Great batteries, Good customer service, Horrible website. Per Batteries Plus policy you WAIT for an email after you purchase your battery online. Most of the time the email never comes. Instead you should call the store to verify the pick up time otherwise you will wait weeks wondering where your battery is.

The only reason i gave it 1 star is because you can't leave 0 stars. I stopped in to get a price on a new key fob. My key fob has 7 functions on it. When I walked in 5 of the 7 worked. The lock doesn't work, which isn't really that big of a deal. The other function that didn't work was the remote starter, which kinda sucks in the winter. The worker took the key fob and walked over some testing board for key fobs. I was trying to tell him what was wrong with it and that it didn't need a new battery. I just replaced the battery a week ago. I was looking at the board with new key fobs on it and he decided to take it apart. He replaced the battery and then started messing with the contacts on the inside. He started taking out the old contacts and replacing them with these little pieces of tin he cutting up with scissors. Then he puts it back together and nothing on it works except the panic button. So he spent the next 20 minutes screwing with it and still couldn't get it to work again. Now I'm really pissed because now in order to unlock the door I have to take the little key out of the end of the key fob and open it with that, every time it's opened with that key the alarm goes off. So I walked in with a key fob that had 5 out of the 7 working and walked out with the most important ones that worked before not working, and I have to deal with this little key to unlock it that sets the alarm off every time I use it. I am not happy and would never go there again. If you want someone who is incompetent to mess with your key fob then be my guest. I walked out very pissed off. I hope his boss fires him.

My daughter dropped her phone Sunday evening and the screen broke. I spoke with someone Monday morning and they had the correct screen in stock and had availability to work on her phone. By noon Monday, she was all set! Thank you!!

I ordered the specialty battery online and picked it up an hour later at my local store in Manchester, CT. When I got home I noticed it had slightly different terminals that what I needed. I returned it to the store that same day (about 10 minutes away). The sales associate made it very easy to exchange for the right one and I was on my way in two minutes. I got great service and the right product.

Had a phone screen replaced. Issue came up after that replacement. Staff were extremely friendly & knowledgeable. Took care of the issue without hesitation. 100% recommended

The guys at the store were very friendly and willing to help unload old and load new 6 volt deep cycle RV batteries. They all wore masks and stayed a safe distance per Covid guide lines.I started with a call to the store to get recommendations for replacement RV batteries and once I knew what I was going to purchase the sales man recommended that I order on-line to save 10%. The online process was fast and easy and the order was ready about in about five minutes.The pick up process required going into the store to complete the transaction and get my core deposit back from my old batteries. Then drive around back to the loading door.Very happy with the service from Batteries Plus and the staff in Manchester store.

I brought my watch in to get my battery replaced. Unfortunately the stem was broken during this procedure. When I brought the watch back I expected a hassle trying to get them to fix the watch they broke. Couldn t be further from the fact. The folks at the store fully accepted responsibility and sent my watch out for repair. A week later and I m back in business! Although no one wants to deal with this kind of issue. The stores accepting of there responsibility was a breath of fresh air. These folks were all friendly and above all else honest.

I brought my phone in looking to replace my USB drive after asurion mentioned that needed to be done for 150 dollars.The guy who was there was super helpful and was able to fix my problem free of charge, without a replacement.Easily 5 stars having come from two Asurion branches who both requested I needed to replace the drive for 150 dollars and did not have the parts to begin with.Not sure who the guy was in the back, but kudos to you for efficiently handling the problem while being customer friendly and supportive.

Hours on Google and Store are not accurate - arrived at 7:53PM to all the lights out and door locked. To think I was about to drop $400.00 on some truck batteries.... glad autoparts store has what I need and are open until 9PM(and actually 9PM not any earlier do they lock-up and leave)

They replaced my 8 year old phone battery. The phone store only wanted to sell me a new phone. It was ready in an hour and works great!

Great service great help and knowledgeable the whole crew is friendly. Had a new a battery installed into my cellphone works great. Have had purchased several camera batteries two were replace free of charge. I will continue to support this store.

Super friendly and helpful at pickup! The associate made sure that the replacement I ordered would fit my need and even soldered on a little adapter for me (Craftsman garage door opener backup battery). Above and beyond level of service. I'm really appreciative! Had I ordered from a big box store or online mega-retailer I would have been left messing around with the adapter myself. Many thanks for the great service!

Honestly I did not want to post this review but they really left me no choiceI've had multiple keys replicated by then and usually they do a fantastic job in a timely manner. However, this time I asked to have a key replicated, but the key was no longer being made so they said they'd find a similar key fob and replicate the key. I waited three weeks for at least some kind of update and finally decided to call them. ....They forgot to order the key (or that's what they said) so I have them reorder and wait another 4 weeks for an update because of worldwide supply shortages. I finally call them and they still haven't ordered the key. But they took over 2 hundred dollars from me over 2 months ago and didn't to find a problem with thatHighly disappointed in management and business

Prompt. Reliable. Excellent repair. I own an iPhone 7 Plus that needed recharging before the end of the day. The phone is in excellent shape with all buttons working. Apple would not replace the battery because my battery Maximum Capacity was at 85%, not the 80% or less they deem low enough to warrant battery replacement. I scheduled an appointment online with Batteries Plus, drove down at the allotted time, left it with them and picked it up an hour later as they had asked. I examined the phone and couldn't even detect that it had been opened. Three weeks later my iPhone is running fine, no longer requiring recharging during the day. Hope the new battery keeps functioning well.

Great retail resource. I was able to order and pick up SLA batteries for my computer UPC units on the same day rather than waiting days for UPS. Glad we have a Batteries Plus Bulbs in the area. Prices are great. Staff there is always friendly and helpful

Made an appointment online to get my battery replaced and installed. Showed up and the installation guy was not present. Manny helped diagnose the problem I was having with my battery and cleaned the terminals to my car battery. I appreciate that, excellent service from this shop!

Have purchased car batteries from Batteries Plus Bulbs for several years with no problems until now! My current battery is less that a year old and will not hold a charge after stopping by to see if they would check it. They said it would have to be removed to so I removed it and brought it in, they took it in back and several customers came and went as I waited when I asked what was the problem they said we have to charge it and said that would take about a hour he did not say that before I removed it. The attitude was stark like I was making him work I told him to give the battery back I then installed it back in my car. I will not ever purchase another product with that store again. If I want a bad experience I can get that at Walmart and pay much less.

Went in for a fob replacement and came out to my car battery being dead. I believe Brian was the gentleman I worked with (long hair) and he was amazing and very customer service oriented. Definitely will be back.

Poorly run store. I called ahead to see if they had the bulb I needed in stock. Person said yes. Went all the way there, arrived 40 minutes later. They did not have it. They obviously didn't even bother to check. Waste of my time.P.S. Seeing your reply...check with the staff working on 09/13/2022 at lunchtime.

Nice to have an internet option when buying from a real store. Ordered two marine batteries and they were ready when promised. The clerk helped me carry the new batteries out to my car and brought back my two old batteries. Nice, neat store with good customer service. The price of the new batteries was in line with others that i had checked. Overall, a great experience.

I had some difficulties with my phone-7 and a screen replacement. Batteries and Bulbs stood behind their promise and made sure I was happy with the outcome. The owner personally reached out to me and wanted to make sure I was happy even if it meant an incurred cost or inconvenience on their end. They stood by their work and I cannot say enough about how impressed I was by this true customer service and commitment to making sure the problem was fixed correctly and I was satisfied. Thank you!

I needed a new battery for my motorcycle, bought one that lasted one season. Brought in my receipt, said they couldn t do anything for me even though I had a warranty. After I told them the battery was stored and properly winterized on the charger. How am I not covered? Never will I buy from this company again.

I have never purchased a car battery online before, and felt quite apprehensive about it. When I drove to the store to get the battery... I was soon put at ease! Not only did they install the battery free of charge... but the owner took the time to look at my car and explained how my BMW computer reads the output of the battery and adjusts the current being sent to it accordingly. Then his mechanic did a very careful exchange of the old to the new and it was done in short time. I had such a positive experience that I'll definitely go back there when I need another one.

These guys have fixed 2 broken screens and a charging port issue on my iPhone within the past 8 months. The service has been amazing, quick, honest and very reasonable! If you're having phone issues try these guys first before going to your phone store, it will save you a lot of money and time.

Went to have my cell phone lens fixed. Did a good job at a reasonable price and only took a hour to repair. The store is small but the service is friendly and they probably have the unique battery or bulb you need.

Great experience. Needed two uncommon batteries. Ordered and paid online to get the 10% discount. Items were in-stock. Received a text a short time later saying the order was ready. Walked in and picked up order the next day. Batteries were already pre-charged. Very little contact with store staff, but they were courteous and helpful.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have bought numerous car, motorcycle and quad batteries there. I always shop around and they seem to have the best value for these kinds of batteries. Can t beat their selection of hard to find batteries as well. Would def recommend.
