Had the pleasure of dealing with Bun. He was a complete professional. I don t live in Ct but my car happened to need a repair while I was in the area visiting my daughter at college. I had my car towed there and immediately felt relieved after meeting him face to face. He did the repairs quickly. His prices were reasonable the entire experience was good especially with me not being from the area. Im so glad I chose this shop. I would definitely use him again.

I been going here since I got my 1st car. My dad has been going here forever and introduced me to master auto repair. I can't say enough about this business. You need to fix your car here. Master auto repair is the only honest mechanic I experienced in my life.

Disgusting appearance. Man, running the desk thinks he's a dictator.. Very unprofessional interaction and low level vibe all around. You get what you get when deal with this sort of mess . I decided otherwise.

I was referred here by family who are previous satisfied customers. Now, I too enjoy the quality service, prices, and customer service all done at this location. Definitely my go-to for any car mechanic repairs, and would recommend to anyone else.

Bun (The owner) is very Knowledgeable when it comes to cars and he is very trust worthy. Since I found this place I ve taken all my vehicles here and never had an issue. I don t go to no one else and I trust his opinion when it comes to cars. He has never steered me wrong. His prices are fair and reasonable. His staff is also very good. No complaints.Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Engine repair, Brakes, Auto maintenance

A very honest Laotian owner and very good price. He is very sharp and can tell the car issues immediately. I brought my cars there in the last 2 months. I wish there are more people like him. Very helpful, honest, and fairly priced.Came in with 'Check Engine Light' and the guy ran a computer system test, ran a smoke test, told me what the problem was, gave me a list of parts to buy, told me how to get them cheap, and offered his services in case I couldn't manage the repairs myself. All this for just $30 when another place quoted me $100 just for the smoke test!!!Again, super honest - complete opposite of the rip-you-off-any-way-I-can attitude at some other places. Will definitely go back if I need anything else.

I've been going to Bun for over 20 years. He is the only mechanic I trust. I don't let anyone else work on my car! He is honest and affordable. I highly recommend him.

Amazing place with amazing prices.. the guys working there really know their stuff. And the boss is amazing too. Definitely no complaints anytime I've been there. The work they do for the price they do it at is just amazing

Grew up around the neighborhood He has been a pillar to the community and a great guy. My family uses him for most of our mechanical needs. He has serviced every car in my family. Thank you Bun for all that you do!

Not professional. The guy is "" nice "" and rather use his mind only to diagnose your car and half a*$ fix your car so you keep coming. It's a chaotic place and you'll never have history of the choppy work that was done to your car!

Hands down the best service! I was left stranded down the street from them with a car leaking antifreeze. I was an hr away from home and In a desperate situation. They fixed the car quickly and efficiently and had me on my way home in no time. Truly masters of auto repair.

This the most cheaper place and sincere Mechanic I ever met . He doesn t charge extra or lied I went to my car dealer they asked $100 to diagnose the problem and I went to Master Auto Repair He charge me $100 to fix the car.A lot people talking about Him and how good service provided.

I dropped off my car with a list of things to do at 9 o'clock in the morning. I never got a phone call. decided to go by there at 515 in the afternoon. my car was still parked where I parked it in the morning. he had the audacity to tell me that he couldn't get to it .that he would look at it tomorrow .are you f'n kidding me. I pay somebody 60.oo in gas filled his tank .to do my daily chores I went without my car for all day on my day off just to find out that you never even looked at it. He probably has really good prices .but is customer service sucks. I'm not a rich guy but I'm willing to pay a couple hundred dollars for professionalism

First time experience this morning and they are great I came in at 9 am to have brakes and rotors replaced for a great price and got the call it was ready at 10:30 very fast service and you can bring your own parts I m very satisfied with their service HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

After shopping around for a good price i found the best price here. Only con is that he does take more time to fix the car then what he first said. Overall im very happy

Very reasonable price for labor. You can bring your own parts. Honest will not scam you to fix extra things like other auto shop.
