Dropped my GFs car off this morning for an inspection and staff, specifically Scott, were friendly from start to finish. Not only did they inspect, but were able to replace the brakes the same day. Great work, and will be bringing my car here for service, too. I would give 6 stars if possible.

I had scheduled an appointment online last night for 3pm Saturday without paying much mind they close at 3pm. They didn t have it in their system but took me anyways. The gentleman helping me with getting a new tire was phenomenal and so helpful. Thank you Town Fair Tire!!!!

When I was concerned about a safety issue with my brakes, Mike was extremely helpful! First of all, he took me in right away even though I did not have an appointment. Mike listened to my concerns and took me for a test drive so he could learn more about the issue. He brought the car back to the shop and had Daniel put the car on the lift to look more closely. Both Mika and Daniel were kind and respectful as they examined the problem and educated me about what was happening. I walked away feeling safe, confident in the service, and positive about the whole experience. I highly recommend Town Fair Tire Brakeworks!

Scott the brake specialist is awesome! He was upfront about pricing, answered all my questions, and replaced all my brakes and rotors quickly. The pricing was also very fair. And he s a great guy. Thanks, Scott and Town Fair Brakeworks for the great service.

Another great followup experience at this location. Jason helped me out again and took care of a leak in my tire. They have been very accommodating and made buying, maintaining, and servicing my tire needs a pleasant experience. Somehow, under the right management they have been able to combine the best of both worlds, Amazon style low pricing with small family shop kind service.Highly recommend!Service: Tires

Was turned away for an oil change while the technician had his own car on the lift. He suggested that I make an appointment which I deferred. This was the second time this happened within the past year with the same technician. I really used to like this place but the people who work at this location don't seem to value customer service much these days. I will not be going back there for brakes or oil changes. There are places who value their customers more than Town Fair Tire brake service.

Scott is an amazing representative and employee. Mike is also great and knowledgeable. These guys are honest and efficient. High quality work for the BEST prices! Highly recommend this location for brakes ! Spoke to Michael whom was very pleasant. Was able to get appt that same Morning. Upon entering , Michael greeted me by my name, car went right into bay. They are very very honest, told me can't hold off on front brakes, but if needed another month to pay for the rears I could go approximately another month to replace those. Decided I would have front and rear done. Once completed I mentioned to him have never had breaks done that quick, the charge was lower than most establishments. Mr brakes are working great ! The customer service Michael provided was refreshing, a lot of establishments lack good customer service these days, which I think is important. Definitely will return when brakes needed again, as well as recommend anyone to go here.

I Purchased a set of four run flats at the Branford location in the spring of 2021. The service technician, Louie T., was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, gave me unbiased opinions about my tire choices, and got me the best price, including a refund for a price match. On a very busy day with a few let s say challenging customers, Louis was competent and organized, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.Service: Tires

I have been coming to Town Fair for years now with multiple different cars. A couple of weeks ago I had an issue with my tires and Jason was there to help! I came in needing two new tires.. one with almost a blow out.. Jason and the team were able to fit me in right away and get everything fixed in a timely manner. Which was amazing due to all of the new covid regulations and everyplace being so busy. They took the time to help and explain my bill to me. The customer service went above and beyond! I called back a couple of days later because my wheel hub cover was missing! It wound up that it broke and they were able to tell me where to get another one.Overall I highly recommend going to Town Fair Tire and dealing with Jason and the whole team!Service: Tires

Amazing job!! Scott was very knowledgeable, kind, and FAST at getting my brakes done. My car is doing so much better thanks to him. I was absolutely impressed with this place. I go to branford and not gonna lie front desk everything perfect but the people on the back are really prepare for that y put 4 new wheels alignment, balanced fist thing i do drive it car start shaking at 45 mph the faster i go the worse new apoiment another waste of a day brand new wheel bad balance then i drive the car after that almost 90% good i was still fealing some movement wen i was going fast and i had this car over 8 years and now i see why i decide to wash my car my selve and see that the nuts are in the wrong hole this wheels has 2 sets of 5 holes universal and from all 4 wheels just 1 is in the correct hole you can clearly see in the pictures that the other holes are clean for proof and the last people to do that was them and in the pictures you can see that hole is not in the center of each were the nut goes i can be in and accident with my family just for trusthing this place now i gotta make another apoiment to get that put it correctly the worse part is that i buy tires for my mom there new wheels for my wife and me but its ok never again buying from this place unprofesional work i live in east haven over 12 years and im puthing the safety of my family on them wen clearly they dont care never again.Hopefully i realize sooner

If you are concerned about your vehicle's braking ability go to see Scott at Town Fair Brakeworks in Branford. Scott looked at both front and back brakes and was honest and professional. He determined that my front brakes were still viable but needed back brakes. Scott is knowledgeable and will treat you right.

Had 4 new tires put on my car 09/10/20, and alignment, balanced and Louie my salesperson showed me which was the best between two Brands and I chose the best one for tires on my car at the right price! I was very impressed with the service I received yesterday at Brakeworks! Scott was very nice and professional. He explained what needed to be done before proceeding with any work. They did an awesome job! I would definitely recommend them!

2 years ago I bought brake shoes and rotor they installed it but after 2 years I had to replace it again.I think they used cheaper pads,too make money.

Drove all the way from Bristol CT to this spot (50 min) and it was very well worth it, the guys working there are awesome, they give you a ton of knowledge and advice so that your car can run perfectly, only letting this buisness work on my brakes

Best place around here for brake work, they don't try and force you into work you don't need, let you know what you actually need to keep an eye on, and generally get it done.
