Gentleman was answering my less than efficient questions without batting an eye, sometimes I find myself in a position where I cannot make sense of my surroundings, and come across an annoyance.He assumed that I would know to take a specific part outside to check to see if the threads matched, I assume that no such thing would ever happen without me paying for it especially in Bridgeport.Therefore he said why don't you just do that instead of taking up my time. I simply responded by saying that I would never think to do that without paying.A nice slightly older gentleman extremely kindly asked if I was ready to check out. I was by some miracle and he was as patient as a brick with me.I wish to highlight in this review are that these guys are very competent at multitasking, they know their stuff when it comes automotive repair. Even while one guy was being hammered with phone calls, he remained calm.Very uncommon to see a large chain auto parts store with such competent employees. It really seemed like the older gentleman could tell I was having a really hard time of making 2 + 2 equal 4. Even with my bumbling antics, they remained professional. In my opinion these guys belong higher up the food chain. No nonsense here.

I give it five star, because the gentleman called Noel always finds the part I'm looking for and is very helpful. But wish that service for handicap people who can't bend down to put a light bulb were available. Thank you Noel for being so kind.

Let me tell youThis particular store got me as a customerI was there for an O ring that only cost dollar or two and the sales rep Marc was very helpful plus he didn't hesitate or rush me out very patient and kind help me all the way I feel bad and end up buying some oil filters for my trucks to keep extraJust to compensate the guy's time for looking out for a O ringThank you, Than you.Luis.
