Needed a new battery and heard about the free installation service. Didn't know about it till I read it on website. Danielle helped us out and did the complete install. She was super nice and very thorough. She's a great asset and you're lucky to have her. mj

Louis at the Broad St, Manchester Ct branch is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond at my last visit. This wasn t the first time he has assisted me, I will only go to this auto zone for now on because of him. The last time I was there the inventory said that they had a tensioner pully in stock but once I got to AutoZone they did not have any in stock, nor did 6 other locations. He finally found me and saved me countless trips to other stores. I m a business owner myself and wish I could find employees with his customer service, knowledge and dedication to his job. I called corporate also, hopefully they recognize how invaluable of an employee they have.

I went there recently for a new battery. The battery was a Duralast. It should be called Dura Ain t Gonna Last Very Long. It s my third battery in three years! I don t know if it s the batteries or they are just on the shelf too long. The staff aren t very friendly. It s like your Mother in Law at Thanksgiving dinner.

They gave me the wrong part, which messed up my car and wont return my money. After years of shopping here im done NAPA it is. Dont go here

I bought headlights and they didn't fit so I returned them the next day. I was waiting for the credit on my card. After 30 days of checking I went to the store today. Store manager Bob R spent about few minutes looking up things about the purchase and found the proof I needed. He said the transaction didn't go through! Luckily he remembers the transaction because the guy helping me needed help. Broad street location Manchester Connecticut . Thank you Bob! awesomely helpful guy!!I work retail so I appreciate. I thought they would be like we gave you cash sorry! He deserves a raise!!

All kinds of products including tools at discount prices. Never know what great stuff you will find here. Their plants are also as good or better than the other guys. A must go store.

This place is a bit hard to visually find when driving down Broad St from the Stop & Shop. The trees are covering most of the sign, and if you didn't know to turn at the traffic light, you'd drive right past the place.We were looking for a replacement for a Rain-ex latitude 28" wiper. Alas, they had Zero of any of the latitude line.Beggars can't be choosers when you have a design flaw snap, and it's been raining all summer.The associate was polite to come out to the vehicle to inspect what we had to find a compromise

Im sure the rest of the staff and company are awesome but the guy helping me was dismissive and disrespectful. Wanting to get some wipers for my van front and rear. He summoned next, I went over uttering what I need...he cuts me off " year, make and model, twice. I absorb, he then rattles off some numbers and tells me what isle it's in like let's make this as unpleasant as possible. I absorbed again and just walked out. Keeping in mind, if I have a bad experience somewhere, I usually don't leave a review, but couldn't let this one go.

I had a headlight out, so I purchased what I thought was the correct one online to pick up in the store. Once I arrived, the salesperson was nice enough to offer to install it for me, and she realized that I had purchased the wrong one. She exchanged it for the correct one and installed it for me. I asked her if she would be able to check my battery since I was there and my car had not been starting up easily lately. She tested it and the battery was bad. She gave me options for a new one and then installed the new battery for me. Great service and very friendly workers. Highly recommend.

Great selection of air and oil filters. I appreciate the brand names. Unfortunately they didn't have the right size oil wrench for my car so I had to go to a competitor for that. Would have preferred to get it at AutoZone

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. I've never had a problem. The one thing I did have a little bit of an issues with was hearing an employee being annoyed with people that show up last minute before they close which didn't make that one employee look to good considering he was hired to help people. But that was a while ago and that was the only negative thing I've experienced.

Saturday, September 24th I woke up to a dead battery. Went to AutoZone around noon time to the purchase new battery, there were three employees behind the registers. One employee was talking to two gentlemen. The line I was standing in the employee was taken care of the customer in front of me in the third cashier was helping a customer as I was standing in line waiting. A girl came from the back and made it known to her co-workers that she was ordering pizza half cheese half chicken. She wanted to know what kind of chicken the gentleman would like to eat bbq, grilled etc. Meanwhile there are customers in line waiting to be waited on and all the employees were deciding what to eat for lunch. This was the poorest customer service I have ever witnessed Even the customers that were being waited on had the employee walk away from them so they could order their lunch My face must have said more of what I was thinking because one of the employees looked at me and asked if he could help me and I said yes. As I approach the counter he put up one of his hands and he says to me I know this is not your fault at this point. I didn't know where he was going and I didn't want to find out so I proceeded to walk towards the door to leave and he continued to. Let me know that if I wanted to I could yell at him. I will never return to this AutoZone again. Whoever is running this place needs more training. I am just glad O'Reilly's was across the street and they have excellent customer service Thank you, Ricky and Keith, O'Reilly

This place has gone so downhill since Mr. Tincopa left. Their teen employees have awful attitudes, even as doing a simple favor as changing a headlight. Their current store manager is very unhelpful. And prices are always outrageous. Avoid this store.

We had to stop by just before closing to get a headlight replaced. I'm not a car guy so I needed help putting it in and a small clip fell deep in our car. The staff here worked so hard to get it for us, they were so helpful!

Phutger was really helpful with me when it came to re-filling my oil. I ve never done it before and he didn t hesitate to help. I didn t have to wait long at all and was extremely happy with my visit.

I love coming to this location better than the one in Hartford, which is where I live, the employees here are very helpful and nice. Armando always seems to help me find a solution to every problem I present him with, whether I bring my sister's vehicle or my vehicle to the store. On one occasion, I went to get my vehicle tested, two other employees assisted me prior until he arrived, they were having difficulties clamping on the tester unit to my battery's side terminals, the previous employees each had multiple attempts they kept switching the testing unit, the clamps were all too big, but Armando came he gave it a try and he did not give up until he got me a reading. Love his willfulness to keep trying and not give up like the others. Definitely my go to place whenever I have car troubles or need any replacement parts.

I would like to thank the two gentlemen who was working today (6-19-21 @7:45pm), they were shorthanded and they still gave me the most attention, respect, and customer service; I really commend the two gentlemen for such a great job. I love this store, thanks for your service

I get most of my parts here and the staff has always been very friendly. Very easy and convent to drop off my used oil.

I'm not a car guy, I barely own any tools. Anytime my wife and I have gone there they have been SO helpful. They know what we need when we aren't sure what to ask for and they help out with little installation things that I should be able to do myself but takes them minutes instead of who knows how long for me.

Auto Zone is a great place of business very friendly and outgoing staff I was there last week with a dead car battery on a very cold day I mean the coldest day of this year so far and the guys really took care of me they picked out the best battery for my make and model car and also installed it all at a reasonable price.I will definitely shop there again.

Good selection of most everything you'd need for your vehicle. Clean, well - organized store. But what brings me back is the quality of the staff at their Broad St. location in Manchester, CT. To a person, I have found them helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Always friendly service to me (I am friendly to them). Have received invaluable advice from employees there over the years. The team has changed around a bit, but they are still doing it right.
