If I could give this place a 10 star I would. Everyone was professional yet personable and made me feel like they cared about my needs. My salesman Chris Cann was awesome and went above and beyond to make this whole process easy and worry free. New England cycle works took great care of me and the whole team is really great. I only just met them but they felt like family. If your in the market for a new motorcycle this year I would highly recommend New England Cycle works. Thank you all!

Jeff and the folks at New England Cycle are awesome! They got my Honda Trail 125 so quick! Really pleasant experience all around. Will definitely go back if I ever want something bigger.

I just bought my 2009 K1200LT here and it was great. Justin went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was top notch. Including arranging for a new battery to be delivered to me because the one in the bike wasn't at the level that he wanted to see. Easily could have let this slide and I would be none the wiser. When the time comes I will be checking New England first.

Picked up my Grom about 2 months ago. Justin was extremely helpful. He was fast, to the point, and got me in and out fast. He made the whole process a joy. The lady there is nice as well, and the parts guys upstairs were a pleasure to deal with. Kindness goes a long way with me. If your looking for a bike, I would definitely recommend them!

My first time doing business with this dealership and they are top notch, awesome prices, friendly staff, and a great selection of bikes in stock. Picked up three brand new Hondas, and Jeff Atkinson was an incredible sales man. Keep up the good stuff!

Moped was advertised as $1,800. Staff tried to sell for $2,800 claiming "shipping costs." Asked for price on a cheaper, less cc bike and was given the same price. Absolute sham. The bike is in store.EDIT: I commented this on Facebook and they insta blocked me lmfao. They absolutely know what they are doing.

Great place. Guys there are awesome. I've bought several bikes with Chris O and it's always a smooth quick process. Their selection is pretty big and their prices are competitive. Check them out, it will be worth it!

Over the last few years we have bought 4 machines form them. Two dirt bikes one small side by side and one electric bike for our son. Just brought the electric bike (which we paid $1200 ) in because it stopped working and got a quote for $800 and some change to replace the electric motor. Will not be paying for that to be fixed. The side by side stopped working 8 months ago and gave it away. Great place to buy from not the best for customer service and appreciation.

Put a deposit on a new bike today because a member of their sales team, Justin called me and left a message for me the morning after sending them an info request on their website. I called back around 1:00pm and had a nice conversation and was able to leave a deposit over the phone for my new bike! Super fast and friendly! Can t wait to come by, see the showroom and meet the team! Thanks again!

Excellent staff they are helpful and always around but never pushing sales. The service department is knowledgeable and helpful and the mechanics do quick tidy work. They put my bike together and had it running in half the time I expected.

Jeff Atkinson made the process of purchasing my new Honda Ruckus painless. He shot me a fair price to which I immediately agreed. He wrote up the paperwork in 15 minutes and I left a deposit. The next day I came in, paid for the bike and out the door I went. I love my new Ruckus. I highly recommend New England Cycle Works and Jeff.

I had recently came here because my family had recommended that if I was interested in buying a motorcycle, they were worth checking out...and they were right! From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with exceptional service and respect. Being that I was new to riding they were awsome in helping me find a bike for me. They have so many years of experience in riding, that any question I had was given a professional answer. I have since then purchased a bike, helmet, jacket and the gloves. All I can say is if you ever need anything powersport related, make New England cycle works your first and only stop!!

I bought a brand new 2022 Kawasaki Z650 ABS from New England Cycle works and they made it a really enjoyable experience. Justin took care of me and did a wonderful job answering any questions I had. The sales team is extremely knowledgeable and well versed on the specs of each bike I was looking at.I worked with multiple people in the parts department to get all the gear i need. The guys upstairs gave me great advice on helmet selection, Bluetooth integration, picking the correct gloves and making sure everything fit right.All in all I highly recommend stopping by and meeting this team if you are in the market for a bike. I'm an experienced rider but have been off the saddle for quite a while and everyone was extremely helpful and made it easy to feel confident in my purchase.

Jeff was extremely helpful and resourceful in my purchase of a Wolf Rugby 50cc scooter. He explained the safety features/ functionality of the scooter, elaborated on the paperwork and made the purchasing process very efficient. In addition, he subtracted the dealer fee from the cash price of the scooter. Highly recommend

We have been doing business here for over 20 years and I couldn't imagine ever going anywhere else. I rode my first dirt bike out of your front door at 5 years old and now my first street bike at 30. from the first to the last it will always be at New England Cycle Works.

I've bought 2 scooters here and a snowblower. Everyone here is very helpful. I've worked with Justin and Jeff and they are both very service oriented. I would, and have, recommend this dealer to anyone looking for powersports or power equipment.

A few days ago, I bought my 2022 crf110. Jeff made everything easy and hassle free and was excellent about staying in touch with me. This is the third one he has sold me, and the owner of the dealership personally delivered it to my house with his personal vehicle for free! I've done a lot of business with the sales and parts department here. Calling them a well rounded all together dealership would be an understatement! They're awesome!

I believe the question was, how was New England Cycle Works? My answer, out freaking standing. I have been doing business with these guy's for a great many years and plan on continuing to do so for many more years to come.I bought my Kawasaki Turbo Charged Jet Ski from these guy's with, no regrets. Their service after the sale was even more phenomenal. Mechanics were outstanding and always did the work right the first time.Their customer service and sales service team was very professional and knowledgeable. When I set out to go on the water, it was with every bit of confidence that my machine was ready.Now, it's years later and I am purchasing my motorcycle gear from them. They sell number 1 brands but, they specialize in service after the sale. I highly recommend one of the areas oldest shops. They even service and sell lawn, garden and snow equipment as well. Simply the best.

Let me start by first saying I am a mechanic myself.. I bought an SSR Chinese dual sport motorcycle from this place, it has to be expected with such a cheap bike there were a few issues that have to be resolved with a service department. Although I was disappointed that my brand new bike didn't run perfectly off the showroom floor I was not surprised because the salesman was very honest with me about the bikes and told me up front probably would have to have it in to service the carburetor, it turns out that the motorcycle also ended up needing the valves adjusted. Most dealers that i have been to this with this type of situation, it quickly turns into a giant waiting game, until you're so frustrated that you end up just accepting that your motorcycle is going to run like garbage But these all worked as a team and the guys work very hard and very fast to resolve all the issues with the bike that I had message to the service. Even the salesman stayed with me so I was happy. You can't expect mechanical things go always run perfect when they're brand new, however New England Cycle Works has exceeded my expectations from what could have been a bad situation, with prompt and acceptable service . Hard to find these days especially in Eastern CT . Thanks for doing the right thing. I'll forever go to you guys, and girl, for all my motorcycle needs.

My family and I were in the market for a utility vehicle that would help us to maintain our property in the summer and Winter. Jeff and New England Cycle Works analyzed our problem, offered solutions and helped us find the perfect fit for us. They even dropped off our new Mule and allowed us to use it while we waiting for aftermarket parts to come in. Great people, great service, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

This is definitely one of the best places to go if you re looking for a knowledgeable and friendly staff and atmosphere. I went here to get my first ever motorcycle years ago and from day one the parts manager Alex has always taught me about what I need to be safe and successful rather then how much money he could get me to spend. I highly recommend asking for him if you re looking for a pleasant and educational experience in the parts department; he rocks!

Trustworthy, knowledgeable & professional!Purchased 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 650. NE Cycle Works assembled and prepared for imeadiate delivery at my request. Even notorizing my documents for Massachusetts DMV as extra safeguard for smooth processing.Jeff from sales, business office and parts staff were all excellent to deal with.Very happy l found the model I wanted at NE Cycle Works. 100% positive experience.

I have bought two bikes from New England Cycle Works in the past year and I will keep buying from them because of the superb service from all the staff and the community that surrounds it. The motorcycle sales guys Chris and Josh have been immense help before and after each of my purchases. Whenever I had a question about the bike or self maintenence they had no problem to show me what to do from adjusting the chain to changing my fluids. When I was just getting my first bike The guys up in parts personally walked me through picking out the right gear to make sure it fit and was comfortable. If they didn't have the item I was looking for they would order it and match the lowest price I could reasonably find on the Internet. It wasn't just the staff that has helped me but the regulars at the shop as well by giving me tips on what oil to use and what filter to buy. I also had the pleasure to attend a track day with some of the staff and other customers. Through the whole day staff members like Chris were coaching me how to ride to my full potential on and off the track. The day as a whole was an experience that showed the sense of community that surrounds New England Cycle Works. I highly recommend these guys if you are new and getting into motorcycling or even if you have been riding your entire life. This place has more to offer than a shiny new bike and that is why I will be with them as long as I can.
