Two days ago I came to Midas in Canton to replace rear tires for new ones. The service was excellent, fast and cheap and entire staff so very friendly ! If it was possible I would have to give them six stars instead of five... totally satisfied Jan Augustyn

I recently visited Canton Midas with a tire that needed to be repaired. The staff couldn t be nicer and are all super efficient even when it s crazy busy. I have also visited for oil changes and emissions testing and have always been impressed with the service. I highly recommend!

We moved from Florida and needed to register our vehicles. Per Connecticut laws, we needed to get an emissions testing before the vehicles could be registered. We called and booked an appointment. On the day of the testing, we parked our cars, checked in with customer service, and gave them our keys. We didn't know where to park, so we parked on the outside perimeter of the parking lot and that seemed to not be an issue.For both cars, it took about 30 minutes. We waited in the waiting room; once they were done, they called our name and we checked out. The place was busy but efficient, waiting room was packed but we were able to snag a chair. Overall, the service was quick and I would definitely use them again.

WOW! SO impressed by Julia, Brad and Jay's professional, friendly and personalized service. They were exceptional. I honestly made my selection of this Midas location based on its other 5 STAR Google reviews. Brought a prospective used car to Midas for a pre purchase inspection. I called the shop exactly upon opening at 8am. Julia answered immediately and told me the car I wanted inspected could be looked at same day. Brad helped me coordinate timing and dropoff. Jay a technician shared his time with me to even interpret the inspection report I later received. Fantastic service experience. I would enthusiastically recommend this Auto Repair Center. I take my Google reviewing very seriously and only write them when I think an establishment is worth the time and effort to write about!

I have been going to Midas in Canton for many years and have always been satisfied with their honesty and quality work. When I have an issue and bring my car in, they will make suggestions about other things that need to be done for my car, but never try to push me to get other work done. The manager and staff seem genuinely interested in helping their customers, and that is especially appreciated in this day and age where good service is hard to come by.

Great experience having my exhaust repaired recently. Fair estimate and work was done promptly. I was very happy with my experience. Will definitely go back for emissions testing and any other repair needs.

They did a nice job changing my oil last week along with rotating my tires, adding coolant and transmission fluid to my engine and pointing out a couple of mechanical things. People coming in for appointments to have their emissions test done had to leave because the equipment was down. Staff told me since the state DMV changed their testing equipment they've had trouble with it every since. My car was about to be tested when it stopped, but during my wait time they got it running again long enough to do mine. Others had to call and reschedule, including my partner who was going to go after me.While waiting, I saw on the web that Midas was offering an oil change discount coupon for the month of December. I asked if I could use it and was told their branch never did coupons because they thought their prices were already good. The managers discussed this and one came out to tell me they decided to cover my emissions fee instead since their equipment had been down at the time of my appointment. I appreciated the gesture. Good customer service. He also had a reference for a European car mechanic for me to give my partner to have his headlights replaced. It's a popular place that does a lot of work on vehicles and has for a long time, so I do recommend them but it would obviously be helpful to clients if they can get the state emissions equipment running consistently.

Even tho an oil change became a tire replacement and alignment, I was most grateful for their inspection and quick service. They are always upfront with all information and pricing. I trust them implicitly.

The crew was super helpful. It was the first time I brought my car in and they were able to get it in and out in 24 hours. All while giving me a fair assessment. Would absolutely recommend!

Midas in Canton is night and day compared to others in the area. It s best to make an appointment and staff is friendly. They provide an overview of their findings after an oil change but take note a second appointment is normally what I prefer before making a decision on what repairs are needed.

I have been going to Canton Midas for about 25 years now. They always greet me by name when I walk in, always very nice. They have worked on all my cars over the years. This past year I was going to buy a used car. They gave two potential cars an inspection finding major problems. They saved me from buying two cars that would have cost me thousands to repair. And they did it for FREE! I can t say enough good things about Canton Midas. They are fantastic! Thanks Jay and Brad!

The work performed was good just asked on the prior Thursday; related to a following Monday appointment, if they had the parts. I was told all set but parts were in New Jersey and it took until Wednesday to get my car back. Midas identified a defective part received on Tuesday, gave me a $50.00 credit for my trouble, and offered to get me a loaner car.

Took my daughters Audi Q5 for emissions test. Ended up canceling a tire fitting elsewhere as they did all 4 and the alignment at a competitive rate that day. Had an oil change as well and a complimentary full check of the car. Everyone there was very helpful and honest about what needed doing and what we needed to keep an eye on. Kept me informed at all times. Very happy with Midas Canton and all the staff there. Thx!

Canton Midas cares about customers! They thanked me for arriving a few minutes early, were happy to start work quickly so I could leave on a deadline, gave me a paper and online outline of the work done on my car, including items to keep an eye on. They focused on safety. The front desk staff is cheerful and patient, even with several emissions walk-ins at the end of the day. Midas might be a national name, but this is truly a shop with local reliability.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Updated: These guys are the best. I'm adding to the review I left 2 years ago to demonstrate how consistent this team is. They are people you can trust and count on. I've had nothing but positive experiences and always walk away feeling like I'm taken care of. They're my "go to" for anything I need car related.Previous: Excellent customer service and quality. Great price for oil change and new tires. The team is very knowledgeable and friendly. The manager followed up twice after my visit to ensure I was completely satisfied. These guys are all just great. They have saved us thousands over the years by being honest and straightforward. They tell you what truly needs to get fixed, what should get fixed and what to watch out for. They do great work at a fair price and treat everyone with respect. Dealer told us we needed to do a $1200 fix that wasn't covered by warranty and made it feel like a timeshare pitch saying if we left and didn't fix we would be putting our family in jeopardy. Took it to Midas with the dealership report and Midas inspected and said the work did NOT need to be done. We are forever grateful for their honesty.Service: A/C installation & repair

I highly recommend Midas of Canton. They have been servicing our cars for about 20 years. They have always been reliable,dependable and honest. My wife and I recenly had an emergency with one of our cars. We moved to the area about a year ago and I am so grateful to have discovered the Canton Midas. This is the most honest, professional and organized auto repair shop I ve ever patronized.I always need to wait at the shop because I don t have another vehicle, but they get my car in and out quickly, clearly explain any additional recommended services with zero pressure, and then follow up later to make sure I m satisfied. Prices are very reasonable. A+ service all around! I have used this Midas location for years with great results. Brad the manager of the office does a great job and runs the office efficiently and always takes responsibility for any issues that may arise. The entire team is speedy and professional. The office even has new text message reminders and check ins that are extremely helpful. I would recommend this repair location for anyone with a vehicle in the Farmington valley area.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I had an oil change and brakes changed over the weekend. It was so easy to make an appointment online and the shop called me the day before to confirm my appointment. They were efficient and I felt confident with the work they did. I will definitely be back for all my car needs!
