I was so scared when I got into my accident and nervous about the process of fixing it after. Thankfully I went with Dowling and everything was so easy and smooth. Everyone I spoke to and interacted with were so kind and pleasant! They were so helpful in explaining the proceeds to me and navigating everything. They were also always honest and upfront with me which I really appreciated. Absolutely great work and customer service. It was timely and my car looked absolutely wonderful after. I would definitely recommend Dowling and would go back to them if I ever need it!

I have been taking my damaged vehicles to Bruce since 1992 and wherever he goes my cars fallow ..he even has rental vehicles available. Upmost professional and utmost reliable! Smooth friendly personality and extremely approachable. Time is precious don t waste it going anywhere else ..

Great customer service. Cole was very helpful. I was not able to get my car repaired since I'm from out of state and only in town for a few days but Cole still helped the most he could.

I ve used Dowling in the past (sales and auto body). This time things didn t go as expected. Low quality rentals (which really should be comp loaners at the least). The rear bumper had to be redone after taking it home and having a better look at the workmanship. That redo (which was very good) somehow caused a large black plastic bumper piece to get scuffed up in more than one area. Disappointing experience.

The team at Dowling saved my mini Cooper from car heaven. Worked with the insurance, rented me a car, kept me in the loop and I REALLY loved the results . My car looks brand new!!!

Dowling was fantastic. I highly recommend their services. I had a scratched rear bumper that needed replacing and I was paying out-of-pocket. Dowling fixed it in 2 days for half the price I was expecting. The front office workers were exceptionally kind and, being a female, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. John was a tremendous help to me by painting parts I purchased from their parts department. although it was a small job that most would not want to bother with, John treated m as important as any regular job. He was responsive, timely and his team got the color right without any issue. If I ever buy a Ford I will not shop anywhere else. The level of service was something thats a missing from most business today and I really appreciated being treated the way I was.Service: Painting

My side mirror was smashed on my vehicle, after calling countless amounts of places that didn t care to help because it was a minor job, I came across Bob Crighton at Dowling autobody. He urged me to come in to work on a plan to get it fixed. So glad I did, parts were in on morning of as promised and labor done within timeframe as promised. Bob was a pleasure to speak to, will return in the future and recommend others. Thank you so much Bob and staff, it looks great!

Bob, the body shop manager, is attentive and knowledgeable. I recently need damage repaired and the price was competitive, fair and less expensive than other body shops I received quotes from.
