I worked with Mike and he was amazing! Definitely recommend him to anyway in the market for a vehicle he listened and worked super hard to get me into something I loved and a reliable vehicle for my family. Also Dylan was amazing as well!

Would highly recommend IG BURTON to all my friends and family. The collision department was very helpful every step of the way. Couldn t have asked for a better group of people to look after my vehicle needs. Very professional and courteous.

I scheduled a diagnostic service appointment 4 weeks in advance. I presented at the dealership at 830 and was told at 11 they did not have time to work on my vehicle due to needed to take the whole front end off another vehicle. They rescheduled me 6 weeks out from that date.Why schedule an appointment in advance if you can t honor it / at least look at the vehicle the day of the appointment.The staff was very kind and apologetic. Not sure who the blame falls to in this situation. Not a good experience however.

Bought a used truck from them about 2 months ago or so. With a purchase like that I didn t want to leave a review right away but it s been long enough, and I only have good things to say.-Salesman was pleasant and not pushy.-The staff member who handled the paperwork of the purchase was great and was nice to my kids-When I picked up my tags and title they knew who I was and were friendly again.-They didn t bug me to leave them a review-Every point of contact I ve had with them was pleasant and them trying to make my purchase experience easy not stressful.-Most importantly the truck was not a lemon.And it s pretty old, higher mileage, got some damage. But the mechanical parts of the truck are in working order. Also confirmed by my mechanic.I m not a big fan of dealerships but I gotta say they impressed me. Well done Seaford IG Burton team.

The boby shop service has been excellent. Janet has been a great help and runs the front office very efficient and the painter is so....good at what he does. I'm a tuff guy who looks at details. Simply put I would rate them as good or better than anyone in the area. Thankyou for the excellent job.

Despite the 4 plus months production delay for my Silverado Transmission, the dealership and GM did an outstanding job handling the repairs considering the circumstances at hand . I couldn t ask for better service! I plan on doing business with IG Burton as well as General Motors in the future. Much thanks to Jeff and the mechanics that handled the task in the service department

Started the process back in June of 2023, to order a 2023 Trail Boss , months went by and was told now I was going to get a 2024 to be delivered Jan 2024... Not knowing that the upgrades were different then the 2023, I would of liked to have the option of picking the new upgrades!! I was also expecting $26,000 ( I have the original trade paperwork ) for my trade back in June, I have not drove the 2016 truck since the day we walked in the dealership, so to get a new trade value of $24,000 was a little upsetting, and to see the 2016 up for sale for $36,000 is a hit in the gut!!

Bought our new GMC Terrain from Mike at IG Burton in Seaford. From the first conversation with Mike, he made us feel like this transaction was about more than buying a car. He genuinely cared about what we wanted/needed and informed us of every incentive, along with every feature that came with our new vehicle. He never tried to push anything on us that we didn't want, and got us in a vehicle we love. We have never bought a vehicle from IG Burton, but it will be the only place we buy from for now on.

I bought a 2014 Dodge Challenger SRT. Marlo Hall was such a great sales rep for IG Burton. He worked so hard to help me get this awesome ride! I almost gave up but he didn t. So professional and friendly. It was a great experience! If you want a vehicle I highly recommend going there!

This is the place to go for either a new or used car. Our salesperson, Christopher, showed us nice used cars that were in my price range and I was able to make a decision the same day. Saved me a lot of time and anxiety. Financing and warranty done right there, could not be happier!

Excellent service provided by Ben Reinert, he is very professional, honest and got me the best deal.I had to drive from Northern New Jersey but it was a worth ride. I contacted several dealers and unfortunately most of them are taking advantage of people by the current car shortage. However, at I.G. Burton is a completely different story, very ethical and honest team.I couldn't be in better hands and look for forward to doing more business with I.G Burton of Seaford. Thank YOU!!!!

Took the time to perform a recall on my 2016 Chevy SS with a supercharger that all the other dealerships around me refused to do. They took their time, protected the car, and communicated every step of the way. I would highly recommend doing business with them over other dealerships, as they seem to be willing to go the extra mile, even if the car wasn't purchased from them.
