Heard good things about this place and their emissions testing. However my experience was just a waste of my time. Guy doing emissions tests on 4/11 needs to re-learn how to do aforementioned tests, as he completely botched mine. Told me a cluster light (GM check engine symbol) wasn t turning on in my truck- but failed to let the truck idle so the light could turn on. Thus I failed emissions. Went right down the street to Modern on west main and they passed my truck with no issues, and even took the time to educate me on how Copeland botched the test. Get your emissions tests done at Modern not Copeland!!!

I really cannot recommend Copeland enough. If you want great knowledgeable mechanics who will treat you and your vehicle correct, this is the place.

Honest, fair, great overall service. Have brought a few cars to Randy at Copeland over the past few years. Always comfortable and confident he is doing a good job and very honest and trustworthy. Never a concern or question about the service being provided and the turnaround times. Glad I found a good local shop to bring my car to when needed!

I would always recommend Copeland s to all of my friends and family. Randy is very accommodating and eager to help. We have had our cars serviced for years. We have found Copeland s to have good customer service and professionalism. They do the work on time and they communicate well. If your looking for a honest auto shop, you should definitely give them a call.

Had 100k mile plugs replaced on 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan (a bigger job than you would expect).Results - excellent workmanship, per quote, and on time!I delayed the plugs to 106k because I needed to trust the person(s) working on my wife's vehicle. I no longer trust the dealers - too many poor results, plus I wanted someone local. I asked my friend what he thought, a different dealer or Copeland. He recommend Copeland, said they would do a quality job.Based on my experience, I will use Copeland for my future repairs.Service: Auto engine tuning

Excellent service. Timely. Efficient. Courteous On a routine check of my tire pressure, Randy astutely spotted something about my left driver's side brake that did not look right. I had experienced no symptoms while driving the car. The next day, he brought me in. His able mechanic fixed it, reported to Randy, "I feel really happy about how those brakes are working now," and helpfully told me I would need new front brakes in about a couple of months. Randy even helpfully found a coupon for 20 percent off the work. Had Randy not seen evidence of the brake problem and alerted me to it, I hesitate to think what might have happened. He is a reliable, fair, honest mechanic that I have relied on for more than 20 years.

I have always done car repairs myself, from simple to complicated. As I get older I would rather have it done at a shop.This is the place to go, quality work, fair prices, an honest repair shop, they do exist.Your car is going to need repair work, bring it to Copeland.Jeff BService: Transmission

They have been take care of all of our cars now and do what they say for what they say it will cost.It is so nice to go to local place to get our cars fixed and maintained.Randy and his team are honest and do a great job.The other day Randy took his free time to look at a car and I was buying and checked it over to make sure it was safe for me. He did it out of the kindness of his heart.

My family has gone to Copeland for a long time. I went yesterday for an oil change and was in and out in no time! The technician, Marco, was super friendly and helpful! He even tried to find me a new side-view mirror that I had just knocked off. That s going above and beyond! Thanks Randy for having such a great employee!

I have moved away from the area since my first visit to Copeland but I still always drive back to have Randy and the team address all my car needs. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and take excellent care of their customers.

I get my oil changes done at Copeland's garage. The routine experience has always been pleasant. Quality service coupled with honesty makes for good business. Besides oil changes, I have trusted my SUV to be repaired at Copelands. I recommend this garage for your auto concerns.

Fantastic!If you are looking honest auto mechanics, this is it! My first visit and will be back for all my car care needs. I was told by inspection technician that my truck needs new front ball joints. Randy and his mechanic checked front end and everything was good. No repairs needed! Randy and his team saved me $1100 bucks! That's honesty! Thank you Randy and team!

We have had nothing but good things to say about Randy and Copeland, he has fixed and maintained all our cars in my family he is honest and true to his word. When he says the price it is exactly what he quoted or less. It is so nice to know that you have a mechanic you can really trust with your car. He is always so polite and so are all of the people that work there. I have been bringing my car there for 10 yrs or more and he has never done me wrong. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD MECHANIC i WOULD DEFINITELY BRING YOUR CAR TO COPELAND AUTO.

What a breath of fresh air. Finally an honest auto repair company. Randy is amazing, as too are the mechanics. They did a great job with my suv it runs like it is new. There mechanics is extremely talented and hold many years of experience. Cant thank you guys enough!

I usually do all the mechanical work on my cars. I had an SRS light that I decided to have a shop look at. I took the car to Randy at Copeland expecting an expensive repair. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem , no parts needed, turned out to be an inexpensive fix.Everyone hopes to find an honest repair shop with fair prices. Copeland Auto appears to be that place.

Love this place. Car repairs and single female aren t always pleasant, but I ve never had that negative experience. Randy and the folks at Copeland explain without patronizing. They are conservative in what they suggest and they ll work with you. Honesty is rare and you ll find it here

Saving a DIY brake job attempted by me.Randy, Julian, Marco and Dan SAVED ME A LOT OF $$$$$$$$!!!!!!!!! The easiest part of replacing brakes is the takeoff the tire and wheel. Well when I got new tires the tech decided to torque beyond spec one lug nut. It cost me much grief and aggravation Trying to cut off but not hacking up the stud to the point where it appeared as though the wheel itself could not be salvaged. As they would have had to cut the wheel off together what was left of the stud which one Was really mangled. But because this crew is a team of technicians with integrity and knowledge and a tool that I didn t know existed they were able to remove the stud. Saving me lots of money. I called Randy at 12:30 on Monday and he got me in first thing on Tuesday the repair was done quickly politely and very economically. I would highly recommend the shop to you for that reason I called Randy at 12:30 on Monday and he got me in first thing on Tuesday the repair was done quickly politely and very economically. I had a problem with my car and took it to Copeland. They saw the problem and fixed the problem. They are very professional and they are now my auto repair shop. I also will recommend others to their shop. I feel confident they will take good care of my car I trust them and the price of repairs was reasonable. Always love the service at Copeland. I feel they're honest and don't do unnecessary work. Randy will also tell you when things are starting to go and when you might need services. Very helpful!

Had a recent very fair experience at Copeland's. Was able to get my truck in the next day for grinding brakes. Work was quick, quality and reasonable. Would recommend Copeland's to a friend!

Copeland Auto Repair is the only garage that I take my 1970 Olds cutlass convertible to. This is my baby and the guys at Copeland go above beyond to make sure that my classic car performs at it's optimum level! There are very few local garages that I would trust to work on this car. They have earned my business!

So this is the only place I take my vehicles!!! No joke!!! Everyone else in Cheshire charges you like you were Taylor Swift. This place isn't like everyone else!!! They'll give you a fair price and not break the bank while doing so. This garage is the only place I let work on my vehicles.
