What a wonderful experience buying a car from Franks Auto Credit! Keith helped me through the whole process! He was caring and extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions! I have bought a few cars from Franks and I m always happy to come back and buy another! I ll always recommend Franks to anyone looking for an upstanding business and a reliable car!

I hate leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience with this company cannot go unsaid. Frank s was great in the beginning, they set me up with a 2006 Honda Accord that was in (seemingly) perfect shape, with a promise of free oil changes whenever I needed them. Yes, the oil changes were free, but unfortunately the endless repairs were not. As soon as I got the car it had blown speakers and a vibration when it drove. Perfectly fine, it s an old car. I had it brought in about a month and a half after purchasing for a simple tune-up (breaks, tire check, make sure the vibration it made was ok, etc.). I also asked them to address the problem with the speakers as I am someone who loves my music, but it seems they didn t even touch the car that day. They said the everything was brand new, worked fine and that the speakers looked great(they still didn t work). I am not one to fuss over a car with just a minor issue like that, so I said nothing. However, less than six months into buying the car my CV joint snapped off in the dead center of the road leaving me completely motionless and late to work. I had to call a tow company (they don t have tow trucks) at my own expense. I do have to say they fixed my car within the day and did work out a payment plan with me to pay off the car over time, but that wasn t the end of my problems. Every since the CV joint was fixed, my car made weird sounds while driving as if the CV joint was about to simply fall off. I brought the car in two weeks later and they claimed it looked perfect besides the fact that two parts of the car were grinding against each other?? So they hammered the problem away?? Whatever, I m not super car savvy so I took it as a blessing that the car didn t have a serious issue. The car still sounded on the verge of breaking. Onto the next issue, a month later. I got into my car one day, about to head to work, and it wouldn t start. Just like that, was dead. Another tow bill that I had to pay. It ended up being the starter, and was over $500 to replace. At this point, I was getting very unhappy about why my car kept breaking, and confronted them about working with me to absorb some of the costs of towing or the part(seeing as it s their car and I m making payments on it). Again, I do have to say Frank s was willing to set up a payment plan, but only after calling me disrespectful over the phone and leaving me without a car for two days. Within two months I had two towing bills of over $100, which may not seem like much but I am 18 and pay every bill myself. I didn t even have the car for eight months and had racked up repair bill after repair bill for a car that I was never once late making payments on. Anyways, this will be a good read for anyone who wants an honest review of this company since many people will leave a review right after getting their car instead of after having a real experience with the company first. I m not discouraging nor encouraging people to come to this place, just leaving my honest experience.

First time experience and it was easy. Needed a few things to bring and approval was fast. they cover everything else for me. If your Looking for car and need asap there the ones to go to. Keith was a big help and best guy to help me out. Break down was clear and understandable and wasn t no extra additional to the process. Thank you be sending some referrals to you guys in the years to come

I was impressed how pleasant it was to do business with them. But i specially like to thank Keith he made buying a car easy and he was the most kindest salesperson i have ever dealt with. My nephew was also impressed with the professionalism that Keith showed. I really umderstand why this family business has been around for so many years. You will really have a great expierence if you go here to purchase your car.

Frank s has given me the best car buying experience I have ever received. I financed a car through Carvana the whole process took about a day. I thought that was amazing. Then I went to Frank s because I needed another car and oh boy was this somehow even better. If you go on their website and bring everything they need to finance a car they will have you in and out of there in 3 hours or less. The staff was amazing. Keith was our salesman and while the other staff were working on paperwork and whatnot Keith kept my wife and I entertained with great conversation in his down time. And for the car we bought, it is a 2013 Toyota Corolla that is very clean and drives amazing. Coming from somebody who works on cars, I can tell the car is mechanically and physically sound. No issues at all other than minor cosmetic flaws you d see in a 10 year old car. Frank s Auto has an excellent mission and goal in mind, and that is helping people get transportation who need the help financially. My wife and I were having trouble getting another car loan out because we are so young (19 and 20), but Frank s helped us get approved for a very good amount of credit and the best possible rates we could ask for with another car loan out. Next time my wife and I need another car, as well as family and friends, we will be sure to choose Frank s. Would recommend to everyone! Thank you Frank s team!

This process couldn t have been any smoother.. I am so grateful for the entire staff they re amazing. I have a beautiful Suv that I am very pleased with so far no complaints. Keith assisted me Throughout my process he is the best I had some anxiety as I always do starting something new but after Keith s Thorough run down I felt great about my decision. I love that even after you get a car they support you with any services to the car as needed as well as free oil changes. I mean it doesn t get any better than that..but actually here it does if you refer anyone..Frank s will pay you , if you refer 8 people they will pay your car off..talk about to good to be true I am so pleased thank you all so much! Keith served in the Navy I would like to thank you again for everything and your services.

My experience was amazing the customer service there the care of everyone there wanting you to drive away in a new car is an experience that everyone should share. I would definitely recommend Frank's Auto Credit to anyone looking for a nice vehicle well equipped decent down payments and just a great experience overall. Keith was great and very helpful.

everyone is nice and friendly. Once you have your insurance for the vehicle you picked out you leave the same day no running around. I love to shop with ffranks auto credit for motor vehicle the best local dealer ever if I could give them a 10 star award but I guess five is the limit they are truly amazing. I recommend them nice, reliable vehicles.

Keith made this whole process so comfortable. I walked in so nervous not knowing what to expect bc I had nothing but awful experiences at other dealerships! Franks is the best bc they walk you through everything and they don t beat around the bush about things! Low down payments and reasonably priced cars! I was in and out within 2.5 hours with my very own car! Go here and ask for Keith! He s the best!!!!
