Prices for replacing brake rotors were $150 less than I paid at Munro and I had more confidence with the people at Meineke. I also paid less for a synthetic oil change at Meineke. I was extremely satisfied with the quality and pricing at Meineke and will always use them for work on my car in the future.JimA Happy Customer

The team is amazing! I didn t have an appointment it they took in my car anyway. I assumed it would be at least a day or two before they could get to it. To my surprise they called me later in the day saying they were able to get the car in and resolve the issue. O 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality, honest service center.

Well I had a terrible experience, 5 hours to replace part or a break line that had a leak only to finally get my van and travel 25 minutes on I95 south before the breaks went out again on me. It cost 306.00 dollars to replace l se than 18 inches of line and I had to call triple A at this point and be towed back home. Needless to say I had to pay my mechanic all over again to fix the problem correctly. I just thank god myself and no others lost their lives. You can let corporate know My lawyer will be InTouch very soon requesting a full refund and other expenses I had to endure.

These guys got me and my car in pretty fast. The work was great and the service was even better. The front desk guy was very friendly. This is the third car I ve had here and they always take good care of me.

they did a whole hundred percent check on my car. Showed me what was wrong with pictures through text messages what need to be fixed immediately what could wait they are very friendly very polite. I m very happy with the service they took care of everything that needed to be taken care of immediately I would recommend going there for the service for what you need to have your car fixed it s my third time going there and plan on going back

A reliable place with good mechanics hard to find today but I have never had a problem for the last 20 years going to Meineke especially Robert at the helm. First class operation well worth the trip from anywhere to get here.

Always have a great experience. They take great care of you and your vehicle. Trustworthy and they don't try to upsell unnecessary repairs. I have been using Meineke in Branford Ct. for years now. Highly recommend.

I had not been to Meineke for years.I used to be a contractor and would take all my trucks there.I moved out of state for a decade and I forgot about them.I walked in recently and saw Bob still there after all these years.That was refreshing in these days of businesses changing hands so often.What I remember most and it's still apparent. This is an HONEST auto repair shop.A rare find.I'll be going back when the need arises.

I went in not knowing what the car needed...I did not expect the severity of the problem. They gave us 2 estimates one involved the essential repairs and additional details. The second included only the essential repair. Given their advice and suggestions we were not forced into which way to go. Yes money is important to me but the safety of my wife superceded that.I am confident they will address any further issues that may arise.I highly recommend Meineke.. especially this location.

Stay away if you can. I have been here a couple of times. First time they changed all my break pads and rotors, about 2 weeks later the front wheels were making an incredible amount of noise while breaking. Took back the car which they did an adjustment at no cost.Today I came in for a transmission flush with an appointment. I asked if they could change my fog light since it s out and I have the bulb in glove compartment. I asked twice how much they would charge me for changing the light bulb at first he just told me today your total will be $241 ok but how much for just the light bulb? Oh we ll just charge you .3 of the hourly, he never said the number which is my mistake for not asking for a third time. Turns out they charged me $40.68 to change 1 light bulb that I brought in. If that isn t excessive, I dont know what is. When I asked about it, he tried to weasel his way out by lying saying it was both lights. I said no, just one light, he doubles down I told them to change both lights I m like, that wouldn't even be possible since I only brought in 1 spare light bulb.Also note mentioning that I was there for 3hours and 20min for something they initially told me it d be 1hour, during the time I was there I overheard 2 people that came in stating they were there in the last week or so for work and now they are still having issues, so they wanted it recheck.Just all around bad vibes from this place, i will not be coming back and I will be telling everyone about my bad experience with them.

They did a lot of work and my car has never run better. The free diagnostics to see the problems with my car was free and drew me in as most places charge a lot. Im very happy I got the work here.

I was concerned about my oil level and a few spots of oil on my driveway, so I had them check what was going on. They checked the engine for leaks and found a tiny one where it would require a lot of time to fix (and a lot of money). They recommended checking my oil once a week and did not charge me anything!

Brought my car in close to closing hours because I had a severe leak in my rear passenger side tire they checked it out but could not find the cause of the leak, I made an appointment the next day for them to figure out the problem. Luckily my daughter gave me a devise that plugs into the car and could add air in my tire. I left work early to make the appointment and they removed the tire and put on a new seal for 26.00, the next day my car told me the tire was leaking air. I called Meineke and was told they didn t have the time for me ,this was a Saturday, I drove my car down to Forbes Avenue in New Haven and told the man who greeted me from a small garage my problem he removed my tire rolled it to the back of the small garage sprayed a soapy solution on my tire then rolled it back towards me and said I had a small hole on the outside of my tire and would need a patch 36.00 s later and my tire was finally fixed!

They always review the work to be done, with a written estimate, and provide photos of any areas of concern. It all started with an oil change and tire rotation every 4 weeks for work. Then a tie rod for the front end of my car. Now I use them for absolutely everything. Fair. Reliable. Convenient location. Perfect. I appreciate the honesty. They do a great job. They are literally across the street from my dealership. But I go to Meineke every chance I can. I don't have to leave my car there for 2 days or longer . Experience mechanics gets my car in and out the same day.
