot imagine why a potential customer would be ignored but at that point I left. I still look forward to buying another bike but it won't be from Indian Of Seaford.The only reason I gave two stars is the show room was clean with a big inventory of bikes.

ZERO stars. Do not, under any circumstance, buy sell or trade with this operation. Customer service is non-existent and Indian (Polaris) refuses to get this dealership under control. How ever far you have to drive or ride to another dealer is time well spent.

I bought a 2020 Harley Street Bob on July 2 and Steven and Chris were absolutely amazing. Awesome people to deal with. I would highly recommend going here. I haven't owned a bike for about 8 years and wanted to get back on 2 wheels again. They were very patient and very informative. Made me feel very comfortable.

Run .just run. Purchased bike in December of 22, no title work, no tag. I m from md and bought the bike sight unseen, paid cash, paid for delivery (70 miles away). I am now on my 3rd general manager and getting nowhere, they kept saying it was in process but that was a lie, they couldn t find my deal jacket and assumed it was sent off. After months of waiting ended up killing 5 hours on a Saturday to goto the dealer (after again spending $250 for delivery to save me this) , talked with Martin (no longer there) and found my paperwork in a stack of about 200 other deals that were being processed . New gm now and apparently the owner is finally involved but still no update. I had to pay for multiple state inspection because they would expire and I was told at one point no inspection is why my paperwork wasn t done. Hundreds of dollars in additional money spent, hours of time in going to dealership, calling, dmv, and still nothing to show for it. So in 9 mos I have a fully paid for bike that I can t ride, tag or enjoy and when I asked for compensation I was basically laughed at. Do yourself a favor and just run.

They are a shady dealer. I bought a car and it wouldn t go pass inspection. Tint to dark and emissions. We got the tint off ourselves but they sent us to a mechanic and we had to pay. They said we would get the money back. That took 3 months of badgering to finally get it back. Some other things we were told they would fix and never did. Told us it was out of 30 day warranty. I will never buy from them again. Even the way they sold us the car was shady. Beware

After a poor customer service experience at another location after purchasing a brand new Indian Chief Bobber Dark Horse, we drove 2 hours and visited Indian Motorcycle of Seaford, Delaware. We were referred to Doug and wow, what a difference! He was attentive the moment that we stepped in. He helped us with what we wanted to order, answered all our questions, gave us his opinion and feedback and gave us suggestions. All while providing other customers the same customer service experience as well. I decided to also purchase some apparel and was extremely happy with our experience. Worth the drive to see Doug.

I came in with a buddy who was interested in a bike they had listed online. Was greeted nicely by Chris and he spent time showing us anything we wanted to look at, and answered all our questions. Chris is a real dude who rides and talks to you like a human. Isn t pushy and was happy to talk to us about used bikes but also happy to sing the praises of what Indian has to offer. The shop was beautiful and clean, I will definitely be back when I m ready to upgrade and my buddy feels the same way. I highly recommend stopping by and talking with Chris.

Great group of people and a beautiful store!Special shout out to DJ for all his help and also everyone's patience while I agonized over which beautiful bike to pick.Everyone should stop by to talk to Randy and Logan for their expertise in their departments too.Don't make a move without checking out this place!!!

The service was good as far as getting you to buy like anywhere but I purchased my slingshot August of 2022 and still have not got my tag work done yet and it's been over a year it seems like therr is alot of people with the same issue it sucks when you trust a dealership to do the work and it don't get done and I feel bad for the manager in there now trying to fix everything with no appreciation

Stopped in for Open House on Saturday 3/26. Very Impressive! Good inventory of both new and used bikes. The prices are very good on both new and used (particularly on a few used Harleys). I spoke with Randy, a knowledgeable and helpful sales associate. I recommend stopping in if you're in the market.

Came in to see the store for the grand opening event and got a hat. Randy the service manager was quick to greet us, had a great chat with him. All the staff was friendly and the bike selection was awesome. We are in the market for a bike, we will definitely be back. Stop in and see the crew!

Great experience yesterday. I must admit that I wasn t pleased with my previous experience here, but the guy my husband and I dealt with yesterday was top notch.I can t wait to wear my new vest!We will definitely not hesitate to stop in again for more great deals!

Horrible experience that just won't end. Space isn't big enough for everything, but here's a few. Sold me a bike that changed prices 2 times during credit check. Bad battery in the bike, so i got stranded the next day of purchase in the rain. Tried to charge me for a new battery. Learned about the Indian app and discovered the bike as almost 1000 miles past a BREAK IN oil change. Offered me a half off deal on a service.....seriously? waiting for tags since SEPTEMBER (its middle of March) about to get my 3rd temp tag...once they get some. Guess i shoulda bought a Harley....bet it would have been a serviced bike that starts and even some tags so i could actually ride what i pay for....

Nice place to visit, the showroom was spacious and has a good selection of bikes to choose from. Nice group of guys ready to help and answer your questions. I purchased a used 2019 Polaris Slingshot that had just 4900 miles on it. It was in great shape. Check them out!
