Great service. Had a 3 inch BDS lift with 35 inch tires put on a 2024 GMC AT4. The staff is very knowledgeable, each person working there has over 12 years experience doing what they do best. The lady working the front counter knows more than you. She knows exactly what's needed for your vehicle when you tell her what your looking for. They don't skimp, and they dont go cheap. They go with quality products and do the job right so you won't have any future problems. Very friendly, they keep you informed during your build. Give them a call, definitely recommend. Tom G

Rich and his crew are very professional and quickly diagnosed the alignment issue on my Ram 2500. After new shocks install the truck rides as good as new. I highly recommend Truck Toyz and will definitely be a lifetime customer.

Spent much time researching on tires, wheels and lifts. Stacy was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I also priced wheels and tires elsewhere but Truck Toyz were the most affordable! My 2022 F 150 truck looks better than I expected! Thanks again Stacy for the recommendations and perfect tire size to match the R.C. coil overs you also installed up front!

Nice showroom and I was very surprised at how knowledgeable the front clerk was. She stunned me by having an answer to all my questions.Reason for four stars is I have not had the opportunity to have work done on my vehicle there yet due to the long backlog.This could be a good sign that they provide fair prices and exceptional service. Will have an update if I use them to install my lift kit, rims and tires.

Just had a 4 inch suspension lift put in my Jeep and could not be happier, staff was awesome and tolerated my switching from 2.5 inch lift to 4 inch midway through the process without any hassle! Great pricing. fast service and most importantly QUALITY work. I cannot recommend Truck Toyz enough! I'm one beyond satisfied customer!

Poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment to have fender flares installed on my Jeep. Was told next available appointment was 2 months out. Fine, no problem, I understand you re busy. I bring my vehicle on the scheduled date to have the flares installed. 2 hours later I receive a call from a woman saying the employees didn t know how or feel comfortable installing them. I guess there had to be some sort of cutting involved. The woman went on to say that the only person who would know how to do it was in Florida for a truck show then proceeded to tell me I had to schedule another appointment and wait another month. You guys knew the type of product I was looking to install and had 2 months to figure it out, then to just tell me day of the guy wasn t around and no one knew how to do it is poor business.I ended up going to another local shop to get the work done and actually saved a couple hundred dollars too.I will never use or recommend this place.

I brought my 2015 Chevy 2500 to Stacy, Rich, and the guys at Truck Toyz. They put a 3.5 lift, mounted/ balanced/ & alignment, they noticed my roadmaster needed adjusting and corrected that in the rear, and fixed my front end death wobble! To top it off online sent me the wrong parts, they got the correct parts within a few days, and had me on my way by the end of the week. Awesome customer service and piece of mind the jobs done right with their mechanics. I highly recommend this business, thank you again guys!

Stacy helped me pick out some aftermarket parts to make my JK wrangler go faster. She also scheduled me to have some electrical work done for new lights. Her recommendations Did the trick, my JK is probably two seconds faster to 60, they turned off the TPMS, and tuned it like a top. It works like a new truck, and sounds better due to the cold air intake. Just three inexpensive changes made that happen, all in four hours work. Can t recommend these guys enough!

This place is only great if you have a million dollars as the mechanic would put it. this place had been suggested to me by a fellow jeep owner. however they improperly diagnosed the reason why I brought it there and suggested that I spend money on new tires/ parts to fix the problem thinking that I would purchase from them. I Purchased my own tires, Brought it back to be inspected again unfortunately experiencing the same problem also I might add they give you a quote for a job to be done and then adjust the prices for their accommodations. Don t waste your time or money here I m sure there s a better jeep mechanic for the prices that they charge.

Very happy with the whole experience I stopped in to get my wheel s balanced and decided to go ahead and have them do a 4 lift on my truck.They were able to get me scheduled in within a week and had my truck done in a day and half. Great pricing, quality work, I definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to have any work done on your truck I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Really the only place to take your truck or jeep if you want it done right!Had a suspension lift put in my Ram by a competitor in New London, a few front axles later I brought it to Truck Toyz. They knew right away what was going on and fixed the issue. They also figured out an engine light that had stumped other shops.Wish I found this shop in the beginning, now no one else but Truck Toyz touches my truck.

Got a 7" lift on Chevrolet Silverado. They really did as great job I had a little problem with the rim's and tires that came off my hummer h2 and put on my chevy with special spacers. It went from 6 lugs to 8 lugs it didn't work out wish it was okay I wanted to try it out to see if it worked. But I'll be back to toyz to get my new rims they really want out of there way to make it work thank you guy's you're the best....

Terrible customer service!! I walked in to spend some money and the woman at the register was on the landline, ( looked like she was on hold) but didn't ask us what we needed or anything. We waited and browsed for a while but nothing.7/11/19 @ 2:00pm-ish.

Funny moved out of Colchester after screwing people like me. Paid for a delete on my truck only to find out he didn't do the complete job!
