My back brakes went out with no notice. Due to it being a weekend Honda couldn t work on them. I reached out to this Firestone and they were able to get me in a few hours later.My first thought was they are going to try oversell me and say all my brakes and rotors needed replaced. After arriving I had to wait about 30-45 minutes for them to pull in my car and inspect the brakes and rotors. They advised that my rear brakes and rotors needed replaced but my fronts still had 1mm left before they needed replacement. They recommended just my rear brakes. The total cost was $484 which was less than I was expecting to pay.Moral of the story, this Firestone was honest, fair priced and the guy working the counter seemed to be very professional and cared about the customers. I see there are some lower star reviews, but my experience was overall great.Only recommendation is to upgrade the chairs in the waiting room. They are aged and need replaced. .

The Firestone staff, from the greeting to the services, were great. Serpentine belt change, conventional oil change. I was given a front splash guard for free. Our car is getting there.

Went to get my brakes replaced since my rear passenger side was literally grinding as i drove and the rotor can be best described looking like a record vinyl.I take it in and they tell me my rear brakes are perfectly fine and my front brakes need to be replaced. 2 hours and $500 later, I get my car back and what do you know, the rear brakes are STILL GRINDING. Tech comes out and he's like "yeah man this is pretty urgent and needs to be fixed asap, do you think you can come in tomorrow?" as if this isn't literally what I came in for. Not only that, but after an inspection we noticed the brakes weren't even installed correctly AND one of my wheel bearings is bad. I will never be coming back here again.

I dropped my car off at 10:00 am for an oil change and vehicle inspection. I didn t receive any calls or updates about my car, so I called the shop at 6:15, and the person said they were just finishing with it and if I wanted to pick it up I needed to come in the next 10 minutes, otherwise the next time they would be open is Monday as they are closed for Easter. It is very unprofessional not to receive any calls, texts, or voicemails updating me about the status of my car. Also, the prices are very high.

Much better prices than what the dealer has on things . It went pretty quick considering I needed four new tires and a four wheel alignment done on my vehicle. The building itself could be more welcoming as it seemed somewhat dirty and not very warm inside on a cold day.

The Store Manager (Colby) was excellent and I had a great experience regarding my car service. My electrical charging system light came on Thursday afternoon. I went right to Sam's Club where my battery was still under warranty. They replaced it, no problem, but it did not resolve the issue. They suggested I go to AutoZone and have them check the codes. AutoZone got no reported codes so they said take it to the car dealer. By that time, it was closed. Friday morning it was snowing so I called the dealer to see if they were open. When I told them I had a charging light on, they asked if my battery was good, I said sure, Sam's Club replaced it the day before. My car dealer said because I did that, they would not service my car. I went on-line, found the Firestone site and made an appointment and got one for same day. When Colby saw it, he called me and said he had a lot of snow cancellations and to bring my car in. I did and they had it fixed (new alternator) within 3 hours!!

I went to get a spark plug replacement for my '13 nissan frontier 4x4. When I received it, the 1st cylinder was misfiring. Matt and his team acknowledged the problem and fixed it before this weekend. They were transparent over what occurred keeping me involved throughout the process. I would go back here again.

Zero customer service. I had an appointment, waited one hour to ask how much longer for an oil change for the technician to tell me as soon as I have an open bay . I told him I would have to reschedule because I can t wait any longer. He handed me my key and didn t even apologize for the huge inconvenience. I won t return to this location.

I walked in to the Firestone location in Dover, DE and was told to come back for a 12:15appt after I told them I needed an oil change and tire inspection. I initially purchased 4 tires at the Woodbridge, NJ location. The manager, Matt, pulled my account up, having been a NJ customer before, and led me to believe that he made the appt for oil change and tire inspection.I arrived at 12:35 to find no appt was made. After 2 hrs of sitting in the waiting room under the belief that my car was being serviced, and having been assured by Matt at different intervals that my car was being worked on, at 240 pm i was called to the desk. I even asked why my car was under the rolling gate, Matt assured me that it was being serviced outside of the bay. He called to the back and asked the status and told me that "they're working on it". At 2:43 pm he relayed information to me about my tires. I was given a quote for a new tire. I asked to pay for the tire and the oil change together only to find out nothing was done on my car. Why did I wait for two hours. He told me that he forgot about the oil change and never put it in the cue for service. No apology, just excuses. I am at a loss for words and time.I am looking for answers and customer service resolution.

February the 26th 24 I went in to get an alignment I was told that I needed tie rod ends front-end work that I previously had within the last 2 months. Firestone at Dupont highway they're not replicable people I would never go

They won't work on my gmc envoy. Said I need aftermarket parts to do my alignment even tho all camber and caster adjustments are made from the lower control arm plate.

Pulled into the parking lot on a Sunday around noon with the doughnut spare that I had to put on at the toll plaza a couple of miles away. We still had a couple hundred miles to go to get home from vacation. They were busy and had a small crew on the Sunday of the holiday weekend but still took care of us with a plug and a patch. Did not try to sell us that I need to buy a new tire or any other gimmicks. We were out and back on the road in about two hours ..if we lived in that area I would use them for my auto care!!

After an absolutely horrific experience with the Smyrna, DE location, I transferred my car to this Firestone. The person I originally spoke with, Zack, and the store manager, Colby Murphy, were absolutely wonderful through the entire experience. Coming from a bad experience, they could have made up their mind that we would be difficult before meeting us, but they didn't. They were fair, respectful, and honest. They listened to us, and treated us like they actually cared. I only wish I was able to show my appreciation in a more tangible way. The company needs more people like this.

I ve had great experiences in the past with this same shop. Today however, was so outstanding, I have to write about it.First off, everyone I spoke with was so friendly, especially the manager Colby.When we couldn t find my locking lug nut socket, Colby said they can take them off and replace them with normal lug nuts to make life easier. This was done as a courtesy, which I greatly appreciated. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish.I highly recommend these guys, they provide quality work and are very upfront and transparent about everything they are doing. I did choose to wait for my work to get done this time. I was greeted with an agreeable dialog during servicing and was given the best outcome possible.I will be returning as I always do. However, now you know how deserving these guys are of your business.5 StarsThank you Firestone MX Team, I can always count on you!

Awesome place! They saved our vacation when the water pump went on my truck 3 hours into the trip. They were very busy and had us back in the road in 3 hours when no other shop could/would help. Their technician, Matt, was exceptional.

Overall I was satisfied except with one mechanic who had to much to say. He was busy talking to his co-worker instead of getting my work done as efficiently as he tried to reprimand me for coming into the bay. Other than that I am happy with the service rendered there.

The service was very bad at first it seemed like it was good service but I left my car for four and a half hours and they didn't do anything, they told me it would take an hour. They told me that they would call me when the car was ready but seeing that they did not call me I decided to go see if it was ready but I was surprised that all the time I left my car from 11:00 am to 3:40 it was lostService: Air conditioning

Cartoonishly unprofessional.Keep selling tires like this and you'll have another lawsuit like California in 2015.Edit:Hey those tires^ they were put on without an alignment for reasons noone can come up with, then they recommended I replace them because they are so worn" at 40%left on the front and 60% left on the rear.So what they are obviously doing, is making sure the tires wear quickly so they can hit you for tires each time .They didn't give the /32 " measurements which is the whole sidestep of the legality regarding tread depth.This is now a second time where whats promised is not what was done and magically noone could tell me what dollar figure or service was quoted over the phone. Considering contacting my AGIt's rare I get so heated over unprofessionalism but these people are incompetent liars.

I arrived at 2pm for 2 tires . I had to wait an hour to get the 2 tires . Then I sat an additional 3 hours waiting no one seemed to care that I was sitting and waiting for 3 hours. These people are hateful at best. I am a Muslim female who covers everything except my eyes. Please if you are Muslim and female go with a man. I spilled water and there was more effort shown for getting the water up, the employee said he didn't want someone to slip and fall on water under a chair that he had to move he seemed angry about the water being spilled. But be had nothing to say except he was sorry for me sitting so long .Then I get in the vehicle and the low air pressure light is on, so back in I go I'm told the low air pressure light will go out eventually after driving the vehicle. I guess there is something wrong with me. I just happen to be on the phone hoping to get some assistance but actually I want to file a discrimination complaint. This is dangerous situation. I truly hope they wouldn't want their family and friends treated in this manner but I have my doubts.
