I would highly recommend Nunes, my wife got into a accident and we decided to bring the car to nunes, they did a fantastic job Del was very straight forward and took actions right away, me and my wife are very pleased with their service, thanks Nunes auto body I will continue my services with you guys from here on out.Best of luckThank You.

Car was towed Friday night and I know they were open Saturday. But they charged me an extra fee for storage for the car which is crazy. Because I was trying to get it out of following day. Stay away from this place.

About a month ago, someone hit my husband on the highway and did a good amount of damage to our car. He just picked up the car from The shop and it literally looks brand new. We are so grateful to Nunes Auto in Bridgeport (south Ave)! They did such an amazing job and treated us so well every step of the way. I work in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster and deal with shops all the time, and rarely have I seen service this good. Highly recommend them for anyone needing repairs! After weeks of dealing with the auto insurance company and not getting anywhere, we contacted Del at Nunes auto repair. Beyond grateful for them taking over and for the amazing job they did on our suv. Highly recommend!!!

Nunes Auto Repair did excellent work on my car; the paint is pristine and everything is aligned nicely. It looks like it came off the factory floor. Their damage assessment was more thorough and services were more extensive than I had encountered at the other shops I was considering.

I wouldn't even leave 1 star for this auto body but in order to leave a review I must. After getting into an accident that was not my fault, nunes auto towing showed up to tow my vehicle. Dell (one of the owners i believe) told me that they were also a mechanical and auto body shop, and assured me that they could fix my car, would deal with the insurance company and give me a rental. 2 weeks later I'm given the ok to pick up my car. When I arrived, I inspected my car, and saw that they left the inside dusty, seats were dirty, paint splatter on my driver door, steering wheel, and vents, and scratched up driver door handle. I made one of the owners aware of this and he didn't care to look at it as I was pointing it out. He became very defensive and said it was dirty from sitting in the sun. Hello, shouldn't it be cleaned after the work is done and before it is given back to the customer?! I was even told by dell before pickup that it would be detailed before given back..this did not happen, and my car was not treated with care!Next day inspection after taking my vehicle home, I noticed the paint job on the door was not done well, my high beams did not come on, lights within the vehicle did not come on, as well as a shaking occurred when I would brake over 30 miles/hour...that for sure came from the accident. I called Dell up to explain all of the issues, he told me to come back in and they would handle it. When I arrived, Dell was not there and I was sent to speak to his father. What a disrespectful miserable man! I explained who I was and why I was there. As I was telling him all the issues with my vehicle, I kept getting cut off and given excuses as to why I was in the wrong. Telling me also that my car didn't come in new anyways. Are you kidding me? This man clearly has anger issues. After not letting me speak at all and telling me that all I came there to do was complain, he stormed off and came back to throw a notepad on my hood,saying to write down all of the issues wrong with my vehicle. All of this nonsense left me so stressed and shaky that all l can remember after that was not being able to write well from so much non needed nerves!I left my vehicle and they gave me a rental. I swore after that that i would never go back! 1 week later or so I went back to pick up my vehicle. Paint job was fixed but not done well, lights were all back on, inside was not cleaned again, but felt the need to soak my car in Armor All. I don't know if they thought this would make up for all the disrespect but I had to wipe everything down many times since is was so slimy and I could not even drive without getting it everywhere. Also the shaking was not addressed! Now I am scheduling to get it diagnosed $250 to see what's wrong and connect it to the accident. So unneeded.Do your research before deciding!! You are giving these businesses your business. Do not settle!!!!!!

Business Owner here refused to provide me with a receipt, now that I have him on record refusing to give me a receipt, and also on phone record telling me to pay an extra $85 for said reciept, pictures for proof, and a call to the bpt police just to make a report on record, and now he will see the hard way, why it s important as a business owner to provide the customer with a reciept

I love Nunes...This is my second time using them to get my car repaired...They do a great job...Its family operated...I wouldn't go any where else ..They're honest decent people...
