Never had a problem at this store, but last week I had a terribly unsettling experience. Purchased a keyless remote case so that I could transfer over the circuitry from my current remote with broken buttons. My purchase was the correct part number however the rubber contact pins were not long enough to make appropriate contact with my circuit board. Apparently this can happen with the Dorman product I purchased. Not a mistake on my end but still no big deal. I was greeted by an employee named Shah who did not even care to hear what I was about to explain and instead greeted me with "I TOLD YOU THAT YOU CANNOT RETURN THIS ITEM". As if I am someone who habitually comes in and exchanges stuff, (this was my first time bringing anything back to a store in years!) like I don't know what I am doing. Obviously I was perplexed by this because I never dealt with this man, at all. I told him that It wasn't even him that sold me the item. He then looked at the receipt and said "oh, it was Jeorge, well I heard him tell you that there are no returns!" I insisted that he did not tell me any of that, and that if he did I would certainly remember and possibly not even purchase the item in the first place. He again insisted that "I heard him tell you because I was standing in the aisle!" as I spoke calmly and respectfully, I was met with "do not speak while I am talking" like its a shouting match! This whole situation was strange because this guy was obviously amped up and I just stood there, stunned, maintaining my kindness while trying to say that is not true. It was almost one week later that this is happening, mind you. He pointed to a sign with small print several registers down that apparently had the return policy on it. Obviously I didn't see it. I would not be wasting my time or anyone's time if I knew that I could not return the item. I would simply eat the cost. I was really upset with how I was treated. This guy humiliated me and was downright horrible let alone disrespectful for no real reason!! Even though he eventually gave me store credit, that is not the point! If that is the return policy, then that's fine, I totally respect that. Please, do not call me a liar and do not treat me like a piece of trash as your default way of dealing with another human being. Let alone a customer at your store. This is crazy! I have never had an encounter like this as a customer in my life. I will most likely never go back. I will even give the store credit to a friend. wow. What an experience. Sorry that something made this mans day so bad.

Jeremy was awesome, he helped get some new lights for my car. He took the time to give us additional information on getting coupons and protection plans. Great customer service. Thank you Jeremy!!

I went in for a few items on Wednesday around 530ish. Both workers were watching there phones, I was never greeted or even acknowledged as I walked in and around the store. They probably didn't even know I walked in because there heads were down and in the phones. I was ready to cash out and it took the cashier about a minute and a half to come cash me out, says he was in the back but when he came to the register I could smell the cigarette he just put out. The cashiers shirt said Marcus. Honestly he could have helped me while I browsed around the store asking if I needed anything but I'm sure that cigarette meant more . The other worker still had his head down and in his phone sitting in a step stool in the back where he was in plain site and never looked up 1x. Very unprofessional and I will not go back.

Thank you to Geoff, who was the only employee here that seemed like he wanted to help me.I pulled into this advanced auto due to my car stalling. As soon as I got into the parking lot my car stalled and I left it there to get an employee to see if they could plug in the machine and check it out. The guy at the counter (long hair in a pony tail) was so rude and seemed like he had no care in the world for my situation. He was more concerned that my car was in the middle of the lot than he was about helping me. He proceeded to tell me that he couldn t help me until I moved my car. Luckily, I turned the car off and back on and was able to successfully pull into a spot. Geoff came out and was respectful and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help, unlike his co workers who have terrible customer service.

I had a package sent here for UPS pick-up. Guy at the counter said it wasn't there after not even trying to look for it. He said the UPS tracking lies and says its here, when its not, and I should come back tomorrow. I pulled up the tracking and asked who is Robert? He said thats the manager. I said he signed for it a few hours ago. The guy looks again and says its not here. I asked to see the basket of small packages and it was right on top. He spent more time trying to convince me he is smarter than UPS tracking than he took looking for my package that was obviously there.

I was on my way back to NJ on my semi truck from Massachusetts and one of my radiator hose popped. I made my way to this Advanced Auto Parts. They didn t have the hose but, Shah helped me find a way to fix it for me to be able to get to my mechanic in NJ.Thank you very much for your help Shah.

Replaced wiper blades. Paid $90. A part of the windshield does not get wiped so I go back to ask. One guy was nice. The other one was a bit dismissive and impolite. He said the blades are universal and so one should not expect them to be perfect. My question is, why asking for the make and model then? And above all...good manners matter. I made other purchased there before. Definitely not going back anymore.

I came in last night right before closing. I hate being that customer but I really needed a part. I did not once feel unwelcomed by the staff here. They made me feel welcomed and appreciated as I made my purchase they even where able to save me some money in the making. Highly recommended.

For many years I been having my veterans discount by just showing my dr lic. that clearly says veteran and long behold came a rude manager named Shah. Didn't want me to explain why I don't a geneva convention card so I said I'll go somewhere else and Shah said "yea you need to do that. This was a 4 star now with the manager its zero stars.

The employees here are always extremely helpful and friendly. Someone asks what I need before I even make it to the aisle I m headed to and they re honest with their recommendations when I ask. They are genuine and don t act burdened by customers like other stores do. I make a point to come to this store over any other.

Great store, great selection of parts and vehicle equipment. I go there for some detailing equipment, they sell good quality brands, I'm all about quality, especially as a business owner. 5 stars for sure.

Santinos was absolutely AMAZING! He went out of his way to help and find a part that I needed badly for my car to shift and fix my transmission. He was personable, patient and helped in every way possible. Highly recommend going to him for any help you might need in the future. Thank you so much for all your help Santinos you were AWESOME!

Normally this would be a 5 star review because I do business here often and it's always been a great experience. However, Shah is probably the most rude individual I've ever had the experience of doing business with. His attitude was poor and thats putting it lightly. God forbid you ask for a discount because I just got more attitude for attempting to use a team member discount that I use at literally every Advance Auto store I've ever been to. This would be a zero star review if I could. Thanks for your help Shah.

Went to this location to buy a lug nut for my car and Jeremy went above and beyond to look up and locate it! He had a lot of customers to wait on but he was very nice to all of us since it was busy. He has a great sense of humor too! He found me the one remaining lug nut for my car!I just want to say this store is clean and well stocked and Jeremy is the best at taking care of all your auto needs and questions. I will definitely be coming back to this location for all my auto needs and highly recommend this store for anyone who needs auto parts.

I would give this particular store zero stars. I walked in to the pick up order counter where two employees were not doing anything to receive my online order. I was told to wait in line with the one employee actually doing work. Go back the next day and I just wanted to ask an employee to point me in the direction of the store I needed to go. I started with "Can you" before I was cut off and once again told to wait in line to ask the one person working again. I said I only had a question and he sighed like I was a burden. This guy, presumably the manager because he was telling what the other employees what needed to be done, was once again not doing anything and watched me as I walked away. As I bought what I needed (I needed that part that day) and walked out the store he told to have a good day with a smirk like he just won some kind of battle. I loved Advance Auto but this store alone has led to switch Autozone.

Been going to this Advance Auto for a few years now and Austin has been a tremendous help. Typically when calling an Advance Auto it sounds like the people there have barely enough care/energy to speak over the phone but Austin has always been kind, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable in person and over the phone.

The Associate on Duty was extremely friendly, kind, & courteous. I asked for a light bulb, for my car (separate low beam/high beam headlights). He looked up my car, saw there were multiple options, walked out to my car, with me, to verify we had the correct bulb, for my low beam. As a Disabled Navy Vetersn, I GREATLY appreciated his attention to detail, & his willingness to do whatever it took, to ensure he got me the correct parts! Thank you, Advance...I WILL be back!

Is there a way to give no stars. If the manager is comfortable talking to people that way I can imagine how the employees are treated. Then in return how they treat each other and customers. So no return on tools ok. Exchange only ok. Talking to some one like they on the streets not ok. Respect is giving at all time and they wonder why auto parts people are treated like jokes and I've been behind the counter too..

I looked around for a couple of minutes, but couldn t find the lawnmower section. Apparently I looked as lost as I felt (my extent of knowledge on lawnmower repair stems from the YouTube video I watched 30 minutes prior) A staff member came to help once he was finished helping another customer. He showed me to the lawnmower section. I asked if they had a book that had info on which parts I needed. He asked his manager, who was a little rude and told me to google it. The younger gentleman was kind enough to google it for me and the result: my mower is running like new!

Good people. Always willing to help you out. The 10% military discount is also a plus. They typically have what I need but if not, they locate it from another store and have it in a couple hours.

They always have the parts I need in short order, if not in stock. Very helpful knowledgeable staff too. Answered all my questions and helped me to find the correct parts for what I needed.

Does it really take two counter attendants to serve one customer's easy request? Why, when there is a big sign in the window saying that they offer tools for loan, did they not have a straight blade screwdriver that would fit the hose clamp that I purchased there?

Great service. I need a part for my Honda accord and Napa, Auto zone even the local Honda dealership itself couldn't get it for 2 days. Advanced Auto Parts got it in 24 hours and price matched AutoZone as well.

Quoted $38 for 2 economy wiper blades. Staff member tried to up sell even more expensive wipers. Went to Wal-Mart and paid $9. I won't be back to any Advance for anything. Price DOES matter.
