Just had our son s 2011 Maxima (160k miles) detailed at FMS. Wow! The car looks as good as when we bought it in 2018! Don t have any pictures, but there were some spots that needed extra help and attention, and that s exactly what they gave it. And the detail person is in-house, not an outside contractor. Highly Recommend FMS!!

Called for a tow threw AAA I was on the top level of a parking garage so it was wide open but there was a hight limit & he was driving a flat bed. He could've easily said oh well&send a smaller truck but he went out of his way to try to jump my parents truck with his jumper...in the pouring rain!. It started right up. Soo greatful for his willingness to still help. Would definitely recommend for towing. I've been needing a new mechanic I may just try them for that as well. Thanks again to man who came to tow a Ford Explorer from Uconn ER. You absolutely save the day &made my parents day!

Love these guys, I trust them with my vehicles whenever there s an issue, and they even take the time to clean my tires/rims and even the interior! (Pictured: my spotless floor mats and center console that they cleaned after some serious work on the brakes) Thanks!

I blew my front right tire on Wednesday 12/13. I called FMS and they had a tow truck to me in under 15 minutes as I new I would need a replacement. They had me in a loaner car within 30 minutes of my initial blowout. I was able to get to work albeit a little late but not terribly so and my fully repaired car was waiting for me the same day on my way home. Really couldn't ask for a better experience!

They were polite and responsive upon request over the phone and in person so I dont feel its morally right to give one star as a business owner.THESE GUYS SERIOUSLY CHARGED ME WITHOUT WARNING OVER 3,200.00 FOR AN ACCIDENT RECOVERY AND TOW.i'm not someone that generally writes reviews regarding price period but what happened the other day was really disappointing. I was involved in a head on collision and my vehicle was stuck in a ditch. i called 911 and police sent these guys to tow my vehicle.yes it was not pretty they needed a crane to lift my vehicle. they were there maybe 45 minutes to an to an hour at the most extracting the vehicle.I was on scene the entire time available to speak with them if needed. Never at any point prior was I given any type of estimate or even a requirement to pay for their services indicating they were not contracted by the city.when I called in the following day i was told in order to get my wrecked vehicle released to me i needed to pay over 3,200.00 yes you read that correctly these guys charged OVER THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR A RECOVERY AND TOW FROM A DITCH. they worked around an hour so essentially these guys charge over $2500.00 AN HOUR.But the bigger issue was i was NEVER told about this on scene nor did i sign any consent form, estimate, or verbally agree to them extracting my vehicle at such an outrageous price they did all this on their own under a call from police.Im hoping my insurance company assists since technically the vehicle ended up on someone else's property. but either way i don't even want to know what these guys charge for a bare bones basic tow.

Amazing service, got new tires put on at Monroe car was shaking and vibrating like crazy brought it too Farmington motor sports they took it right in and fixed the problem the tires where so off balanced they fixed the problem in an hour and saved me so much time and money thank you all for the amazing and honest work done. My car was towed here after it wouldn t start. The service was prompt and efficient. I was kept informed at every step about the progress. I received the car in a very short time fully functional. I was going on a long road trip and they were so helpful in making sure I didn t get delayed.

Thank you so much Farmington Motor Sports. I was towed in with a hole in my tire. They were able to take my car in, replace the tire and did a check on everything else within 2 hours. I'm not from the area but this was outstanding customer service and one of the best repair shops I've been to. Reasonable price for repair too! We want to express our sincere thanks to Farmington Motor Sports for the efficient, friendly service delivered. Not only was it Sunday, it was also New Year s day when we called for assistance. Within one short hour, Joey pulled in to rescue our vehicle that was stuck in the mud. A reminder to when Family Owned meant something. Got a tri-axle stuck down an embankment on a job site. Called Farmington Motor Sports who took care of it quickly and professionally. Definitely should be on your speed dial if you do any trucking.

My tanker truck had something go wrong with the PTO and the transmission was making noise. Rather than risk driving it back we had it towed. These guys were great! Showed up quickly, got the truck back to my shop. Even set it up in my yard so I could push it in to work on it. And when I checked my debit card in the morning it was almost half what I was expecting to pay. Highly recommend! Great service!

The Vibert family has decades of 5 star quality service behind them. I took my first car there and now that I have a family I'm still taking my car to them.The mechanic work is superior to all others and they treat their customers with grace and respect!

Had a nasty, head on collision and the police called these people. (I was in the hospital) They started sending me letters right away. The at fault driver and myself had full coverage and both companies worked at normal speed but that was not goo enough for Farmington motor sports. The letters turned threatening. They went threw my car and found banking information and wrote me that they would be contacting my bank unless I paid them immediately. I stopped bothering to tell them how insurance worked and just let them wait for the coming check. You'd think they would know they do not get paid in 2 days after an accident. The guys at the sceen were unpleasant. The letters and inside staff were downright rude and threatening. I believe they were paid in 2 weeks. A check from an insurance company took 2 weeks! The HORROR!I really doubt some of the glowing reviews.Hated everything about doing business with Farmington Motor Sports!Service: Car towing

I would give zero stars if possible. My experience with this business happened two years ago and I still think about how rude and inconsiderate the owner of this business is. I had just totaled my truck in a life threatening accident and it was towed here without my consent. I had to come by to pick up my things from the truck and take pictures for insurance. The owner of the business had to watch me do this. Rude is not even sufficient to describe the way this man treated me as I tried to quickly gather my things and avoid getting hurt on the broken glass and metal in the truck. Do not offer this service if the entire time snide and aggressive remarks will be made to a customer.I do not know how this man exists in society let alone runs a business if he is so mean and aggressive towards his costumers.

We called for a tow and spoke to wendy. She was polite and professional. Our truck broke down 2 miles from our house. The prices were fair and it was 30 min for tow truck to arrive. While waiting, my husband was able to fool around with the wires and start it. We called back and let Wendy know we wanted to cancel the tow as we got it started. The tow truck was literally 2 min away from arriving at our vehicle and she understandably canceled our tow and fully refunded us. I would refer and recommend this company to anyone. Not only was the tow price fair, they let us cancel at no fee once we were able to start our truck. They knew we had kids with us and were rushing to help us. Although I didn't fully use your service, thank you.

I use Farmington motor sports for heavy duty towing, I highly recommend them for specialty towing Jobs. Of All the times I've called they have never said "we can't do it" very happy with there service. No B.S.

I called for a tow. My truck broke down 2 miles from my yard. The prices were fair and it was 30 min for tow truck to arrive. They helped me with the police and drop my trailer in my yard and truck in the shop.I would recommend this company to anyone. Not only was the tow price fair, these guys are great!!

My car broke down one day in the middle of the road. I called Triple A. Farmington Motor Sports came to the rescue very fast. Everyone there was so kind and helpful. They gave me options of what I can do with the car and gave me plenty of time to make a decision. They are honest and not out to rip people off. I would recommend going here to anyone. They are amazing!!!! :)

Went to pick up a car in 20deg weather and the service woman was very rude and told us to wait outside in freezing wind. (right after the snow storm I might add)When she was ready to talk she came out after 20 min and was trying to take her time in her thick sweater (probably little sweaty)Wife and I were ready to leave as we were super cold and frustrated.She could of told us to wait in the car do to Covid but NO we needed to wait under the door until she was good and ready...........Very unprofessional, rude, annoyed, inconsiderate and........authority high horse smart +++ (napoleon syndrome attitude)Also they are not protecting customers information!Why mention by last name and the type of car?Service: Car towing
