Despite having brought my vehicle to be serviced on a busy day, the staff at Manchester City Nissan quickly assisted me and brought my vehicle in to be serviced promptly. The staff were friendly and accommodating and provided excellent customer service, especially Brandon, who assisted me at the Service Center. I waited on site while my vehicle was being serviced and the facility was clean and comfortable. Brandon consistently updated me as to the status of my service. My repairs were done efficiently and effectively. This is the second time I have brought my vehicle to Manchester City Nissan for servicing and my expectations have been exceeded every time. You can tell every employee provides a high level of care to their customers and I would highly recommend Manchester City Nissan.

I had the pleasure of working with Ryan (shout out to Brandon and Ruben too) usually you hear horror stories about dealing with dealership service departments. I.E Rude workers, saying one thing and getting another ETC, however, this was not the case for me.This was my first experience as I have had nothing major happen to my car. Ryan was my point of contact. I initially brought my car in for a transmission fluid flush, but, Ryan recommended i get my car diagnosed because of the problems i was having with it. I got it diagnosed and i needed a whole new transmission. Of course when i heard the number i was very hesitant to fix because it was worth half the car. Ryan mentioned something called "Good Will" I had no idea what it was and he explained it to me very well. so i gave it a shot and i got 90% covered. I decided to pull the trigger and get it done. Ryan said the transmission would be about a week out and the work would take about a week. and that's exactly how it went down. Ryan was available during the whole process if i had any questions. When i picked up the car it was actually less then what i was quoted so that was cool. everyone I dealt with in the service Dept was courteous, helpful and very professional. I will be bring my car to Manchester City Nissan for all my service needs because of them. Thanks Again Boys!

It was really a nice experience here. I bought a new Rogue SV and traded in my Altima few days back. The process was smooth and Jeff was really helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Earlier, I used to go to Enfield but going forward am happy to do future transactions here.

Service Review: I have a 370Z that recently had its differential serviced by Economy Oil Change. They ended up misreading the service manual & used the viscosity oil intended for the automatic transmission rather than the manual which I have. About two weeks & 400 miles later my differential exploded on 84 while heading into work. I then got my car towed to Manchester City Nissan for diagnostics & repairs. Ed is my service advisor. He was very prompt in communicating the diagnostic results, part availability and progress in the repair. These guys had me back on the road shortly thereafter. Ed was also willing to speak with the representative for Economy's warranty company. His willingness to do so ended up helping me get fully reimbursed for my troubles. I would recommend getting your Nissan serviced here & also Ed as a service advisor. (no shade to the other guys, just can't speak to them from personal experience)

We bought a used Nissan Rogue Sport last week and the car has been great so far. Freddie was patient and funny and it was a great experience. For some reason though one tire was at 40 PSI while another was in the 20s instead of being 33 like the rest. But other than that it was flawless.

I purchased and financed a vehicle here, and overall, it was a positive experience due to the staff being professional and genuine. I left with a more expensive car than I would've preferred, but that was a compromise I made do to impatience. Nearly 60 days after purchasing, I still feel my deal was fair, and I received a beautiful car at a good value.

I had a fantastic experience with Manchester City Nissan. Calvin, Michael, Aiham, and Krista were all extremely helpful and gave me a fair deal. Even when I had a slight issue with my keys the next day, they had me come in and they fixed the issue free of charge. Very happy with this process!

I had got a flat tire and didn t know what to do. I knew my lease was almost up, so, not knowing what to do I called Manchester Nissan. Krista got the service manager , Jason to come out. He was there in minutes, changed my tire and followed me back to the dealership.Gil was amazing! He met me out front when I got there. He knew right off the bat what I was looking for and set me up with the Rogue SV premium and I LOVE IT!They really took care of me that day and I couldn t be more grateful!

Would give a negative score if I could. As if it s not bad enough that they already are being investigated by the state of Connecticut. But if your car needs warranty work they fight you every step of the way. My car is making noises when you turn and my tires are wearing unevenly and yet they tell me my car is fine. This is not the first time either. Work absolutely work dealership.

Went there in October of last year trying to purchase a used Vehicle, they tried to get me to lease a new one with a payment I could not afford, I ask if I could bring the paper work to my credit union and they told me I could not get a copy of any paperwork. Then one of the managers came out and kept questioning me and trying to get me to take their offer, mind you he's talking loudly in an open lounge where the customers can hear the conversation..I refused their offer and went elsewhere and got my Nissan kick with the monthly payments I ask for..How this crooked car dealership is still open is beyond me..These folks are nothing but scammers..

I have leased and purchased vehicles from Manchester City Nissan. From Krista the receptionist to Michael the Executive manager and all of the sales and finance staff I was treated fairly an with respect. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and will definitely be back for my next vehicle.

Manchester City Nissan gave me an amazing experience when I called to set up an appointment for my 2023 Rogue. I received excellent service from Brianna, she was very attentive and helpful. She answered all my questions and was able to fit me in same day. The service was wonderful, and I received my vehicle in a timely manner. I will definitely be returning. thank you!

I purchased my last Nissan there a couple of years ago and I m looking at upgrading to a new vehicle now. I am very impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the showroom, along with their offerings of coffee, tea, water, and a plethora of snacks to enjoy while you re waiting. They have a large selection of vehicles, the sales representatives are professional and knowledgeable, and in particular, Miranda. She takes her time to listen to your needs, advises and works diligently to find the exact vehicle you want. I highly recommend Manchester City Nissan.

Great experience on a new car purchase. Our sales guy Jeff showed us a line of cars to choose from , he was very pleasant and patient. Mario the manager gaves us a great deal and worked we us well. Ed told us about the great benefits and help us choose the added protection for our vehicle. Also Mike allowed us to get approve on the best loan possible. Overall we would definitely recommend Manchester city Nissan to all friends and families.

I can't say enough about Manchester City Nissan. I just purchased my car there and Calvin Crocklin, my salesman, Michael Hamadi the General manager and Edwin Garcia the finance manager took care of me like I was family. They answered every question I had, were very open, honest and transparent. They walked me through all the paperwork seamlessly and I felt they truly wanted to make sure I had an amazing experience. World class sales & service. I would give them 6 stars if I could. I highly recommend Manchester City Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! You all are an asset to your profession!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My experience with Manchester City Nissan was terrible, from start to finish. My wife and I leased a 2022 pathfinder from this dealership, we were waiting for the new truck to be released before we upgraded her older (2012) pathfinder. We were excited to test drive and purchase the new truck, unfortunately the dealership made it a miserable experience. We had an appointment to look at the truck at 4pm, we didn't end up actually seeing it until 7. We waited in the waiting room for 3 hrs with 3 kids, one of them a toddler. We decided to take the truck and the finance manager was extremely rude and pushy. While leasing the truck we had a service plan and every time I brought it in for service I was asked to pay, our plan was never entered into the system. I would have to explain that I had a service plan and go thru this huge ordeal with the service department every time I brought it in for an oil change. I just returned the truck this past week. My wife wasn't happy with it and we decided to do an early termination on the lease. I brought it in to the dealership to ask what my options were, Micheal (the sales manager) told me I had two options - I could pay all the payments I had left on the lease which would have been around $3500 or they would buy the truck from me and I would owe Manchester City $2000. This didn't sound right to me, I decided to go get a second opion. The second dealership I brought it to told me all I had to pay was the early termination fee ($620) and I was good to go, no other money was due. I went home and looked at the paperwork Micheal had given me and the $620 payment was right on the printout he handed me before I left. He never mentioned it. I called him the next day and asked abt it, he brushed it under the rug and said thats never what you end up paying, tried again to convince me that selling the truck to the dealership and paying the $2k was my best option. I called Nissan themselves and they said that the $620 was indeed all I had to pay, as long as the lease was inspected and no issues were found (it was). I feel like this guy tried to scam me out of $2k, and with all the stuff in the news about them it really wouldn't surprise me. Would never do business with this dealership again and I would advise whoever is reading this not to either

Definitely a 5-star service, we just went in to take a look at a car if it is affordable, and the salesperson - Jeffrey showed us the possible options and Michael gave us the best deal, and we went back home with a brand new car after trading our old car for a very good price. Honest people and the staff has very good patience, greet you with a smile, and that s what makes a great team!!Thank You Jeffrey, Michael, and Edwin Garcia

I have felt so respected throughout the lease process here. Manchester City Nissan does not include extra fees in their overall price of the car and lease payments. The managers really do try to save customers money. Everyone is friendly, even the receptionist clearly enjoys her job! Staff is really personable. That shows the kind of business this dealership is.The only downside was dealing with a call center, but that choice is above the control of this dealership and goes towards ownership of the chain.

My daughter and I walked in nervous and didn't know what to expect. Thanks to executive manager Michael and salesman Younes, we left there feeling like part of thier family! We would highly recommend. Also, a big shout out to Ryan in service for taking care of our 2014 Nissan that just needed a little special attention! My daughter now leases a brand new 2024 altima and is very happy! Thanks Manchester City Nissan!

VERY disappointed. Was told I would get the deposit I put down on a car back and 14 days later still no credit to my credit card account. Sad that $1000 was on my card the day I did it and credit hasn't occurred after 14 days. SHAME ON YOU Manchester City Nissan! Thankful for credit card disputes.EDIT at the request of a staff member who finally resolved issue: After 2 hours of wasted time with credit card company, and multiple calls, hold time & dropped calls with Manchester Nissan I finally got a human who resolved the issue in 10 minutes and credited my account. I stand by this review in that the 1st person who "credited" my account 14 days ago didn't do his job.

We just picked up our new Frontier Pro-4X the other day. My father & I went in with a very specific configuration of a new truck. We had honestly thought it would take a while to find it, but with the help of Marisella and her team we actually got the exact truck we wanted the very next afternoon! This is our second vehicle from Manchester City Nissan, and I believe we were helped by the same owner/management as last time who were very accommodating and professional. I felt that everyone very carefully listened to our wants/needs and delivered exactly what was promised. I was extremely happy with the trade-in value for our old truck as well. On the paperwork side of things, Cecilia was very kind and we appreciated her thoroughness in making sure everything was in order for our new truck. Overall, I m very glad my father & I are repeat customers of Manchester City Nissan.

Words can t express how grateful and thankful I am for my car buying experience with Shawn(sales manager) and Aiham(finance manager). Shawn is honest and dedicated to make sure he met my needs. I definitely had a lot of questions that Aiham answered honestly, and made my car buying process flawless! I absolutely recommend going to Manchester City Nissan!!!
