My remote for the Camry was working-intermittingly.The battery in remote changed, have to press really hard to unlock car doors.New remote ordered. Will be in tomorrow. They'll call to schedule.Got home, tried 2nd (spare) remote...didn't work. Took both remotes apart and switched internal casings holding batteries; tried both remotes...Neither worked!!Back to the dealership to test the batteries, both OK!! Three guys looked inside the original casing and saw corrosion on the connector holding that battery!! Both batteries tested fine!!Replacement remote IS a MUST!!Care to reimburse me the $11.99 from the experience?

I moved to the area 7 months ago and had to have my oil changed on my Prius. I waited for it to be done and service was performed well within a reasonable time. What really impressed me was when they did the 10 point check they mentioned my air filter and cabin filter was a little dirty but still didn't need to be changed. My last service where I went 7 months ago told me they had to be changed even though I personally changed them myself 2 months prior. Thank you C.F. Schwartz for your honesty. I will be back.

I live taking my car to the dealer for services. The service people at the desk need to learn more about the warranties that their dealership is selling so that they give adequate information to their customers. The service technicians always do a great job on my oil change and tire rotation.

Been doing my services at this dealership for about 4 years didn't had problems in the past 9 months they did three and yesterday was the last straw l was told that l need a new tire but since we don't carry the one you have you going to need two, because the tire has a nail ON THE SIDE THAT CAN'T BE REPAIRED so l took it to the place l got the tire from, it did had a nail but NOT ON THE SIDE BUT IN THE MIDDLE AND IT WAS REPAIRED. This is the very last time I'm going to this place PIECE OUT...

Very happy with salesman and vehicle. But when the money started flying I was charged 1500 dollars for up charge. Not happy. I was going to buy my wife a new car and we went to price honda and salesman Justin was great. And guess what I bought new crv and NO upcharge.what the he'll was the up charge. He said other dealers were doing 5000 up charge. Well price honda down the road is NOT.

Was in one 8/20 for one car and that was an oil change and data up date on my Prius 2015. 2 hour appointment. Then back on 8/25 with my other car for oil change and a recall on my second Prius 2015. That appointment was 2 hours too. So I got them both done. I so wish they had bottle water there. They have a soda and snack machine and a kcup machine the kcup is free.

Arrived at 2:40 late for my 2:30 appointment for service....waited 10.minutes at counter then told I would have to reschedule for tomorrow since it was now 2:50
