This was my first time taking my truck for an oil change. Tee was one of the friendliest most helpful people I ve ever met. I really appreciated his customer service and I will be returning in the future! I definitely recommend this location.

This was my first time taking my car to get an oil change myself and they were so nice. They didn t try to push me to get other unnecessary things. I know people worry about getting taken advantage of or being scammed at car places, they weren t like that. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I ll be back!

By far my favorite Economy Oil location!! The drive thru service is so convenient, and the workers were very kind! (This location also charges less than others I have been to)

Make sure you check how much you got charged before you leave, otherwise you'll realize days later they never put in your coupon, despite telling you a total cheaper than what you're charged.

Fast and professional oil change. They also check all fluids, tire pressures, air filter and wipers. Garage is kept clean and tidy. They also reset the oil sensor light in the dashboard.

Took advantage of my 20yo daughter's lack of automotive knowledge and sold her a $30.00 light bulb that retails for about $10.00 never offered any discount for the oil change that I always get on my cars I bring in for oil changes. $93.00 for 4 quarts of oil a filter and a bulb. Way to go with fleecing the younger customer base.

The worst place for oil changes , pumped tires to all different psi. Got 5000 mile oil put 3000 on sticker.... save yourself the worry and go to Vernon one

Had no trouble with the car, no check engine light on, had the oil changed on October 19, 2023, then after that we had the check engine light come on, went to AutoZone for the tester and it came up as coolant level is low, past couple times we went for the oil change at economy we end up with the check engine light coming on, economy used to be good but they've changed,Service: Oil change

Paid $68.00 for the high milage oil change & was literally in & out in 8min (which is NOT a good thing). I usually spend AT LEAST 20min in the waiting room & get a great job done, but this time I wasn't even sitting down for 2min before they called me to the counter to pay & they were already pulling my truck out. I pulled IN at 5:14pm & pulled OUT at 5:22pm. Not right...The paperwork said my windshield was washed & interior vacuumed, it definitely wasn't. Not even sure if they actually changed my oil, I don't even think you could change oil in 5min. I'm wondering if just because I was a woman all by myself they felt like they could rip me off, like I don't know how oil changes work.I thought maybe I was overreacting but everyone I ask says that's definitely not right. I thought maybe I was there longer then I thought but I even checked my Google timeline on maps & it clearly shows I arrived at Economy at 5:14pm & left at 5:22pm. So I'll definitely be calling a manager or owner on Monday. Very disappointed, pissed, & confused.

Do not have them send your receipt by email. They will email you literally every week for years. Their unsubscribe doesn't work either.

Outstanding customer service!! It s not easy to find this these days. The team let me know I didn t need an oil change yet. They topped off my fluids and check my tire pressure, and sent me on my way. I will see them again in a 1000 miles. They have earned my loyalty. This was my go to place to go to for oil changes until my last visit. My diesel oil change went up $80.. Knowing that my vehicle had been here before I should have been informed of this outrageous price increase. Service was great though to bad they lost my business..

One of the quickest and most accessible places to get an oil change. Each employee was pleasant. It was my first time, and I could pull up; in under 10 minutes, I was told it was finished. I got Mobil 1 for my car, so it was nice to know they use the best oil possible.10/10 recommend! I will be back for the following oil change.Service: Oil change

Had a great experience at Economy today. The service was done quickly and with expertness.They did not try to sell me anything else and were very kind. "T" the serviceman also fixed my time and radio which was so helpful to me!

Been here a few times now and they always do a great job, super quick and professional. The last time I used them I had just purchased a new car, and while the technician was changing the oil he noticed tiny shards of metal coming out in the used oil. I will definitely be bringing my car back to the dealership to get it checked out. This find could potentially save me a lot of money, so I am very grateful for his diligence and will definitely be returning.Service: Oil change

Fast service. Now I know why. Bill states they cleaned my windows they did not. Says they vacuumed the car they did not. We use this place for a fleet of 8 vehicles bad for business!! $96.50 to change oil in a Kia Soul. Gotta do better guy's!!

Overcharged for my oil change charged for full synthetic when I wanted high mileage.Update. I go back with a 3rd Toyota Sienna 3 totally different prices.Apparently the first one in Vernon they gave me regular oil (but didn t tell me they were out of high mileage?) $57The second one in Manchester they added synthetic to my order without asking?? Didn t check the tire pressure, the light was still on and filled the air today. $86 took maybe 5 minutes to do my oil. And they didn t check the air pressure on my tires, which is part of the service.Third one today, guy explains they are out of high mileage but it s the same price with synthetic? So this one s $65 after they go to charge me I m asking why it s yet a 3rd price he says because it s synthetic blend. Assistant manager gives me a $5 off coupon Maybe it s time to go back to Jiffy lube this is unbelievable

Bunch of scam artists that work here. Stopped off for a "quick, convenient oil change." How are you going to charge $70 in labor for a 10 minute oil change 3 months ago. Husband goes to change my oil and the plug is on so tight from an air tool, he needed to use a breaker bar. They also used the cheaper oil filter they could use on a full synthetic change not even rated for my car. They also never replaced the gasket. I would literally never recommend them because they're going to overcharge you for something they didn't do correctly.Service: Oil change

When greeted, the associate told my wife and I the prices we saw online were not up to date for a high mileage oil change price of $59.99. He said it would be $72.99 and would not honor the online price advertised. The same associate argued with me to use a different oil (0W-20 is on the Subaru Impreza cap, but 5W-30 is acceptable and the owner's choice) which costs almost an extra $20. When asked about discounts the associate only offered a 10% for my military service, but they're running a 20% "Hero Discount" coupon right now. The overall experience was terrible and more expensive than every single other time I've used Valvoline in Glastonbury. Today's service was sheerly for convenience and I will NEVER use Economy Oil again anywhere after this experience. No associate or team member even guided my wife and I to leave the bay when we were done. Unprofessional, rude, and more costly than other businesses. Oh and we live less than a mile away on Main St in Manchester, CT. Never again.Service: Oil change

I had my oil changed; air filter replaced; tires checked and windshield wiper replaced.Upon completion they said my receipt would be emailed to me.Email address was verified; even provided an alternate email address; Still have not received my receipt.Had to drive back to the store to get my receipt and was provided with a very faded copy.Informed that they have been waiting for the printer to get fixed.The company has no issues sending me promotional emails as early as February 2022 but cannot email me my receipt.As soon as I drove away my car began to sound a lot louder then before I got there. Decided to drive locally to see if the noise went away. It did not.Spoke with a person at the company and asked why would a car sound louder after an oil change. His response was I m not a licensed mechanic I don t really know. If this person is not a licensed mechanic, why did I witness him working under my hood.There was no noise heard no shaking felt before this company began working on it. The gentleman's response to my question leaves me with no desire to bring my car back there.I want a copy of my receipt and my money returned so that I can have a licensed mechanic look at my carServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

This is a drive through oil change place. Really blazing fast service. Didn't even had to get out of the car. Took less than 10 minutes to go through the oil change. Really great staff, they were very informative. Great prices as well. They cleaned my front and rear windshield and filled up my tires. Highly recommend this place for oil change for their quick service.

These guys are great! Craig was awesome, kind, and super helpful, and Mike got my oil change done in no time! I would 100% recommend their service
