Midas truly exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by their staff who were ready to assist me with fixing my car. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process, making me feel confident that my vehicle was in capable hands. Not only did they efficiently diagnose and repair the issue, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that I was fully satisfied with the results.

had brakes and oil changes done on 2 cars, everyone I dealt with at this location was great, attentive and super helpful when i couldn't find wheel lock key. They had me in and out, same day. In a time where customer service is lacking, your guys hit it out of the park. Will be back for sure ! jeff

Brought in my pilot for an oil change, caliper service, transmission drain and fill & alignment. Pricing was very good, better than others around, they even took a little off the initial quote which I thought was more than fair. Service was quick and the people were friendly. I ll def be back and will recommend.

Greg brown has been my mechanic for over 20 years now and we drove almost 45 minutes to have much needed repairs on our car done, which was well worth the time. . Fact of the matter is he has always done is the absolute best trouble shooting, communicating, and quality work from his team and himself .he has always been straight forward and has never made any mistakes. Want the best for your vehicle and wallet ? Look no further .

I had the best experience here thanks to Greg! I went in for an oil change and got unexpected news that my car was unsafe to drive and after being taken advantage of at other places I was expecting the worst. Thankfully, Greg was there. He really helped me out and was super nice! I'll never go anywhere else now!

First Visit: They were so accommodating, friendly, and efficient. This is my new "go-to" for all my maintenance needs.Second Visit: oh boy has my opinion changed. I will NEVER return!!!!my oil change took 90 minutes WITH an appointment at 830 am on a Saturday and as I sit there....I listen to every poor soul being told that their car needs so much work, but of course if you get the MIDAS credit card its 0 % as long as you pay on time.When it's finally my turn for the cashout and having read my emailed report, I was prepared for the unbelievable. I need new breaks and tires, but GUESS WHAT???? Yup, I already have new breaks and almost new tires. The manager says to me..."so, your just going to keep driving it like this?"I consider myself pretty well versed in customer service and really was not just prepared for this level of dishonesty! I was speechless....What a bunch of crooks!!!!Service: Oil change

I could not be more grateful and fortunate to have found the Midas team in Unionville - i have long appreciated the Midas in Canton but moved to the next town and was pleased when I went to Midas Unionville in September for an oil change - and found it very easy to secure a timely appointment, and from Ed at the desk to everyone else i encountered, felt sure I'd entrusted my car to the right hands.This team's excellence really came through today when i found a minute in my workday to see if i could make an appointment for a pulling problem i've perceived for several weeks when on the highway. It was great to see appointments can be booked online, not just generically, but with very descriptive selections that made sure the right service could be planned.- and there was one available today while i'd be working from my hometown. Ed at the desk is very kind and approachable, explained the estimated fee to me, and let me know we should see what work would be done before i made payment, so the best pricing discount could be assigned, which was really appreciated!Not long later, Ed advised me the problem had been diagnosed, and it was good news, it was just something I hadn't understood about my vehicle. Gregg the manager also rang me and kindly offered to show me how to avoid the issue. I got a ride back quickly as i could and Ed and Gregg each gave me very good, practical advice that cleared up the confusion I had - it was such a relief and that's just made me a loyal return customer! I'd confidently recommend anyone to give this team your business! This team is in the customer's corner, cost conscious, knowledgeable, efficient, and willing to educate customers how to yield the best results with a vehicle. Thank you so much Gregg, Ed and team!!

I was stuck with engine problems and am from out of state. Was referred to Greg Brown s Midas shop-and they were absolutely wonderful! Checked things first, suggested a diagnostic-which showed major engine problem-and said they could fix it right then, in about 2 hours. It was less time, and I was back on the road The crew there deserve 5 stars, for sure.

It's rubbish. When I went to change the oil, they had a thousand ways to change the brake discs, brake pads, forearm braces, and other things that you didn't have any problems with at all. Then I paid $3,500 and came home to find that they didn't change them at all. , I went to the dealer and they told me that the goods had not arrived yet, so why did you tell me that my brake discs had been replaced before? As a result, I told me for the second time that they had all been replaced. When I got home, I found that they had replaced four old brake discs for me. I suspected that they had removed them from other customers and replaced them for me. In short, they had a What a huge scam. I swear in the name of Jesus that what I said above is true.

Oil change? Or $3,800 of additional work?Buyer beware, just information sharing for those who may be interested.I had a coupon for an oil change at the Farmington Midas. Well, in completing the oil change, they also told me that I needed rear and front brakes, rear rotors, and that the bushings were bad on both sides in the front and I would need new bushings, but I would also need to get the control arm if I was going to replace the bushings. Because the bushings were bad, that put undue wear and tear on my front tires so those had to be replaced as well. And because I have an all wheel drive car ALL four tires needed to be replaced at the same time. All to the tune of $3800. But the service tech told me that they just had a $2000 job cancel so he could give me a good deal on the work I needed done. Ya right! I had them do my rear brake pads which I knew needed changing. I told them I would need a second opinion before I would proceed with any of the other repairs. Thankfully, I remembered that I had an extended warranty and called Subaru in Canton. Yes, the control arms were covered!. I took my car in to Subaru to get the control arms fixed. They looked over my car and said I did not need control arms or bushings. My tires didn t need changed out yet, and my front brakes were at a 6. According to Midas front brakes were bad and needed changed. The Farmington Midas guy was like full court press trying to get me to do stuff to fix my car. I am so thankful I didn t get all the repairs done that he suggested. Will never use Midas in Farmington again even with the oil change coupon.Services: Brakes, Auto emissions testing, Oil change

Thank you to the Farmington Midas team for making weekend errands and to do s a breeze. Greg Brown and his staff were very reasonable and professional. Their customer service excellence extends outside of Midas four walls. Team scheduled me within 24 hr notice. Supported me by dropping me off and picking me up home as they worked on my car. Time allowed me to get everything I needed to get done including toddler nap time. Before completing my appointment Greg took the time to highlight items of most importance that should get resolved to keep my car and my family safe.See you soon gents!

Love this place. I used to go to my car dealer for oil changes and work but the prices were insane and took forever. The owner and mechanics at this midas are knowledgeable, transparent, honest and explain everything. They will also show me any issues when my car is on the lift. Lastly, the prices are fair unlike dealerships or other mechanic. I really trust them and highly recommend.

My husband brought my 2005 Honda accord car to this midas because of the professionals. I am very pleased with the inspection they did and how it was explained to my husband. Also, appreciated the link to see all the issues that were picked out on my car. Very clear thank you for that. He said that they were all helpful and knowledgeable. We will refer people over and we will gather our thoughts on all the issues going on with my car and hopefully come back soon. Thank you very much Lynn & Lance

Excellent !! I come here with all my vehicles from brakes to emissions. Evan McCalanghan is an example of professionalism. He let us know approximately how long it would take ... so I took advantage of the time frame to re-explore my old stomping grounds by the river with my son and dog. .. it was a delight... oddly enough to go to emissions.

I got a quote for the services I needed to get, and the prices were generally reasonable, but the customer service was not great. Greg got into a shouting/swearing match with a customer while I was in the shop, and then proceeded to insult and gossip to me about how awful the customer was after he left, including disclosing private information about the customers personal life. I understand everybody has a bad day but there is no reason to tell a customer about why you think another customer is a low life . They said I needed my struts/shocks done urgently, the shop I went to for a second opinion said they were perfectly fine. Greg also told me that he would give me a discount on my struts/shocks if I did them by the end of the week just so he could move up on the store leaderboard for the month. All around, I did get the quote I came for and everybody else was perfectly pleasant, Greg was just very unprofessional.

Greg, Henry, and the guys were nothing but helpful with my vehicle. They were fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. I bought the mustang from a private seller, and encountered issues I didn t know I had until I brought it to this Midas location. I brought my car in with a check engine light and the other lights on dash coming on. After running tests they told me it was a battery issue and replaced the battery. Unfortunately later that night all the lights were back on. After going to another mechanic, the correct issue was identified and the part replaced. So the battery replacement was completely unnecessary.The service I received was fast and professional. Everyone there was very friendly and I think did their best to be helpful. But it just seems the problem was beyond their level of expertise or ability to diagnose and fix.If you have a simple issue I would recommend. However I gave 2 stars as if there is something more complicated like a check engine light, I would look for a different shop.Service: Battery

Very professional and friendly. Reasonably priced and was able to accommodate my repair as a walk in on Saturday afternoon after I bought the part and tried to fix it myself.
