I ve been going to them for years and never had any issues with my wheels getting done there until today. I brought a wheel to get a new tire put on and they scratched the lip of my wheel by hitting it with the tire machine arm in multiple areas. I understand mistakes happen but when you re a repeat customer and the company cannot take responsibility for their mistakes they make and try to blame it on the guy who did the wheels is not right. It was claimed by them there is only 1 shop in the entirety of Connecticut that does powdercoating correct which is obviously not true as there s hundreds of buisness s owners in the industry. They have good prices but if you have a set of nice wheels I would not recommend going here. They will say there s nothing to worry about and their workers have been doing it for over 10 years but when they make a mistake it s everyone else s fault but theirs. They ended up paying for half of the powdercoat after being there for well over an hour going back and forth being unprofessional not only talking over me multiple times but slamming the door on me and saying I would and i quote f them up in a week anyway

The only place I get tires for my SUV. Kelly the owner is the best and I wouldn t go anywhere else. You won t beat the prices. Fast and reliable service!

Gave MORE than fair comps on tire prices (with mounting/balancing/aligning) compared to Firestone and Town Fair for the exact same set of tires at respective locations. Informed me of worn suspension/chassis components and if I returned within XX days, they would perform the alignment free of charge. Overall, they re great folks and reasonable prices!

Scammers RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I brought my car for alignment as soon as I left there my wheel was super crooked and my LDA light came on. Brought back 2nd samething! PLUS staffing people are super rude. No refund. I took my car to TOWN FAIR TIRE much better.

Not Professional. I purchased brand new 4 tiers from them,the warranty said it would cover 40k miles the tiers worn out at 20k miles they refuse to replace & instead asked me to contact the tier company. Why should I contact the tier company when they purchased from the company ?They did not even offer me to buy tiers for discounted price. Very unhappy doing business with them.

This is a great place to purchase tires great on prices the customer service is excellent especially Shannon she made everything so simple and she was sure to go over the warranty on the tires and answer all the questions I had once again thank you Shannon!!!

Impossible rude, angry, demanding and "cash only". I did mistake not to check my replaced used tire they've installed. They put a crooked one, and I found out once I drove away. when came back they blamed it all on me, and no refund.Avoid these scammers!!! So shameless. OMG

No sense of customer service or professionalism. I was waiting for 20 minutes and the guy said he was gonna get to it. Then, someone came after I arrived and the guy that was working there took him and disregarded my car and me. What a real move huh. You don t do stuff like that in a workplace. Terrible. Plenty other good tire shops in Bridgeport CT. You don t play with peoples time we all got stuff to do.

My SECOND time going to that place and if u are of color do not go. I sat there waiting for an hour after the worker guy told me to park on the side, waited and no one attended to me, but get this when other customer came who are not of color they were taken care of even though I was sitting and waiting just to fix a flat that literally would take less than 30 mins. And get this they smoke like its no tomorrow while working on peoples car .NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. Worst experience

Prompt service, no issues with bringing your own tires bought online in order for them to swap out the winter tires already on the vehicle. Friendly staff

They always work with you no matter your situation. The fairly new location is right down the street from my house so anything I need in regards to my tires I go to them. I needed a new tire once and I had no money until I recieved my paycheck at the end of the week and the owners wife did me thw favor of giving me the tire on credit until the end of the week. Then when I came to pay for my tire she gave me a discounted price. She had no reason to do me any of those favors but she did. Great people

The owner and the guys working in the back are such hard workers and go above and beyond to help the customers . Good prices and a safe environment . This is the new place that I will be doing more business with I highly recommend them.

Went to tires and wheels for an alignment correction, Firestone couldn't get it right. Frankie and team were great, got it done and its perfect. Have been coming here for tires on all my cars for years and they have the best prices hands down.

Very unprofessional! First of all the guys doing the alignment were smoking and now my Jeep smells like smoke. Second Don't bring your Jeep here. I brought my Jeep here multiple times for an alignment and each time they touched it it got worse. Their excuse was it has after market rims on it so it makes it difficult??? Ive owned multiple Jeeps all with aftermarket rims and been to a few different shops for alignments and that is the first time I ever heard that. They have no clue what there doing and never gave be a print out of the alignment specs. Avoid this place with your Jeep or Truck

VERY GREAT FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE AT THIS SHOP I CAME IN JUST FOR A SIMPLE TIRE CHANGE FOR WHAT TURNED INTO ME NEEDING 3 NEW STUDS THE OWNER KELLY CALLED STORES TO GET ME GOOD PRICED STUDS AND I PICKED THEM UP AND THE TEAM GOT RIGHT TO WORK WITH CHANGING THE STUDS AND MY TIRE FAST THE WHOLE TEAM IS VERY FRIENDLY AND TRULY DEDICATED TO MAKING SURE YOU LEAVE SATISFIED AND THEY DID JUST THAT WITH ME I WILL CONTINUE TO COME TO THIS SHOP MOVING FORWARD

So if anyone is looking for tires be sure NOT to go to tires and wheels in Bridgeport. My wife and daughters were driving to North Carolina to look at a college and visit her sister. I figured it was time for new tires anyway so I sent her to what I thought was a friends shop , tires and wheels on park ave in Bridgeport yo get 4 new tires the day she left. She called me 2 minutes after getting the tires put on and leaving the tire shop. It seemed as if one tire fell off the car and another was almost completely off but still catching the threads and holding on. They sent a couple workers over to my car and put the tires on all the way and then called and told me it was ok and there was nothing wrong with the car. When my wife returned home an hour later I noticed the rear quarter panel was damaged where the tire came off and the bumper was off kilter. I texted the owner and sent a picture and she told me she would fix it it was no big deal. I told her my wife was leaving to go down south and I ll let her know when I have time when she gets back. She went down south and when she got down there she noticed that the tire was now low on air. My brother in law decided to take it to the tire shop down there to be sure she could travel safely home. When they looked at the car they noticed that the lugs were cross threaded and forced on the car so the tire wasn t even on riding flush against the ground causing a slow leak. They had to put knew studs on my car. Well theyre back safely and I ve tried numerous times to contact the owner to just get the quarter panel and bumper fixed and don t hear anything back. So if you need tires or rims that is not the place to go.
