I had my car fixed here and was more than satisfied with their work. Joe in reception was kind, helpful, and always kept in contact about the status of the repairs. Ray was very knowledgeable and runs a tight ship. They even went the extra distance to have the exhaust repaired by working with a different business. Top notch work overall. We will be back for all of our car needs.

Ray s Automotive is great! They gave me an estimate to repair the front end damage on my car, took the car in a timely manner, fixed it perfectly and had it ready to be picked upexactly when they promised. They also took care of getting my car rental back to Enterprise for me. My car was cleaned inside and washed and waxed outside! Ray s is simply the best. I highly recommend them!

I would give them 4.5!First off the end results of my repair on my car is AMAZING like wow they did that. Brand new didn t even look like it go into an accident. I have to give to them, but there was some bumps in the road lack of communication and following through on their word of follows ups. Giving a time frame that wasn t actual. Completely understand that unforeseen situation happens especially repair a car there might be more damage than meets the eye. The time frame given wasn t exact and lead to being almost 3 weeks instead of 1 like I was told. Telling meIt would be ready this date then not so it became inconvenient for me. I would suggest being more on it when it comes to follows up etc. I guess it was worth the wait because they did a great job. I would recommend but let letting them the hiccups tho.Thank you again for your time and work!!

BEST REPAIR SHOP!!! My first time using my first repair shop in CT and they have done an excellent job with my car and I got it back quicker than I thought. I DEFINITELY recommend to others! Very hardworking repair shop and keeps me up to date with my car. Joe and Chris were very helpful and very nice people. I love how my car looks. My car looks brand new again!

What can I say, the service and the work here is fantastic!I've been here twice for separate issues and each time I left feeling good about my choice of shops. Today I had a hood latch issue that needed to be repaired. Ray came out and took a look at it, took it in the back lot, and in no time came back with it repaired. He explained what was wrong and unlike most other shops, actually gave me the real deal and didn't try to upsell me or get me to do additional work. That kind of honesty, especially in the auto repair industry, is rare, so when you find a place like Ray's you keep going and you recommend them to everyone! I know I will.

I ve used Ray's Automotive on two separate occasions. My car has a unique, limited edition, color to match and they went above and beyond to get the job done right both times. They stayed in touch with me regularly, via email and phone, and informed me of any delays in a timely manner. I would 10/10 recommend Ray s Automotive for anyone who loves their car and is looking to get the job done right. In addition to their quality of work, everyone that I ve met or spoken to was very pleasant and the lifetime repair warranty is the cherry on top.

Ray s was a great choice. Worked with my insurance to repair my vehicle. Updated me through out the process and secured a rental with enterprise and my insurance. The transition was seamless. I would choose them again.

I m so happy I took my car to Ray s Automotive. I had an accident with a deer and the deer won, leaving me with a half busted vehicle. Thank God it wasn t totaled but the damage was extensive. I trusted my vehicle with Rays Automotive and I m glad I did because not only did they do a fantastic job, they completed it in a timely manner and kept me updated on the progress. Best of all my baby is looking brand new.Side note: I had a rental from NY that had to be returned to NY. A 2hr drive from home. I was dreading having to drive up to return it and Joe came to the rescue. He went above and beyond by helping make the calls and expressing what an inconvenience this would be for me. In the end Joe had me leave the car at the shop and took care of the logistics with enterprise. Thank you Joe for all your help. I am extremely happy with the service and my vehicle.Patricia

Joe and the Ray s Automotive crew took care of me after a deer ran into my car. They did a very nice job. They were very transparent with the process, as procuring certain parts takes longer these days. I needed a rental car for a few days at the end of the repair due to snow and Joe set it up where allI had to do was pick it up by my house and then drop it off at the shop when I picked up my car! I m used to having to Uber or rely on someone else, but that was clutch!

Ray's automotive helped get my car back to normal after we were hit from behind. Our car had somewhat major damage on the back trunk and underneath. Ray's automotive was recommended to us by the insurance company. From the start of the evaluation to completion, it was about 3-4 weeks to get my car back. Up front they gave us an estimate on time, what would be done, and worked with the rental car company to help us continue our normal day to day lives until the car was finished. The work looks great and I am so pleased. I would recommend Rays Automotive in Waterbury for others who may need autobody work done on their car.

Joe and the team took great care of my wife's car. They got the car processed quickly and kept us informed of the progress of the repairs. They set us up with a rental car. They made the entire process pretty painless. The car was repaired quickly and it looks fantastic.

Just had my Subaru Legacy fixed at Ray's. I was in a car accident and was referred there. What a great experience I had, my car looks as good as new. Great staff, clean office and excellent work!! I highly recommend this autobody shop to anyone in need of one.... you won't be disappointed.

Work with Rays Automotive great experience. They did a phenomenal job with my 2013 Dodge Charger and when I got it looked something straight from the dealership. If you work done on your car I recommend these guys and a special thanks to Joe and Tony with helping out with the process.

I cannot recommend Ray s highly enough. I have used them twice now for auto body repairs, and both times was incredibly happy with the results. On both occasions, Ray was quick to respond and fit me into their busy schedule. Joe is so responsive, communicative, and generally very helpful.
