I have dealt with this dealership for years to service my car. Always professional, kind and honest. Work is always performed in a timely manner and updates are provided along the way. Carlos is my service advisor and fantastic to work with.

A series of unfortunate events led my mother to even stepping foot into BMW of Bridgeport. After a freak car accident, my mother went to the Bridgeport site with hopes she would find herself a new car which she did! She was able to test drive the X4 model with the heads up feature (which she raved about for DAYS and even stated a big percentage of why she was getting the car was for the feature) and stated to salesman Patrick, this is the make and model I want but in a different color. When she sat down to discuss paperwork, Patrick never mentioned there are multiple package options (premium and convenience) so my mother thought she was signing for the make and model of the car just driven, with the added features.$80,000 later, my mother is UPSET with the car delivered to her as it is NOT what she had test drove. She was informed she signed paperwork for a car with the convenience package but that package does not include the heads up feature which is basically the main reason she wanted the X4 (I literally heard about this feature from the time after she test drove the car until the day she went to pick up the car. She spoke nonstop about this feature).Fast forward, my mother is being told both parties need to take ownership of the mishap and that BMW is willing to repay her $220 for the weather tech mats she has already purchased. Boo.I m not too sure where miscommunication happened during my mother s experience with Patrick but she is a woman who is clear in what she wants and is able to articulate such. For two weeks I heard her speak about this really cool feature, in a car she test drove and (what she thought) signed paperwork for. One can only imagine the disappointment and devastation she felt when she went to pick up her new car.Weeks later I am STILL hearing the hurt, and frustration, from my mother regarding a very expensive car she didn t ask for. It s unfortunate.BMW Bridgeport needs to do better!!!

We recently bought an I5 from the Bridgeport BMW and had the BEST experience ever!!! Patrick our salesman was professional, patient, informative and overall AMAZING at his job! We could not have had a better time at this dealership! In fact every person we interacted with was friendly and welcoming and could not recommend this dealership more! This experience has converted us from Mercedes/RangeRover clients! Can't wait for our next BMW!!!

A great experience - staff was friendly and courteous and answered all my questions right away. Had to wait only a few minutes for the shuttle driver to take me home while my car was being repaired for the day, and the waiting area and accommodations were all very nice. Would highly recommend bringing your BMW here if needed.

Just leased my first BMW and had a wonderful experience. Astrit and Lee were so helpful and knowledgeable. They worked really hard to give me a great deal on my X1. These guys are very personable and made my experience really fun. Love my new car! I would recommend BMW of Bridgeport to anyone. Don t assume that you can never have a BMW- you are getting a great value compared to a lot of other cars in the price range.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Rett was my client advisor and he really knocked it out of the park during this whole process. Absolutely wonderful and took care of anything the car needed prior to pick up. No hassle, easy experience and they treat you like family here. Even though I had not seen the car in the ad yet, he withdrew 1000 dollars from his bank account as down payment. and then I canceled my appointment because I gave up on seeing the car. and he hasn't refunded my money yet. I bought a 2018 BMW 540i Xdrive from Mike. We spoke on a Tuesday and by that Friday I was on my way home with the car. Mike was great, I live about 3:30 hours away and I needed to make sure the car had everything I wanted. Which it did. He made sure the car was there for me. My first BMW and I m more than happy. Recently purchased a BMW 330i from this location. Awesome staff they have there they were very helpful and transparent with me throughout the process. I m also a first time buyer which can make things difficult but the team there did a lot to help me get a lower rate. Had service done here and I was given a loaner car the tire somehow went flat and I only had it for about 4 hours I went to return it for another and I was being held responsible. however a rep by the name of John was really rude demanding with no class and just had no empathy or compassion what so ever what stood out to me was him saying instead of going to get my nails done I should have returned its completely understandable but his approach and comment was very rude unacceptable and just over all uncomfortable people should speak to others with respect regardless of the situation especially in a business setting.on topOf them damaging the top of my car never again im going to go live and tell myFollowing how horrible this place is I would never come back here ! I recently bought a CPO car from BMW of Bridgeport. I worked with Kat, my sales rep, and others from the dealership who supported Kat throughout the process. From sales manager Mike to Gabby to Wendy, everyone was resourceful, professional and courteous. Kat was extremely responsive with phone calls and emails, to make sure all my concerns were addressed, from my first visit to the dealership to days later when I picked up my car. In fact, I ve had questions arise since owning the car and Kat has been just as responsive and helpful. I highly recommend doing business with Kat and her team at BMW of Bridgeport.

I am a long time BMW owner and I came to Bridgeport for a funeral and got an electric rental car at the airport (it was all that was left). Needless to say, I didn't know my way around and could not find a charging station. But thankfully I saw a BMW, and I knew everything would be OK. When, I pulled in, I went to the service department and asked if they knew where a charging station was. In the long run, they said give them a minute and they were kind enough to charge the car for me to get it above 50%. The kindness and courtesy at this dealership is beyond reproach. I will continue to own a BMW because of small things like this. The service department and GM of this location should be commended for how well they treat people. I am deeply thankful for what you did for me today. DAS AUTO FOR LIFE.

Process was fine but did take quite a while on cancellation of extended warranty. **UPDATE: Was called on an update for this and got reimbursed for what was owed. Took quite some time but did keep their word.** Overall friendly environment and once problem was appointed solved same business day.

This was the best experience ever, got in right at my appt time and in the loner car shortly after . The car took one day, and my advisor called me to inform me it was ready. I drove there and picked up my car in less than 10 min. Amazing service.

Highly Recommend! This is my 3rd lease from BMW of Bridgeport & completely happy with their level of service ! Rett is my client advisor & he was great to work with! We went over options ahead of time and then again in more detail at the dealership! I appreciate his knowledge, attention to detail & I never felt pressured to make a decision ! Also want to mention Joe, Anthony, Mike, & Franklin who all helped with the return of my old lease and getting me into the new one! Everyone at the dealership from the front desk and other client advisors are friendly and make you feel at home! Thanks again to Rett & everyone ! I love my new car !!!

I live in Stamford CT and I often get asked why I still travel 30-60 minutes (depending on traffic) to Bridgeport BMW. To start, over the years that Ive had various BMWs Conroy has been my go to. He truly cares about helping you in any way he can. Not only did he help me get into my top choice of BMW but has helped in many other ways including helping me compare and lower my insurance, get a loaner when transitioning from my old to new car and making the experience one of a kind. Additionally, I was introduced to management, Joe is a great guy and a pleasure to work with. Any questions I had he did not hesitate to take time out of his busy schedule to speak with me. Last but certainly not least, the service team is unmatched. Tony has been fantastic along with other members of the service team. They always make sure I am taken care of promptly and in and out with out any issues and as fast as possible. This is why I have and will continue to work with BMW Bridgeport.
