Their service and assistance was amazing, I brought my car to them and they were very friendly and helped me through the process, my car had a significant dent that required removal and painting of a large portion of the drivers side of the car. The paint match is impeccable! The impact point is completely straightened! Definitely would recommend 10/10!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It's been years since we have been here, as they handled my wife's jeep after an accident, and they were great. Anyhow my wife had a scratch in the rear of her new Jeep and I immediately told her to go to Ye Old Station. She was in on Wednesday morning and within an hour, the scratch was gone and it was like new. Due to this I decided to take my Dodge in to address a front bumper issue along with a bottom skirt. The bumper had some issue with the clips and was to fitting, while the skirt had a crack. To say they did an amazing job is an understatement! The front bumper is perfect and you would never know about the crack. The people in the office are great (Johnna and John) and Russ really knows the business. I would recommend this to anyone!!!Service: Body & Trim

This place is awesome! Accidentally knocked my side view mirror out of the frame and stopped in to get an estimate. For no charge, they popped it back into place to make it usable. Been there before for body work on another car- very professional! Highly recommend.

Edited:3 years later and once again needed some body work done. I never thought twice about returning here and I can say that their service and work is still great! They worked directly with the insurance claims adjuster so I didn't have to, they were professional and my car looks and drives like new.Thanks again Russell!!Let's face it, no one WANTS to need a body shop, but the whole team (Johnna, John and Russ) at Ye Old Station make the whole process as painless as possible. Not only are they friendly and easy to deal with, they also do great work.

Over the last 10 years, I have brought both Mercedes and Volvos to Ye Old Station Auto Body. The people who work there, including the owner John, are so down to earth and professional! I had the best experience with Ye old body shop and I will never go anywhere else. I went in for a collision repair with no knowledge of how it works or where to begin since it was my first time in an incident. I spoke with Russell who immediately made me feel at ease and valued. He told me to bring it down and we ll figure out the best option together. Explaining my options, he was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I would be at no inconvenience while my car was being serviced. My car looked awesome and absolutely spotless. It was really comforting to see how much the owners and staff care about you and want to help in any way possible. As it was my first time using Ye Old, my expectations were very much exceeded. You don't think much about your loved ones being in a car accident, especially with your child in the car and then the insurance hassle afterward... and you shouldn't! However, that time came and thank goodness my wife's car was towed to Ye Old Station Auto Body. Russ and Johnna were incredibly empathetic and reassuring (despite setting stuff like this every day). They treated my wife and child very well in person and via phone by taking the time to explain the next steps in the insurance process, repair options (and our choice, not pressured at all), realistic estimates. We decided to go with Ye Old for repairs and the experience could not have been better. Russ took no chances with our vehicle and even brought in the top Dealer Mechanic in CT for our vehicle style to do a critical piece of under-frame work with original dealer OEM parts! He made sure we were informed every step of the way and the additional information he provided also made sure the insurance company didn't drop the ball or screw me over as well! I was also looking a potential deployment at the time but felt extremely comfortable that Russ and the team had everything handled for my wife if needed. The car is literally good as new and delivered on time. Russ explained all the work, made sure we reviewed the car's repairs photos for internal and externally, all took my phone calls and patiently answered my questions. I had heard good things about this place since moving to town years ago and now I can verify it is all true. My only wish is that they did auto services too (oil change, filters, etc) as it's about the ONLY place I trust with my car now (and that includes the dealer I bought the car from).

Second time Ive been here. The first time a neighbor bumbed my tail end. He was paying out of pocket and said go here. The did such an excellent job - you'd never believe there was any damage ever done.The second time I didnt have service done as the car was totaled by my insurance company. But the customer service and communication they had with me in the whole process was unbelievable. They wereswere in contact with me more than my insurance company.I cant stress enough that they are there to do the best quality work but also to make sure you have an amazing customer service experience.

Great service and expertise! John and his technicians are amazing at what they do. The dent was repaired very quickly and my car actually looks better than when I bought it. John has a great sense of humor, honest and is always looking out for his customers best interest. I highly recommend Ye Old Station Auto Body!

My car was hit while parked. I took my car to the shop my insurance company recommended. They didn't fix the issues and I brought it back 3 times to them.... I heard about Ye Old and took it to them. Not only did they fix it the first go around, they made sure everything was working properly before they gave me back my car. The staff was professional and friendly. Excellent! My family has taken several of our cars to Ye Old Station over the years and their consistent, quality work has not wavered one...bit. I recently took my BMW there after getting hit by another vehicle and you would never know there was any damage. Looks better than the day i got it! The work was done quickly but you could tell it wasn't rushed and they have a lot of pride in what they do. Provided me with a nice rental car. Friendly staff and a clean shop. I would recommend them to anyone and would not bring my vehicles anywhere else.

I was towed here because of engine trouble, as it was shown as an affiliate of AAA. I was greeted nicely by Johnna and was told they only do body repair. I was distraught (thankfully this was the first time I ve had an issue like this on a highway) and Russ compassionately offered to run a diagnostic test. He and the owner, John, graciously took the time to look at the engine to see if they could help. They ordered a few parts which were delivered quickly, and they were able to save my day! They kept explaining things to me and were very personable.It s so rare to have people go above and beyond for you these days; their customer service just blew my mind! It s incredible how much of a difference it makes.I m so glad I picked the wrong shop!There was also a gentleman who came in with a dent (seemingly on a whim) after I arrived, and they had him in and out within the time I was there. If I ever am unfortunate enough to need body work, I'll definitely be taking it to them.

Bought a car from Carvana and there were a few things wrong with it. Russ and the staff at Ye Old Station were amazing and took care of everything. Russell is great to work with; very customer-oriented. Didn t work to sell more than I wanted (or needed) for body work and paint on my classic car. I was involved in an accident just before Christmas. Russ was more than helpful and accommodating, especially seeing how it was the holiday season. Due to a screw up with the insurance agency my car was held for much longer than anticipated and Russ didn't charge me a dime for storing it. The work he provided on my car had it coming out as if it were brand new. My car never looked or drove better. Ye Old Station is the finest establishment around. If you want your car coming out better than when you bought it I suggest you give them a ring. I'm always hesitant when getting work done at other auto body shops but this company made me feel at ease from beginning to end. Thanks Russ!

Awesome work!! had a huge dent in the front of my car after backing a tow hook from another car into it and they completely fixed it. No sign of it ever happening. Paint job was on point and I'd definitely come here again.. was exact cost of estimate and very fair pricing.

We had a great experience with Ye Old Station - they took care of everything, and once they received the authorization from the insurance company, we did not have to worry about anything else. As an added bonus, when they were done with the repair, they detailed the car to 'brand-new' condition. We highly recommend them for any auto body repair needs.

I needed a new windshield and the gentleman I spoke with suggested that I call my insurance company first. He also told me that he thought my insurer would arrange for the repair but to call back if I needed him. I was truly impressed and will recommend them to anyone who needs work done. I had some front end damage to my Dodge Ram that had me to three other body shops before meeting John at Ye Old Station.John immediately made me feel assured by his confidence, knowledge, personal attention to my situation and his great attitude.Upon speaking with him I was able to see inside his shop that has all the latest equipment including tools, lifts, large work space, climate and dust control, and state of the art enclosed spray bay. I felt very comfortable leaving John my truck and when I picked it up after being fixed I swear it looked better than the day I bought it!The seams between the hood, door and front quater panels matched perfectly.The new parts where factory bought and they also touched up some of my tiny chips of paint from freeway driving.I want to thank John and his experienced staff for showing me that they take pride in what they do.I highly recommend this body shop to any and everyone!Thank you,Vinny

I had my Lexus RX300 front bumper replaced & painted here. These guys go the extra mile to work with you. They lay out the repair options and help you pick the right one for you. Great people to work with. I brought the car in dirty, I got it back spotless. My wheels had stains on them that I couldn't remove, I got them back looking like new! Getting into an accident, regardless of whose fault it is, just stinks. They do all the little things that make the experience of getting your car repaired as positive as possible.They by far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone who needs collision repair for sure! I have nothing but good things to say about Ye Olde Station.

I recently had need for an auto body shop. Thankfully, it was the first such need in quite a few years. I decided to try Ye Old Station as I had heard some good things about them. I am happy to report that they were nothing less than outstanding. They were able to do the job quickly, reasonably priced, and most importantly, their work is excellent. I am very happy that I went there and I have no doubt that I would use them again without hesitation. If you want a professional job in a timely manner, at an affordable price, then go to Ye Old Station Auto Body in Cheshire.

I brought my wife's car in to have scratches on two doors repaired. The job was done quickly (2 days), professionally and beautifully. The doors look brand new and the new paint matches the car perfectly. John and his team are the real deal and experts in the auto repair business!

I had an incredible experience here! The workers were very nice and experts in their field. Friendly and knowledgable, a hard combination to find. They assisted me every step of the way and saved me money, all while providing a quality job. You'd never be able to tell my car was even in an accident. These guys are first class, and no matter what any of these people say, you have to go down and experience this for yourself. This is a one of a kind shop with a one of a kind owner. If you don't go to this body shop, you've made a mistake!

I first encountered Ye Old Station a few years ago after a bad wreck that totaled my car, my car had been towed to them after the wreck since they were close, and although I wasn't having any work done (since the car was a total loss) they were extremely caring and absolutely wonderful.Fast forward a few years, and I had the misfortune of not one, but two people hitting my car. I remembered their kindness from the first wreck, and decided to give them a call. I am so glad I did. They did a wonderful job on my car, it's absolutely beautiful, it looks new! I am so thrilled with the quality of their work. Not only was the work fabulous, but they really care about you. Best body shop I've done business with.Hopefully I won't need any body work on my car for a long while, but if I do, I know without a doubt I will be coming back.

My wife and I were involved in a serious auto accident, just west of Southington, CT, and our vehicle was incapacitated by the extent of damage. After our full-size SUV was held at a local Towing Service for about one week, I contacted Russell at Ye Old Station Auto Body in Cheshire to discuss our situation. We, certainly, weren't familiar with businesses in the area and were feeling rather apprehensive about entrusting our vehicle to a company so far away...since the accident actually occurred some 350 miles from home and another 700 miles from Dayton, OH, where we were visiting family members, by then. After assuring me that he and his staff would take good care of us, I requested that Russell have our vehicle transported to their shop. To say the least...such a decision was ABSOLUTELY RIGHT for us! Russell, Johnna, and other staff members, there, kept us "in the loop" and, furthermore, they CAME THROUGH with every promise made. To be very honesty, they went "above and beyond" to guarantee our vehicle was going to operate, PROPERLY, once parts were replaced, all damaged areas were repaired, a good paint job was done, the 4-wheel alignment was in good order, and our Enclave was back on the road, again! Nearly 3 weeks later, my wife and I are still VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS and, without any reservation whatsoever, we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND "YE OLD STATION AUTO BODY" to anybody looking for a body shop with an ethical, knowledgeable, and dependable team.
