I like the store location and the people that work in it are very helpful. But NAPA parts are garbage they only last about 20% as long as OEM, they charge about 50% more than you can buy the same garbage for online. But, you can get it today. Do you have a choice?

Had trouble starting my car this chilly morning, so stopped in at NAPA for a new battery after work. Ken & Tom were great --- got me what I needed & even helped me with the swap (more like I helped Them with the swap)Lol! :) Having spent many years in retail myself, I can attest to the value of really awesome customer service! Great parts store very knowledgeable friendly staff they had what I needed and they ordered a part for a project car highly recommended if u need it they probably have it .

Poor customer service and lack of professionalism (foul language). 4 guys in the store all answering phones. I waited 10 minutes and I was the only guy in the store.
