My experience with Miller Motor Cars has unfortunately been quite disappointing. I found myself bouncing around between their locations in Stamford, Westport, and Greenwich, which led to a fragmented and frustrating experience. Despite my efforts to have my vehicle repaired, they have been unable to address the issue satisfactorily, returning it to me in the same condition it was in when I initially brought it to them.One of the most disheartening aspects of my interactions with Miller Motor Cars is their treatment of customers who request loaner cars. Despite the fact that they profit from the services they perform, they make individuals feel like second-class citizens if they haven't purchased a car from them. This attitude is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service.Overall, once my current issue is resolved, I have no intention of returning to Miller Motor Cars in the Westchester area. They have much to learn about providing quality customer service and fostering positive relationships with all clients, regardless of whether they've made a purchase from them.

I was delighted with the customer service provided by Evan Marcus at Miller Motorcars Alfa Romeo Service. He helped me making informed decisions regarding a service engine light repair and replacing the headlight washer covers under warranty. He also helped with finding a great aftermarket exhaust from Akrapovic. He was always easy to reach and provided all the info needed.Also, the technician Alessandro Marino was great to work with. When my car was ready for pickup he took his time explaining the work done. He paid attention to every little detail when installing the new exhaust system and made sure the exhaust tips were leveled and symmetric to the millimeter. I m very happy with the new exhaust note.They knew I needed the car soon and in spite of the Coronavirus pandemic they got it done on time.I commend you all for superb service.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic
