Jim was fantastic to work with! He was very nice and talked through the work he was going to perform on my vehicle. My wife's 2017 Honda Pilot A/C had stopped working and was blowing hot air. The Honda dealer told me the compressor was bad and needed replaced, which would cost ~$4,000. Jim troubleshot the issue to a completely different part than the dealer recommended and charged 1/4 what the dealer would have. My hot air issue was solved, and the A/C has been working great ever since. I would highly recommend his work to anyone needing some good honest work done on their vehicle.

Jim is a great guy from what I gathered from my experience with him fixing my car. He was very knowledgeable in his field, honest and trustworthy. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail so I could understand what was happening with my car and made sure I had the best quality price and parts for my car. He became a good friend and I will be a long time customer if I ever need anything he can do for my car in the future. Jim if you see this review thank you so much for everything you are the best! Received thorough and honest service with excellent communication along every step of the way. Dropped off car that afternoon, and was able to pick it up that evening with working a/c for the first time in years.

I made an appointment for a Tuesday morning for an a/c problem with my sons car. I wasn t able to get the car to him until after 1pm but he was still able to check it and give me a quote that day and order parts for the job.I got a call late Wednesday morning that the job was complete and that the price was lower than quoted. I was happy to say the least. I had gotten quotes from two other places of business and they were much higher.I would definitely return here for service and I would also recommend him to others. Great work and also friendly.

I highly recommend this business. I have always received excellent, fast service from Capital at a very reasonable price. The mechanic who performed the most recent service to my vehicle was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I brought my vehicle in believing that the air conditioning system just needed a charge. He found that there were issues with a couple of belts instead. He didn't try to sell me on an unnecessary service to the air conditioning system and fixed the problem with the belts on the same day, which resolved the problem with the air conditioning. Excellent experience, will definitely be back with any future needs.

Jim from Capitol A/C & Radiator Service was a pleasure to work with. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready at the time he promised. He was able to fix my A/C intermittently blowing out warm air in my 2008 Honda CR-V. He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained to me what the cause was. I highly recommend Capitol A/C & Radiator Service and will not hesitate to use them in the future. Thank you for the great service you provided!

Had appointment he looked at my truck and told me if is not broken dont fix it. He called me asking what was wrong with it, well thats why i made appointment with him because i don't know anything about this and he is asking me questions like i know anything about ac. MY truck is old I wated to make sure I don't have to come back and i needed a lot of work done to it i was willing to spend about 2k on it and he talked like he did not know what he was doing. And that was my third time of him looking at it he had no records of me being there. Told me I was a rude customer and does not to business with people like me so oh well going to dealer I know they will fix it right and not have to worry about it. Might be a little more but I know it will be worth it.

A few days ago I posted a one star review regarding the lowball service of this business, unfortunately in Dover there are two Capitol A/C repairs, both of which are located right off of Lockerman Street. I was wrong as when I googled capitol air to post my review it brought me to this page, i ve since deleted my review and re-posted it to the correct business. That business is located at 604 Forest St and is also known as Quality Air. my sincerest apologies to the owner, A&R is the go to place for A/C issues.

Fixed my AC. Very costly. But Disney rum like it did previously. On high will not keep the car cool on hot day.
