Great service and great prices. I came in to change 4 tires and the service was efficient, took about 1.5 hours. Overall, great comfortable experience

Overall great experience. I have a specific tire and of course the issue happened on a Friday, so I got it in there in a Monday. Was in and out (this was just a replacement tire and alignment) within 40 minutes. They put my spare back and everything . They were the best price around.I will say small waiting room and didn't notice a vending machine, so if you plan on being there for a little, bring a drink and snack. Or you could walk up the street to some sort of store.

Pathetic man behind the counter in the Governor's Avenue shop needs to brush up on math and how to tell time. Dropped my car off, emergency situation. Guy says I can help you in 2 hours. I'm like "great"! Leave my car there for 4 hours. I call thinking they just forgot to call me. Nope. They haven't even looked at it. I ask the guy why and he says "too many appointments today". Ummm, that's not what you said this morning. If you had, I could have taken my car somewhere else and actually...you know....have someone fix it instead of pretending they are going to fix it. Won't be back and will spread the word far and wide. Thanks for wasting my day and returning my car in the exact same condition it was when I walked in! I know it's hard to hire people these days but telling time and counting appointments is pretty basic. SMH

I ve been going to the Dover location for over a decade, the folks behind the counter are always professional and courteous, very knowledgeable. It s awesome to know a business that runs a tight ship and takes excellent care of my vehicles!

I've been coming to their Dover shop for about 3 years and I've been very happy with the service I've received. I go to these guys for every oil change (when I went in yesterday and was about to show the coupon, Al was just like "Oh I already applied it. I saw your history") and last summer went to them when I needed tires.Even on a Saturday morning, I was able to get an oil change and a complete tire replacement done within about 2 hours! They even told me about the rebate that the manufacturer was doing and had much lower prices (on name brand tires) than Pep Boys and AAA.If you're in Dover and need a mechanic, I'd happily recommend Delaware Tire Center.

My experience was excellent at this location. The staff, especially the manager Aaron, were friendly and professional. The service was quick, hassle-free, and affordable. I'd recommend this location to anyone around the Dover area or passing through. My car had started to clunk and shimmy on the highway. I was visiting Dover from out of town and was concerned about safety getting back to Philadelphia. A colleague at the hospital recommended this location from her good past experience, so I talked to Aaron the manager who got me in first thing that morning. They called me a couple hours later when they diagnosed the problem. It was a technical error by some folks in Philadelphia who recently installed new rotors, but fortunately the fix did not require any new expensive parts or equipment. No one tried to upsell me on anything. I drove the car problem free a couple hours after dropping it off. The manager Aaron even called me after the fact to make sure I was satisfied with the ride, and I've not had problems since. Five stars.

I took my car Delaware Tire for wheel alignment..had to take it back 2 or 3 times, last time I was given an appointment for a technician to ride with me to see wat I was experiencing after sitting for 45 minutes I was then advised by the owner that the technician was refusing to ride with me. I was told would be contacted the following business day and haven't received a call yet...this has been since March 14, 2022....

Friendly Service. This place was able to change a tire for me quickly and not charge me much for doing so. They also offered me several deals when I come back to change my other tires. I also like their later hours, it really helps those who work until 3:30.

Went in for tire repair, which was finished in good time, but office was too busy and I had to wait about an extra hour while other new customers were waited on. Al in office was friendly, courteous to everyone, tried to accommodate everyone, but could have used another person to help him. He explained in detail to everyone about their repairs. Except for the long wait, customer service was excellent.

I don t normally do ratings but I absolutely have to for them. I was originally going to go to Pep Boys to get four new tires put on today. I called them this morning regarding an appointment and I never received a cal back. I called Delaware Tire Center in Dover and they quoted me a hella better price then Pep Boys. After arriving and asking if there is a catch (anything that sounds too good to be true usually is), the guy looked right at me and told me they had quoted me the wrong price. I felt defeated until he said that the tires had a $50 rebate!!! A co-worker recommended them and now I m recommending them!!! They even fixed my front bumper at no extra cost (had a bad crack in it and the one side kept popping out)!!!!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!!!!!!

Aaron Piper provided great customer service !! Great service and installed same day!! Great price and will go back for oil changes as well. New tires and new wipers installed in a timely and courteous manner!

Have purchased 3 sets of truck tires from Dover location. I still shopped them and found they had the best price as always. Great, fast service. Al is super friendly and helpful.

I purchased my new set of tires here and it was a quick and easy experience. I was in and out within 40 minutes and I could immediately tell the difference when driving home. I'll definitely be back in the future.

They were amazing. I literally called and needed an immediate tire change of all 4 tires and Al was the BEST about seeing that I got in and out with an absolute fabulous price as well. DTC I will be recommending you to EVERYONE.Thanks very much!!

WOW. Them boys in there must go through Nascar boot camp before they get hired because that was fast. I gave them my car, sneezed, then by time I went to wipe my nose they were done. Really great time PLUS saved me 80 bucks compared to Tire King in Dover, looks like there's a new king in town. Thanks fellas.

Bought my tires last year. Every visit thereafter has been rotate and oil change. In at 8am out by 9 every-time. Rotation free with tire purchase. Great people .

I was assisted by the Store Manager, Al, who was absolutely great. Everyone working was polite, humorous, and the service was quick and quality. Will be returning soon for more services and definitely recommend!

Friendly and informative staff, outstanding customer service, and they offer a military discount. They have serviced and replaced tires for both of our vehicles, and we have had great experiences with them every time.
