City Line did a great job restoring our car to life and I would recommend them for any job that needs to be done they are #1 on my list 500 times

The owner John is a very racist person. I called him and asked him about my car. He was very nasty. The first time I ever spoke to him then when I called back and asked how much my car was going to be he told me he didn t have my car I kept calling after that and he told me that every time I called him that I would pay $100 more if I kept calling him, mind you after he told me he didn t have my car then when I got there on Monday, he threw my money around. He was very rude and nasty to the point that I had to call the police on him. I highly recommend you to never go here he bad for business

The owner is a wonderful man. Everyone that is affiliated with this company are awesome. The tow truck driver that came to pickup my car was so polite and helpful to me. I recommends this company to everyone that owns a vehicle. I had no regrets when I received my vehicle no complaint. You guys over at City Line Auto Body y'all the best A1+ service. This Auto Body is GREAT! Gave a fair price and got my car fixed very fast. Staff is very friendly. Made my car look just as new! Definitely recommend.

Their body work is second to none. John the owner takes the time to explain what he needs to repair or if it's totalled.My last SUV, a 2015 Subaru Forrester w/95k miles got totalled and he just so happened to have a 2016 Subaru Forrester w/54k miles coming in. It had minor body damage and the owner of the Subaru no longer wanted it, so he sold it to John.He immediately asked my wife and I if we were interested in buying it after he fixed the body damage and checked under the hood. We said sure. Once it was fixed, he called us, we test drive it and bought it on the spot. It rides smoother than my 2015 Subaru, and he really worked with us on the price so that the insurance check covered the price of the Subaru that he sold us even though it's worth more. He's a true gentleman.City Line does great work, and John is amazing. God forbid another drunk driver hits my car, there's zero doubt in my mind where I'm be taking my SUV.CITY LINE AUTO BODY!For the record, I only gave him 5 stars because it doesn't allow you to give 10 stars.

I called to find out if a car was towed to their location which the police told me that it was I was just confirming and the guy answer the phone and told me that they don t open until 10 o clock. I asked him if you wouldn t be able to provide me that information and then he told me to have a great day and hung up the phone on me such bad customer service experience I don t recommend. if the car wasn t towed there by rules of the city police I would not have even used their service

Success Village Apartments. No sure have if theres a contract services with City Line... There's Sign on our parking lot's with there information. We New resident with a Florida tag in the process to register in CT. Which Office SVA aware off... We have an Assign parking space hopefully City Line Towing it... Made a police report as stolen yesterday night to midnight hours of the next day 10/22-10/23... Weekend. Did try to call City Line...pick up and hang up tje phone... Try again Sunday morning at 9am. Guy pick up...I asked if my car is there lot... Told me come tomorrow before 10am.Monday... Is a sign that they have my Car. I'm so helpless is unReal... Wrongfully Tow!

John Ortize (the owner) is absolute garbage. Rude, Un communicative, literally the stereotype of an uneducated tow truck driver. no wonder they needed to embezzle 960k in cash because i cant believe they are actually still in buisiness. DO NOT CALL THEM DO NOT USE THEM CALL LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE FOR BETTER SERVICE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE HEED THIS WARNING .

Horrible experience . Id rather let juan and his unregistered truck tow me next time the guy is a fn ahl-fkn prick i cant wait till he shut down and im sure we d all agree on that being the dunkin donuts

The owner of the shop is a lier. He is good at getting the body work done.. But, when you need other parts for your car. He lies and tells you they are genuine(Honda) parts.. Then the guy he gives the work does not even install all the parts.Now the whole job needs to be done again. Absolute nightmare!! Do not bother to waste your time with these guys.

My mother had her car towed. I called for the info. $365 for a over night tow and storage. I asked for him to break down the fee and he spoke so fast I could not write it down. I simply wanted the break down, however he became rude and told me he would tell me when "I came down there". He proceeded to hang up. Do not use this company if you can avoid it!

This place was absolutely amazing!! Great customer service great!! So polite and very understanding. I will deff recommend them for any and all auto work. They were very helpful and understanding and even went out of their way to do things that they didn t have to great people as well as great business .

John Ortiz placed an order on our eBay store and after receiving his item opened a dispute with the credit card trying to keep the item and requesting full refund. Stay away.

I can not say enough good things about City Line. I was in a serious motor vehicle accident recently. Abraham, one of their tow professionals responded quickly and moved my wrecked car out of the way in record time. Even the responding state police trooper commented on the speed of the clean up. Abraham chatted with me in the impeccably clean cab of the truck while the trooper wrote up the initial accident report. Once we got to the shop, the manager/owner advised me to take all of my belongings and my license plates as he said it would be deemed a total loss. This advice ended up saving me another trip back to City Line, as the car did end up being deemed a total loss. The shop and the storage yard were clean and organized. The professional and empathetic employees of City Line made a tremendously positive impact in the direct aftermath of a life altering experience. Thank you.

Not known for service, or pleasantries.... Or basic respect apparently. Hung up in the face of a would be paying customer looking for information. Feel free to contact me further as I will be delighted to provide you some courses in customer service and decency FREE OF CHARGE I wish I was not serious, yet I am. Bridgeport doesn't need anymore business owners that conduct themselves in this manner.

Called to ask a question about my car and the man who answered the phone was very rude. Talking to someone else and basically ignoring me as I m asking my questions. Why bother even answering the phone if you didn t have the time or he could have put me on hold. Then he proceeded to tell me he does not want to fix my car and what I m asking for is impossible yet he rarely even hear what I was asking for as he was talking to someone else the entire time.

Great service ! John and his crew did excellent work on our 2 vehicles that were damaged by a fallen tree during the hurricane . Will definitely recommend them !

There customer service is super rude. When contacting them they just insult you through the phone if you don t say hello in the first 2 seconds. Horrible experience, don t recommend at all. Hope they can fix their attitude if they going to work with people. Zero freaking stars!

Obnoxious and rude. The filthy female peasant that works the counter, the one who looks like miss piggy with a rats nest on top of her head openly mocked us to our faces when we tried to pay for the tow. I tried using AAA in the first place but my tow truck driver got turned away because the city of Bridgeport gets paid by this dump of a place to contract all tows. No wonder they treat everyone so poorly as this pathetic excuse for a business thinks they're invincible because they work hand in hand with the police.

Horrible. Had vehicle towed after a crash. They then moved it from the main yard to some secret place and all my belongings inside magically dissapeared. Terrible customer service and a complete rip off.

Awful man at desk is rude and will take you for all he can. He yells at you and cuts you off and is by far the rudest person I have ever meet. Do not go here ! Avoid like the plague.

Went to sign permission for auto to be towed elsewhere. Had to deal with owner's belligerent attitude. Heard from others about bad experience.
