They had me in and out so quick and charged $25 less than the competitor! Beautiful place, very clean inside and the woman at the desk was so pleasant. Will be coming back for all my auto needs!

I moved to Danbury a few years ago and was a little tentative about finding a good auto mechanic. After trying a couple of locations and not feeling satisfied with customer service and work performed, I found Luis auto repair. From the very first day that I walked in, I felt welcomed. Luis explained why my car was shaking and making noise. Over the past few years I ve taken my car to him for everything from brakes to turn signal paddle replacement and front end suspension work. His staff is always friendly and professional and their work is always outstanding!!!!Thank you for always making me feel great about getting my car serviced at your place. My experience at Luis Auto was above and beyond. I just moved to Danbury and read the reviews for this shop. So I went because I had a clicking noise coming from the engine and was greeted by Maria at the desk ; she was professional, friendly, and respectful. Luis test drove my auto; told me what the problem was ; physically showed me the part needing to be replaced at the shop on another engine and fixed the issue saving me lots of money . No more clicking noises and I m so thankful for the entire staff under the exemplary leadership of Luis . Happy holidays!Services: Engine repair, Auto maintenance

Luis was friendly and helpful in getting a transmission for me with the longest warranty and best price when I thought I had no options. I saved a bunch of money and he did a fantastic job. Since then I have brought 3 other cars to him from friends and family members. Did a great job on my car and let me know that before the weather gets colder that I will need my radiator fixed because it has a small leak right now. And they will check on prices for me.

My 2001 Honda Civic broke down on me so I called Luis auto repair, within 20 minutes they had a tow truck at my house ready to pick up the car, they explained to me all the problems and asked me what I wanted to fix right now so I said fix what s necessary for the car to run fine, I picked my car up 2 days later they gave me a fair price and I drove off. I am very happy with the work that was preformed on my car and with the service, 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone having car problems.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I cannot recommend Luis enough. I have taken my car to Luis Auto Repair numerous times. They do not come more honest and fair than this class operation for auto repairs.Last time I brought my car in for running over a screw that was stuck in my tire. He had fixed the issue, saved the (new) tire, and charged me next to nothing.Look no further for an honest auto repair shop! They just moved to a very nice and more spacious new location around the corner from their old shop.
