Gave the gentleman behind the counter my car information expecting to receive the correct parts but nope just a waste of time

Needed to return parts, could not get my money back. Bought more parts instead only to try to use them and find they don't fit. Not at all impressed. I had given them the correct information on the vehicle, there shouldn't have been such screws ups.

Everytime I need something for the car I go here and they are so nice and helpful. They have a new manager there and he was great very helpful.

We won't go there again. The lady with the lip piercing and colored hair was completely unprofessional and didn't want to work. She complained about having to work and even said " got to go a regret my life" when we went for service. She said it was our car battery, without testing anything. So we spent 200$ and it turned out that it was not the battery but our alternator. So not only did she lose us 200$ for a battery we didnt even need, but we are out 400$ with the alternator, and she gave us completely unprofessional customer service. Hope she's not wasting anyone else's money.

Stopped in last week for a new battery and the customer service experience could not have been better. RJ was thoroughly professional, kind (and very quick) while seeing me through my purchase and then personally came to the car and installed it when no other techs were available. In and out in a little over ten minutes. Will definitely be back - thanks again RJ!

Despite their website saying a part would fit, and not opening the part after buying it at their store, they would not accept a return. They claim it s their return policy, we used to call it fraud.I suggest shopping at a different company.

Great service 1 phone call and Jay had me in and out on n 5 minutes with everything I needed and helped me save money vs going to AutoZone which would ve costed more great service Jay deserves a raise !

Ordered and played for auto oil dipstick Sat. AM due in 1:30 told I would get a call. No call. I called them at 3pm part did not come. Told I would get a call in the morning. No call. Went in at 2 pm for a refund. They told me they didn't have time to make the courtesy call.

This place is great! They ALWAYS assist you quickly and are very considerate to someone who's not too clear on what to get. They also do minor installation, like wiper blades I bought! Very clean store; very helpful staff! MY go to auto parts store!!

I REALLY like these guys!! Super helpful, friendly, AND I texted "rewards" to a specific address WOW! I've been receiving all kinds of 20-25% off online purchases or AT LEAST $5-$25 off total purchases in store. My mechanic trusts them, and THAT alone got me away from Auto Zone! So far, I'm VERY HAPPY

Most items I need for my car are in stock and if not can be ordered to be in the store usually by next day. Friendly and helpful staff. Good discounts available and good sales. Speedperks rewards program is helpful for saving money.

Always professional. I would say they usually have the part needed. Quality of parts differ depending on which part but im sure its the same in other parts stores. They always have the best prices when compared to local places and you can find a ton of coupons online qhich keeps me coming.

They have amazingly helpful associates at this particular location. I have been to this chain all over and they are hands down the best to deal with. Very knowledgeable and always willing to give you advice and help you out any way they can.

Staff is extremely rude and even brings in there girlfriend s and such behind the counter. Flips u off and the manager is ok with this then when u ask about the video the MANAGER states oh " we do not have have one here." Bull ***** ." Personally they hire people that do NOT know there stuff! !!

Advanced auto part is my go to auto parts store. The online app is great. If you use it you can save a considerable amount of money. The staff is friendly.

They had never heard of the part I was looking for. Metal zip ties for muffler systems. Tried to buy a set of wipers but there electronics only went A-M. Didn't help for a Toyota.
