Brought in battery that is dead constantly after cold night. They said it was good. Battery was only 25 no old. I also never got the $5 for signing up for $100 spent. No more NAPA.

Went to Napa for break lights and front lights Sonia and Edwin was a big help. Great customer service and knowledgeable. I drive a sabb so getting anything for my car can be complicated.

The service I received from everyone here was amazing. Louis met me while I was stranded and assisted me in every way possible. I can not recommend this store or Louis enough. Thank you for all the help!

Outstanding service experience when I was really in a jam. Pulled off the highway and into their lot with a coolant system failure in my older (2008) European car. Eric went far above and beyond the call of duty, helping me to solve the problem most efficiently and economically. Highest marks for professionalism, expertise, initiative and service. I will go out of my way to do business with this store and Eric again.

Customer service here is awesome!!! Sorry I didn t get the name of the man who helped me today but you know who you are. I was looking for an expansion hose for the coolant. You went above and beyond what you needed to do. I can t thank you enough. I ll be getting all my car parts from you. And my car is always needing parts!!!

Don't fall for the I will have your part ordered by tomorrow. Second time this has happened to me worker told me they are ordering a part and it will be in next day. Call to see if it has arrived and nobody knows what I am talking about. This is why shopping online is better and I avoid local shopping if I can.

Efficient, reliable, and organized. I've dealt with pep boys and advanced autos but no one is as good as Napa. Any questions I have are always solved with usually just a phone call and call in/pick ups for parts are always a breeze. Customer service is also a 10 and pretty diverse with employees who tend to speak more languages than just english. This place is a definite first option for me.

Good service good store friendly staff they had helped me before very knowledgeable staff. Convenient location at lindley st. They have a large inventory it might be bit more money then AutoZone but is much better service and part are brand name. Store is clean and staff is very respectful.

Ok, I really don't lose my time writing review. but this everyone need to know.The guys at the store said: you can return it at anytime. yeah right... next time I will record the guy face and all His bul sh. words. did not open the package and the guy now said Ohh we don't accept return on that.

I deal with this location on a daily basis and I wouldnt go anywhere else!! Everyone is always ready to help and if they dont have something in stock 9 times out of 10 they can get it the same day. I recommend this location to anyone i know, they always going above and beyond to help me out!! There prices are always good and the costumer service is always great!!

Barely has any parts in stock. Cheap China made parts. They don't even stock what they advertise. I had to order oil.... Oil!? Really? This place doesn't even come close to Auto Zone or Advance Auto Parts. They staff if not knowledgeable whatsoever. They had a kid behind the counter with a big attitude every time I walked in.

Poor service by the employees. As you walk up to the counter they sit there staring and talking to each other. I had to ask "can I get a part?" One of them said "yea" and that was it. I had to inquire with another one and he said I had to bring him the measurements. I went to my car brought in my phone and showed him from the NAPA website, the part and measurements. How is this store still working like this? Needless to say I didn't get my part, even after I had reserved it online.

Sometimes they have the harder to find part the other big chains don't carry. It pays to comparison shop between this store and the competition down the street. Price differences on some parts vary significantly.

These guys at this Napa save my mechanical life more than not. There's a bunch if good guys there with tons of knowledge. Considering the competitors near them... I'd rather come here.

Customer service needs work waiting in line 15 minutes prior to a sales associate becoming available only to have one pick up items to return to the shelves and the other continued a full conversation with the previous customer who had already checked out as if I was not waiting in line total disrespect of me and my business

I ve gone to this location twice now. Both time I was I just felt unwelcome. I went for the Napa know how but instead I got the Napa, we don t care .

Terrible shop, slow and no one cares about customers. Price for oil rang up higher than tag showed, I asked why, he said "the price probably went up." Bring your business elsewhere because they don't care for their customers.
